I've been doing OMAD with KETO for 4 mos now & i've lost 30 lbs. It really works. I started with 2 weeks trying to slowly cut down on rice until I eliminated it. I did 18:6 IF eating 3 meals/day until i was comfortable w/2 meals then eventually OMAD. First thing i noticed my cravings for sweets were all gone.

Gusto ko ding itry si omad.. Tmad palang ako 16:8 intermittent fasting, low carb din ako.. Sa lahat ng klase ng diet na tinry ko ito ang naging effective kasi makikita mo sa katawan mo mismo yung difference.. Thank you Aileen, for the very thorough explaination , I’ve learned a lot, ngayon ko lang naintindihan mabuti yung tungkol sa stored glucose from sweets and carbs, dapat pala talaga I avoid mga sweets and carbs, para makita yung result sa weight-loss, at na burn yung stored glucose, it’s hard to give up carbs right away kaya inuunti unti ko, not just from rice, pasta or bread, but also from fruits, my kids is having a hard time to eat fruits and veggies that’s why I make smoothies every single day with spinach, kale, berries, avocados and banana. Siguro I will make my own smoothie without banana. I do exercise too 3 times a week for one hour. I’m seeing some results but not a lot, pero dahil naintindihan ko na, May the Lord help me with self control too from unnecessary food.
