    Galing magpaliwanag, tama nga kusa ka nalang magffasting at kaya na kapag ng lowcarb ka. Di na sumasakit ulo ko. Dati palagi masakit akala ko dahil sa init ng panahon. Hindi pala.

      Ako din noong first week sumasakit ulo ko and nag palpitate ako. Akala ko tumaas BP ko sa kakakain ng high in fats. Pero ketoflu pala yun.

    Mabuting mag-repent na rin kapag fasting... Diyan naman 'yung mga unang pinagsimulan ng idea ng fasting in the ancient times. In that time, mag-plan na kayo ng "new life" & "new changes".     OMAD is best answer with 3 liters or 2 liters water best fasting window everday ako nag lolose ng weight mabilis tapos di pa ako nagugutom pero syempre need fasting experience

    i eat 2-3 dates plus coffeee mix with milk(nido) with half tsp. sugar if i feel dizzy while having intermittent fasting and i dont eat na or any follow up foods to take...

      Hi! You feel dizzy kase you ate too much sugar. Nagspike insulin mo then biglang bagsak. If ung last meal mo before IF is fats and protein, hindi ka gaano mahihilo 😊

    Mam as kolng kc nag diet ako start ako nag diet jun 12 2019 until now dahan dahan ko niwala ang kanin hangang hindi na ako nag kanin 124 kg ako umpisa ako tree mont na ang laki binawas ko 95 kg nalng ako sa tatlong bwan ok lang ba gulay lang kinain ko pag taghali isda prito sa umaga itlog nilaga sa gabi sabaw na may gulay ok lang ba beef nilaga

    Hi mam aileen nuod na nman ulit me kahit napanuod ko na hehehe...natutuwa tlaga po ako sa mga paliwanag nio details...kapag nasa 16/8 po ako mam kailangan po ba kakain lng me sa 1pm at 8:59 pm na last meal ko na matatapos pagkain?humina po ksi bawas ng timbang ko na po ngaun.

    Ang katawan natin ay meron daily calorie needs. Kung nakaka kain ka ng 2500 calories everyday, yun ang maintenance ng katawan mo kaya d ka nataba na or napayat. Kung mapapansin niyo pag nilagnat ang isang tao nawawalan ng gana kmain so nakonti lng ang calories intake kaya napayat din ang patient. Its all about calorie deficit. Kung konti kakainin mo papayat ka. Pero malaking factor pa din ang exercise for my own opinion also it has many benefits to our body. Food also. Napakalawak niyan pag dating sa pagpapa payat kasi madaming ways. Just sharing :)

      Thanks sa advice! Unfortunately, calorie restriction is not for everyone. Depende kase sa age, height, lifestyle, and metabolism ng tao un ee. Also kung may sakit na nakaka-cause ng weight gain. Sad to say, hindi lahat may magandang metabolism kaya kahit mag 1000 cal per day pa sila, hindi effective. Plus, ginugutom mo lang sarili mo kaya magsusuffer ka lang. Based on experience (not personal kase sa husband ko to 😂😂😂) sinubukan namin ung calorie restriction pero walang effect tapos gutom lang sya palagi. Nung nag low carb sya, no exercise no IF, malaki yung improvement. Everyday satisfied sa meals plus healthy pa ung kinakain. Depende din kase sa katawan un. 😭

      @@arvincatapang HAHAHAH opposite kase kami ng diet ni kat, ako keto lamon (umaabot ako ng 2k cal minsan) sya naman cal restriction kaya mas magaling sya sa topic na ganun. 😊 Anong meron sa June 29?

    hello Ms Aileene, just to update, today is my 60th day of IF. the last time nag weigh ako 129 lbs na ako and counting. 👏😍. diba nakakatuwa lang. Lahat ng mga sinasabi mo ay totoo. thanks to you so much.OMAD na ako ngayon, kaya lang speaking of ketosis, nakaka asiwa ang foul odor na na eexude niya. toothbrush nalang ako palagi or gargle ng gargle. any tips for the foul odor na experience mo rin ba yan during ketosis? thanks so much. keep inspiring, keep motivating. 😍😊

      Gurllll congrats!!! For keto breath, minsan nakakalala pag masyadong mataas ung protein intake mo. Sakin kase di ko sya nagiging problem since more on salad and meat ung pagkain ko. Meron pa din pero hindi nakakaasiwa. If you don't want to change your diet naman, keri lang. Are you familliar with oil pulling? The best un!

      Hello! You can drink ACV before or after meal. Try mo muna before meals then check if may problem. This is if mild lang ung pagiging acidic mo or wala kang ulcer. Try mo i-dilute sa madaming tubig para hindi gaano matapang. Stop ka agad pag nairritate ung stomach mo.
