i eat 2-3 dates plus coffeee mix with milk(nido) with half tsp. sugar if i feel dizzy while having intermittent fasting and i dont eat na or any follow up foods to take...

Ang katawan natin ay meron daily calorie needs. Kung nakaka kain ka ng 2500 calories everyday, yun ang maintenance ng katawan mo kaya d ka nataba na or napayat. Kung mapapansin niyo pag nilagnat ang isang tao nawawalan ng gana kmain so nakonti lng ang calories intake kaya napayat din ang patient. Its all about calorie deficit. Kung konti kakainin mo papayat ka. Pero malaking factor pa din ang exercise for my own opinion also it has many benefits to our body. Food also. Napakalawak niyan pag dating sa pagpapa payat kasi madaming ways. Just sharing :)
Thanks sa advice! Unfortunately, calorie restriction is not for everyone. Depende kase sa age, height, lifestyle, and metabolism ng tao un ee. Also kung may sakit na nakaka-cause ng weight gain. Sad to say, hindi lahat may magandang metabolism kaya kahit mag 1000 cal per day pa sila, hindi effective. Plus, ginugutom mo lang sarili mo kaya magsusuffer ka lang. Based on experience (not personal kase sa husband ko to 😂😂😂) sinubukan namin ung calorie restriction pero walang effect tapos gutom lang sya palagi. Nung nag low carb sya, no exercise no IF, malaki yung improvement. Everyday satisfied sa meals plus healthy pa ung kinakain. Depende din kase sa katawan un. 😭

Meron pa din pero hindi nakakaasiwa. If you don't want to change your diet naman, keri lang. Are you familliar with oil pulling? The best un!
Hello! You can drink ACV before or after meal. Try mo muna before meals then check if may problem. This is if mild lang ung pagiging acidic mo or wala kang ulcer. Try mo i-dilute sa madaming tubig para hindi gaano matapang. Stop ka agad pag nairritate ung stomach mo.

Galing magpaliwanag, tama nga kusa ka nalang magffasting at kaya na kapag ng lowcarb ka. Di na sumasakit ulo ko. Dati palagi masakit akala ko dahil sa init ng panahon. Hindi pala.
Kapag napapadami ako ng kain ng carb, sumasakit din ang ulo ko.
Ako din noong first week sumasakit ulo ko and nag palpitate ako. Akala ko tumaas BP ko sa kakakain ng high in fats. Pero ketoflu pala yun.

I did Keto Diet with Intermittent Fasting... I lose 3.6 KG in 10 Days... I want to try also OMAD🤗
