  • Hello, I made lemon pound cake today.
    Sometimes I use lemon peel, but I only squeeze juice out of lemon without chewing.
    It's fresh and moist. It's really good.

    ● 22cmX11cmX5.4cm Pound cake frame
    120g butter
    120g sugar
    1g salt
    3 eggs
    170g Cake flour
    baking powder 3g
    1 lemon (using juice)
    +Sugar powder and some lemon juice

    1. Prepare the cleaned lemon.
    2. Beat the butter gently and mix it with sugar and salt.
    3. Whip the sugar for 2 to 3 minutes with a whipping machine until it is half melted.
    4. Whip the beaten egg 3 to 4 times.
    5. Add the force powder and baking powder and mix them with a spatula.
    6.Put the juice out of the lemon in the middle.
    7. If you don't see any powder, pan it in a pound pan.
    8. Bake in a 180 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes to complete.
    9. Decorate cake with icing and lemon with lemon juice in Sugar Powder.
