    상큼한 레몬향이 솔솔 나는 폭신한 파운드 케이크를 만들었어요~
    기본 파운드 케이크보다 버터를 많이 줄이고 사워크림을 넣어 구웠는데 훨씬 풍미도 좋고 가벼운 느낌이라 좋더라구요~
    레몬 제스트를 넣어 레몬 향이 많이 나서 상큼하게 먹을 수 있는 파운드 케이크 랍니다~^^
    반죽을 틀에 붓고 가운데 버터를 얇게 한줄 짜서 구우면 자연스럽게 크랙이 생겨 중간에 오븐을 열어 칼집을 넣지 않아도 되서 좋더라구요~
    파운드 케이크는 바로 먹는 것 보다 하루 이상 숙성해서 먹으면 훨씬 더 깊은 풍미를 느낄 수 있답니다~

    Sour cream is not easy to find in my kitchen always. So I use a different recipe. But I’m definitely going to borrow your presentation style (so pretty, so summer, so fresh!) and some hacks (the line of butter before putting it in the oven). Thank you, love your work ❤

    핳ㅠㅠㅠ 파운드케이크처돌이와 레몬처돌이는 그저 영상을 보며 눈물을 흘립니다ㅜㅜㅜ (격한 표현 송구합니다..ㅜㅜㅜ) 보면서 자꾸 침이 고여서 좀 힘들었어요....쩝쩝...츄릅.. 갑자기 생각났는데 제가 케잌 예쁘게 뜨는거를 이 채널에서 배웠거든여 서당개 3년이면 풍월을 읊는다고 저도 어깨는 아니고 화면넘어 배워 케잌뜨기 장인 아닌 장인이 되었는데 그래서 남의 브이로그 케잌 대신 예쁘게 떠주고 그런 경험이 생각났습니다ㅋㅋ 좀 많이 tmi이긴 한데 허허... 마침 그때 케잌이 파운드케이크였거든요(머슥코슥) 케잌 뜨시는거 보고 기시감이 느껴져서ㅋㅋㅋ 그때 좀 마음에 들어서 영상 받아다가 인스타에 박제하고 그랬는데ㅋㅋㅋ 결론은 그냥 항상 영상 감사하고 쿠킹트리 정말 애정한다구요❤ 구독 400만 넘으신거 축하드립니다🎉🎊👏👏🎊🎉

      She didnt add lemon juice to the mixture and I think you need zest of more than 1 lemon

      I added a quarter cup of lemon juice with the butter, also I cut up the lemon flesh into small pieces mixed in with sugar and set side until it gets syrupy, I then add this into the butter mixture

    This is so good! The whole family loved it. The cake is so soft and fluffy abs the icing is perfect. Planning on making this again. It was so hard to resist temptation and eat the cake after baking, but it was worth it. Definitely give it a try!

      @@chubeduu8703 we call it plain flour in the UK. It’s also called all purpose flour.
      The ingredient list is in the drop down bar as well

      1. vegan spread/margarine to replace butter
      2. 77g tofu ( pureed with an immersion blender) + 3 g vinegar to replace sour cream, and
      3. non-dairy milk ( soy milk preferable) to replace milk.
      Hope this works for you.

    I do have my own lemon pound cake recipe, but I just love to watch your versions cause I always have to learn something new. Like I've never tried to seal it and let to rest overnight to get that moist and soft touch. Thanks for sharing this simple, but amazing recipe! 🙌😍

      Yes, by the mostly jewish Israelis who lived in the extreme austere of the early state.
      The recipe probably came from the Ashkenazi Jews.. as it has several similarity points with several American great dippression cake recipes.
      Do you need me to elaborate on how East European immigrants either had some contact points with Jews, as well as Jewish assimilation and subsequent loss/relinquish of the identity was and is common. But you still remember grandmas cooking.
      I can.. but the above is elaboration enough.
      Also, you'de be surprised to know how many 'Arabic' recipes originated with jews.

      Jews belonged to many different cultures, a lot of Arabs were jews. That doesn’t make the food of that culture “Israeli”.
      Your whole culture is non existent, so you need to get it from somewhere, I get it.

      사과랑도 맛은 잘 어울릴 것 같아요~
      사과를 그냥 넣으면 물이 많이 생길 수 있어 사과를 설탕, 시나몬, 레몬즙과 졸인 뒤 반죽에 섞어 구워도 좋을 것 같아요~

      플레인 요거트는 수분이 많아서 반죽이 질어지더라구요... 다른분이 수분이 적은 그릭 요거트 추천해 주셨어요

    우와 버터 중간에 짜는거 너무 신기해,, 레몬 자체도 평소에 잘 안먹고 레몬을 넣은 빵은 한번도 먹어본 적이 없는데 어떨지 너무 궁금해요

    파운드 케이크 만들어보려고 찾다가 왔더니 보느라 시간이 훅 가버렸네요!😄 다른 영상도 잘보고 있습니닷!! 그런데 중력분이 아니라 박력분을 넣어서 만들면 차이가 큰가요? 별로 만들어본 적이 없어서 잘 모르겠어요ㅠㅠ

      박력분이 글루텐 함량이 더 적어 바삭한 식감이 나는 베이킹에 많이 사용하는데 중력분을 사용하면 조금 더 부드러운 것 같아요~

    130g all purpose flour or it should be cake flour?
    I followed this ingredients but my pound cake doesn't ride properly.
    Is it due to wrong choice of flour or cooking eggs at temperature 40° not reachable?

    I watch some korean dessert cafe videos and they did the pound cake by scraping the batter on the shorter side of the pan before putting it in the oven (so it looks like skateboard track) and why is that?
    also some of them I see doing the crack manually, and I thought ur version by adding a thin line of butter is really clever!

      cakes bake from the outside inwards, so the edges cook faster than the middle. this means that they usually rise higher in the middle! by spreading the batter like that, it prevents the cake from rising too high in the middle, which looks less attractive ^^ (edit: i just saw your name haha nice to see a fellow svt stan)

    제 오븐이 온도가 좀 낮은건지 가운데가 덜익고 바깥쪽은 갈색이 되었는데 그러면 온도를 올려야 하나요? 시간을 길게 해야하나요?

    I have never seen a pound cake like that. All those I’ve made use butter that is room temp-with either the creaming or reverse creaming method-and the crack is not something you need to work for. It’s simply a function of the cake. I would like to try this because it seems lighter than a typical pound cake. Thank you!

      yep, lots of korean/japanese style cakes use whipped eggs instead of the typical creaming method! apparently pound cake is quite trendy right now and the crack is considered a key part of the appearance ^^ i've seen some recipes where they tell you to remove the cake from the oven and slice it down the middle, but this butter trick seems to work far better!

      kiite I see that when we go to a local Asian bakery. They have the softest sponge cakes! But I didn’t realize they found a way to do that with a pound cake. It kind of blows my mind.
