  • If weight/ fat loss or weight gain or lean muscle building or staying healthy & fit is your target then always remember that your diet & nutrition is the deciding factor. You need to plan your diet & nutrition in a systematic way in order to achieve your target.
    For formulating your own diet plan you need to have clear basic concepts regarding science of nutrition. In this session the author will tell some very important & basic concepts regarding macronutrients viz. carbohydrates, protein & fat & micronutrients viz. vitamins & minerals.
    Author is just sharing his own experience & the knowledge he has gained over the time from different resources. So viewers should definitely consult a physician before finalizing their own diet plan.

    'Health and physical education ' textbook by NCERT class 9 is very good and must read book for everyone. If no time to read, Sir's video is better. BTW Sir's experience is unparalleled
