In standing position our kidneys can't filter the water properly
Moreover in this position our muscle and nervous system are not relaxed and it makes difficult for our nerves to quickly digest the fluid
This may disrupt the balance of fluids in the body leading to greater accumulation of fluids in the joints
Thus trigger in arthritis
That's why Ayurveda has said that water should never be consumed while in standing position..

Hello sir! You’ve advised not to take water with meals. But sir as an Ayurveda Student I’ve studied that taking small amount of water during or with meals (not after that) is benefit for our body.

Other things are right! ButWhen you drink water standing up, the water which goes in passes through the system with a straight gush, not really reaching the organs where it is supposed to do the job. Hence, the impurities which are supposed to go out get deposited in the kidneys and the bladder.

I am an IT professional and preparing for 2021. I wake up at 5:30 in the morning but still not able to devote more than 5 hours to my studies as my office hours demands atleast 9-10 hours. Sometime back I visited some institutes and felt kind of demotivated as students are preparing since 3-4 years and not able to even clear the prelims. Also, teachers there told me i would not be even able to complete the course, revision to bhul jaun....So i haven't joined and started preparing by myself. Am I on the right track or i should join coaching institute. Because i have 2 years only. Is it even possible to prepare for UPSC with full time job?

पानी सिप सिप करके पियो। इसपर मेरा विचार है कि सिर्फ मानव जल के बर्तन को मुंह के पास लाता है बाक़ी सभी प्राणी मुंह जल के पास ले जाते हैं। जल के बर्तन को एक बार मुंह से लगा लिया तो आत्मनियंत्रण नहीं रहता और अधिक प्यास लगने पर पात्र में भरे जल को एक सांस में गटक लिया जाता है। अब यदि हम जल को किसी फैले हुए बर्तन प्लेट, थाली चौड़े मुंह की कटोरी/प्याले में निकाल लें और अन्य प्राणियों की भांति होंठों से ना खींचकर केवल जीभ से चाटकर पिएं जैसे कि शेर पीता है ना कि वानार की भांति (क्योंकि वानर या कई अन्य प्राणी होंठों से पीते हैं) तो एक बार में एक ही घूंट जल मुंह में आयेगा और वो धीरे धीरे शरीर में जाएगा। और अधिक उत्तम परिणाम के लिए यदि शेर की तरह जीभ से जल उठा लिया जाय और फिर पक्षी की तरह मुंह को जल स्रोत से दूर ले जाकर उसे निगला जाए तो इस तरह जल मुंह में अधिक देर तक रहेगा। हलक या घाटी द्वारा उसे सांस से ना खींचा जाए बल्कि मुंह को ऊपर की ओर टेढ़ा कर लिया जाय तो जल स्वयं बहकर पेट की ओर जाएगा और मार्ग में आने वाली लार के साथ बेहतर लिपटकर/घुलकर/मिलकर जाएगा। आप अभी ध्यान दीजिए खाली मुंह में जीभ के अगले सिरे पर दबाव बनाईए और अनुभव कीजिए कि आपने जल को अपनी जीभ के अगले सिरे से उठाया और अन्दर की ओर खींचा तो वह पूरी जीभ तलवे या मुंह के किसी भी भाग के संपर्क में आए बिना सीधा हलक में टकराया और अन्दर खिंच गया यानी कुल मिलाकर राल/स्लाईवा में अघुलनशील रहा।
इससे संबंधित कई बाते हैं लेकिन मैं इस समय केवल दो ही बातों को लिख रहा हूं अन्य बातें बाद में लिख दूंगा (प्रतिक्रियाओं के अनुसार)।
एक दूसरा महत्वपूर्ण बिंदु यह है कि यदि हम भूमि पर अन्य प्राणियों की भांति उखड़उ उखडू अथवा अन्य किसी समतुल्य स्थिति में बैठकर पानी के बर्तन को भूमि पर अपने पैरों के समानांतर रखें और अपने मुंह को जल के पास ले जाकर अपनी जीभ से उठाएं तो उस समय मुंह में जितना भी लार है वो जीभ के अगले सिरे पर आ जाएगा यानी उसी स्थान पर जहां से जल को जीभपर चिपकाकर उठाया जा रहा है यानि सारा जल जो भी मुंह में लिया गया उसमें पहले से ही ( पिछले घूंट के बाद से उस क्षण तक का संपूर्ण) मुंह में बना लगभग संपूर्ण सलायवा जीभ के ठीक उसी बिंदु पर केन्द्रित हो कर आ जाएगा जहां से पानी मुंह में आना शुरू करता है और फिर पूरा मुंह उस पानी को अंदर की ओर से जकड़कर/भींचकर ऊपर की ओर धकेलता है यानी एक एक बूंद मुंह के किसी ना किसी भाग द्वारा पूर्ण दबाव से स्पर्श/संपर्क में आती है यह प्रक्रिया उस समय तक निरंतर जारी रहेगी जब तक पानी पिया जाता रहेगा। इसके अलावा जीभ से पानी उठाने पर मुंह क्रियाशील होगा यानी जीभ हिलेगी ठूडी गाल तलुवा जबड़ा यानी पूरा मुंह हिलेगा जिससे मुंह के अंदर किसी भी भाग में चिपका/लगा हुआ द्रव झटके के साथ जीभ के अग्र बिंदु पर तीव्रता से आ जाएगा उसके लिए आपको किसी अन्य प्रक्रिया को करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है (ध्यान दें जैसे आप गीले कपड़े को सुखाते समय जब झटका देते हैं तो उस समय उसमें अवशोषित स्थितिज जल लटके अंतिम छोर की ओर गतिशील होने लगता है और जब आप मुंह को पक्षियों की भांति ऊपर उठाकर अंदर की ओर बहाते हैं तो वो मुंह में अधिक समय तक रहेगा। और इस समयंतराल में और उत्पन्न लार को भी अपने अंदर मिला लेगा।
शायद पशु पक्षियों द्वारा इस प्रकार पानी पीना सृष्टि द्वारा बनाया गया एक प्राकृतिक नियम (मैकेनिज्म) है जिससे शरीर में जाने वाले किसी भी प्रकार के द्रव्य की मात्रा (खाना, पीना) उस जीभ के आकार पर निर्भर करती है ना कि हमारे चम्मच के आकार या हमारे निवाले/लुकमे (रोटी का टुकड़ा तोड़ने अथवा हाथ में चावल भरकर मुंह में रखने अथवा मुंह के पास बर्तन ले जाकर द्रव को पीने के तरीके) या जिसे हमने शिक्षा या व्यावहारिक शिष्टाचार के खोखले (तमीज/डिसिप्लिन/आसानी आदि) कारणों के चलते अपने जीवन से दूर कर लिया है और परिणामों का अनुभव भी नहीं कर पाते (अथवा करना भूल गए हैं)।

Jai hind sir, as u said tht ur sweat rate is high, as in my case i also have high sweat rate, but i am confused like if i am suffering from sweaty palms or not, coz i also sweat from palms but during workout i hardly sweat from palms, so please make it clear to me, kya aapko bhi palms mein se sweat aata hai or ky vo sweaty palms ki condition hai ya nhi??
