These days many youngsters are facing mental problems like depression, anxiety, stress etc which drastically reduces their efficiency. It further impacts their physical fitness, preparation for any exam, performance in any field etc.

    Sir....
    I m not so a religious person but recently (during this Ramadan) I started offering my Namaz...... And blv me ur each and every word is so true...... It is vry tough to focus on a point for a second..... Without my concern I thought several things within a fraction of second and it seems so difficult to remain concentrate in a point.....
    But sir I promise you I will keep do my Namaz as a prayer n as well as a meditation .....

    I can't explain in words how grateful I am Sir to have you.💖 I just completed my 12th with PCM, now I changed my stream to Arts to only prepare for Civil Services. I use to be nervous because of my changed arts background, I started meditation. Hope it helps!

    Hello Gaurav Sir ,
    I gave my 12th board exams just 2 months before and took a drop this year to prepare for an entrance exam .
    I have a lot of grudges, complaints, hatred for my father and the reason is domestic violence by him at home , poor money management ,arguments between parents , immaturity and disgusting behaviour of my father , Slaps and verbal abuse means foul words by him in the past (a major portion of my 12th class memories haha)
    I have been emotionally tortured by my father since 4 YEARS(9th to 12th std) in direct or indirect ways .I am saying indirect coz no one likes to see his /her mother being insulted and beated it has affected me .Looooong story and can't tell everything
    And NOW my condition is after seeing not so horrible conflicts or argument betw parents. I don't get sad only for what has happend now but all those memories keep coming to my mind which makes me feel weak and broke and then I cry remembering all that slaps and foul words .
    This is disturbing me throughout my prep.
    What will be the practical way or thinking pattern to deal with this situation ?
    How should I deal with this condition and situation of mine ?
    Coz its impossible to not have my own thought or perception about this issue going on in my life.
    I AM TIRED .
    The more I try to ignore the more I dwell in those memories
    I want to know right thinking to deal with it and become successful in my life .
    Pls come up with a video on this topic .Not everyone has good ,emotionally mature,loving ,understanding parents .
    For some kids their parents are their role models and supporters .
    But there is also a section of kids in society , whom parents have all those qualities which they fear having and from which they learn what they should not evolve into.
    Please focus on this topic too I need a counselling on such a topic .

      I have faced a same problem on my academic level when i am in 12 class 2017 and I am government employ in up police and preparing ssc cgl exam I am not a very successful person but I want to suggest one thing that if you want succes in life two things is more important one is ignorance and 2nd is confidence

    Sir...To be honest,I have tried a lot for meditation but things didn't work out. Then, out of noway,I started reading bhagwad Gita. I won't say that I have got my mind under my control but one thing,I do want to share is that I am being able to pay less heed to the people who used to be a big factor in hindering my mental peace and growth,which eventually turned out to be a back point for me.... Although...I have not achieved what I really aspire for and moreover there is a long run to go....yet I have realized THAT WE MUST BE TRUELY HONEST TO OUR ASPIRATIONS IN LIFE....

    #Lack of #contration and focus will turn u into #wrong track.
    Through meditation , we can learn how can we control our #mind and #soul.
    It's should be in our hands. We can achieve what we want to if we increase concentration.
    So #How should we start meditation?
    Firstly ..in a #simple way. You need to aim to keep 1 min where u need to sit in a peaceful environment and you need to focus on a #single object.
    In starting , it will be difficult for you bcz if u try to focus on a particular thing you will get #distracted ...so In starting you need to focus for 1 min on a object ( may be relating to ur religion/ A leaf of a tree/ A Dot) but that time you need to focus on that.
    You can imagine , what u want to be in future while concentrating on that object.
    Eg. u want to become an ips . Imagine urself in #IPS uniform.
    Do it daily for once. Slowly increase the concentration time from 1 min to 2-3-4-5 min. over the time.
    If u reach till 5-10 and if u can concentrate on a single thing for 5min - 10min...the energy releases that time will enhance ur memory power and concentration.
    Because your memory power influence by concentration power.
    And when u get out of this meditation min (According to ur stamina) after that you will feel a peaceful environment in ur brain and body.
    You will feel more energy , increased patience level , positive vibes.
    But you need to keep patience while doing mediation. You need to do it daily according to ur stamina.
    It should not be like , you are loosing ur concentration again and again and doing meditation then its not meditation.
    Try once doing it for some days then u can control ur mind.
    this mind is the one , that will distract u from meditation. And if you have a grip over it, you will start feeling what life is about...
    You will enjoy a single min. of life.
    Don't think that exercising daily can help ur body for releasing toxins. but real toxins are in ur brain.
    Through meditation you can
    Meditation is really important for healthy mind and brain. You will not get into a bad habit . your brain is working day and night but in return u are not giving it time to be healthy and active .
    So I hope u guys understand the importance of meditation and how to do #Mediation.

    Sir how to feel energetic through out the day..🙏 I feel sleepy in the day and no sleep in the night..😔 that's why the next day cant feel energetic and feel so low .😔😔😔plzzz help..🙏🙏what to do with dis..

      This kind of thing also happend to me but I decided to get over it, I went jogging in the morning then walk in the evening, I changed my breakfast, lunch, dinner time and also I reduced my screen time on laptop, phone and TV and most important avoid the use of phone, laptop in night.
      These all things are crucial if you really want to get rid of this problem. Initially you will find it is difficult and also you will think these things are not use full, but don't give up........ Just remember you don't need to give up.

      And one more thing avoid sleeping in day and also ensure that when you are sleeping in night there must be complete silent and all lights are off.

      Indulge yourself in fitness regime after half an hour you wake up and feel the proper focus and cheerfulnes in you + dont sleep more than 1/2 hr in afternoon! Work Hard

    i focus on my breath ....and regularly ask a question to my self am i aware of my breath ....meditation is very power ful
