I started exercising last year (Nuro) but now I feel heavy after my workout at home I was doing so good & now I feel shaky and I don’t know why. I’m a polymyositis patient for 10yr. Thank you for the tips.

Good to be evaluated especially if it is a new change.

I overdid it on the stationary bike and am very sore and tight for some time now. Any advice for recovery? Polymyositis since 2018.

Im sorry to hear that. First make sure it is not active disease-certainly PM can flare. Alternatively exercise (for anyone) can trigger different areas of pain (including the back) if not good positioning. If all of that is ruled out, consider physical therapy to get targeted suggestions on the muscle groups that were strained. Good luck!

I have severe hand arthritis, any good exercises to help with that?

Yes. There are exercises you can do, many of them. Occupational therapy can be very helpful (they usually have suggestions on devices that can help you open etc if you have hand weakness as well)

    I'll start small. I can't lift heavy

You should always start small (light) especially with myositis. These exercises are meant to be gradual! The key is to move.
