    Wow some of the things that contained gluten surprised me. The dairy I hve definitely noticed my body hates milk and ice cream but cheese has no effect. At least I don’t feel pain or feel like I have stiffness with cheese (white block cheese) not processed. Processed cheese is awful. Love this!! Going to share. I like the soup tip. Do you not recommend buying low sodium broth either to make the soup?

      yes processed cheese can be tough. Glad you can handle some other foods better! I agree with low sodium broth if you use it (instead of making it or using other bases-I will show a soup video soon to show a different kind of base)
