Hi both, our dog is 17 yorkie and has his ups and downs. Weve been to vet three times this year and didn't think we would be walking out with him but hes still here. He coukdnt keep his food down at all and were not having him messed around with. However, the Vet recommended antibiotics and they worked for a bit but illness returned. Second course of antibiotics seemed to have killed any parasite or whatever was troubling him and hes alright now. Vet said some older dogs have to constantly take antibiotics and it seems to help. So might be worth a trip to vet to see if antibiotics help. Best wishes to you all.

We've stayed at that site a few times over the years and in the past they let you arrive at 8am for £5 extra and the 6pm on the departure day for £5 extra.
Thats great if your having Sunday lunch , which was always very good and reasonably priced.

Hiya both. Hope Dutch perks up. We took our Max (15 1/2yrs Tibetan terrier ) away a few weeks ago as he was on his way out, but he used to love camping so we thought we would give him one last trip, bless him. We sadly had to make the call to the vets on the way home. 😭

It's so sad but we know just how you feel, we had to make the awful decision with our Basset Hound but we knew at the time it was the right decision at the right time. And now, 3 years on, we can look back with such fond memories

Hi Rob and Lynn, looks a lovely place to visit, the last pub stop we went to was the Black Swan at Fearby near Masham, my god, it was awful, when pub owners have the facility to cater for MH and Caravans they should make sure it is the best as it becomes a little gold mine I.E. charge per night (keep that to a minimum) to cover electric and facilities then they have the revenue through thier business. I do hope Dutch is ok, maybe have a word with the vet and pick up some probiotic for her to help her tummy upset however, keep up the plain chicken and rice as it is good for them when they have an upset tum. Great vlog again and I will say it again I can't wait to bump into you's on a site, it will get messy lol.

I really really feel for you.. I lost my Husky Logan last year and me and my son hoped Husky 2 Maximus would make it over Christmas. this year . We took him to the vets and he was fine ,bouncing around etc and right at the time to leave he dropped to the floor and that basically was it ..Yet again the worst decision a family member can take to release a family member from suffering. Everyone says it is for the best but that will never soften the pain you feel from the loss. yes pets are not things they are and always will be family.

I lost my little dog 6 years ago and honestly it broke me and few months later thats when Robin brought the Motorhome..... Glad you all went out and had a meal it looked so yummy glad you treated Lynn to a meal she deserves it bless her cos she looks after you so well ...... I am alergic to bloody plastic dentures so yeh if you know of anyone with 12g can you let me borrow it long term please ,i bloody give up my cataracts couldn't go ahead because i am alergic to the acrylic lences as well , so i am going blind gummy O & get this my 2 hearing aids contain plastic so guess what i am allergic to them to because it works out its to do with my skin psoriasis & i also have psoriatic arthritis on the top of all the rest please take me with dutch 😢 its Christmas 🎄 & i really dont feel in the mood this year ,i think i need a few to many drinks like Rob as then i will feel better ,what do you reckon Lynn ?
