Have a look at Pinewoods, Wells next the Sea - amazing beach, Hendre Mynach at Barmouth - Mawdach trail to Dolgellau for your scoots, Sandy Gulls or Laburnum near Cromer or South Cliff at Bridlington. To name but a few and can recommend them all!
Love the idea of a catch up in September, as long as it does not clash with my annual service and checks etc. I agree with an earlier comment about using Google Earth to check out sites prior to booking.

You could try Normans Bay at Pevensey nr Eastbourne. Beach is literally just over the road. We are having our annual family camp out there 14-16 July. X
Just watched video and was sad you didn't get to Weymouth town((cycle path from site to town)but next time about three mile from eastfleat is Baggwel farm ,nicer site and good food but a few miles further on is Freshwater bay right onthe beaching entertainment on site,well Ed in Weymouth for 20 yrs ( on a static park so know the area,ps HAPPY BIRTHDAY BUDDY❤❤
Depending on how far you want to travel, I would recommend Filey Brig Caravan site its a 3 min walk to the Beach Down a steep (Tarmac) Track and about a 7 min walk to town centre (Flat Road) and also to Tesco. As for another meet up, id be up for that, but if you filled your charity meet up in 24 hours your going to need a blooming big field somewhere! Maybe the Peak District or Yorkshire Dales should be big enough??
New Romney and greatsone in Kent have sites right opposite beaches. Plus the town of hythe, super for cycle and dog walking as all flat all the way to Folkestone.
Freshwater Bay Burton Bradstock nr West Bay you can walk onto the pebble beach from there and along the beach into west bay Dorset.Or manor farm next door to freshwater look out for DA meets there.

Just watched video and was sad you didn't get to Weymouth town((cycle path from site to town)but next time about three mile from eastfleat is Baggwel farm ,nicer site and good food but a few miles further on is Freshwater bay right onthe beaching entertainment on site,well Ed in Weymouth for 20 yrs ( on a static park so know the area,ps HAPPY BIRTHDAY BUDDY❤❤

Depending on how far you want to travel, I would recommend Filey Brig Caravan site its a 3 min walk to the Beach Down a steep (Tarmac) Track and about a 7 min walk to town centre (Flat Road) and also to Tesco.
As for another meet up, id be up for that, but if you filled your charity meet up in 24 hours your going to need a blooming big field somewhere! Maybe the Peak District or Yorkshire Dales should be big enough??

New Romney and greatsone in Kent have sites right opposite beaches. Plus the town of hythe, super for cycle and dog walking as all flat all the way to Folkestone.

Freshwater Bay Burton Bradstock nr West Bay you can walk onto the pebble beach from there and along the beach into west bay Dorset.Or manor farm next door to freshwater look out for DA meets there.
