That market looks fantastic, especially the food! Regarding Mark's feet, I had plantar fasciitis and was told to roll my foot over a golf ball but the only thing that sorted it out was insoles built up in the arches and " Vionic" footwear which really worked for me.

The Indoor Market Hall is currently closed due to the discovery of Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC) within the building structure. RAAC is a lightweight type of building material that was used between the 1950s and 1990s. Government advice is that these buildings must be closed immediately on health and safety grounds due to risk of collapse. Supposed to be reopening later this year. Keep up with the brilliant vids

Used to love going to Bury market. The market hall was brilliant, hope they get the repairs done and reopen as it’s a big part of the whole market experience. Overall Bury is great for shopping, they have everything from the markets, independent shops to the bigger stores. We were down last year and bought all sorts. Chico looks gorgeous in his new top❤. I also love Black pudding, Bury used to be so good with a bit of mustard. Xx

That was a lovely walk round Bury, thanks guys. For your foot problem you may need to stretch your achillies tendon, put your ball of foot on edge of step and drop your heels for about 20 secs, 4 times day. Oh and hold on to something😊 B&M bargains do brilliant laundry balls for rolling on foot, cheap too.

Sounds like Mark may have a heel spur, or Plantar Fasciitis. It’s a horrid pain in the heel worse in the mornings and when walking. As well as using foot supports and heel sponges Ultra sound treatment is really good. May be worth investing in an ultra sound machine, five minutes each day, or seeing a physiotherapist who can treat it. Worked perfectly for me after suffering misery for months. 😊
Hello guys! Sorry tha your Europe tour has ended but so looking forward to Belfast! I found out last year that my dad's mum was born in Downpatrick! I thought she was Scottish but like so many people in the early 20th century she came to Scotland from Ireland as a child. And thanks for the laughs again! Yes Bury Market looks very good! I seem to remember there football club had a problem a while ago. Is it still going because it existed for over a 100 years? Loved Chiccos little hoodie! Controversial comment warning!!! That said it is meant with best intentions. We love watching your vlogs, & your travels. Mark, I suffered with really painful feet. More so round the heel area, really bad pain. I made the decision to lose weight. At the time I was 104kg, after 10 months I am now 89kg. The painful feet have disappeared, honestly it has been worth it just to be free from pain. I don't wish to offend, the comment is made with the best intentions. I treated myself to a classic car, working on that was too much like hard work. Feel a lot better now, I actually enjoy clawing about getting me hands dirty. I still want to lose another 5 to 8 kg, are you up for a challenge Mark? 😁😁
Mark, fitville do trainers for plantar fasciitis, comfy as anything and should help you on your walks round and about. Not been to Bury market for a while but as a Prestonian the best pies are butter pies, bloody lovely. Lisa you look great, you really suit your hair down like that xx

Though we all like a charity shops to just walk down a high street & just see CS it’s not sounding good for that area. People won’t go as not everyone wants to shop in a CS & go else where. I have heard of bury market but never actually been. Would love to go though. Here in Goole we have an old Victorian market hall that used to be thriving inside and out. Unfortunately it shut down a good 6/7 years ago but as goole town have secured a £25 million regeneration grant then it is going to be done up and used as a food/ live entertainment venue. It’s such a shame the markets are disappearing though. P.s love black pudding hahaha x

I hope it doesn't end up like Derby, we had a lovely market and slowly but surely the Council has got rid of it. There's coach trips from Derby to Bury Market so glad you have done a video on the area before i committed to going as I had no idea the indoor part was closed.
