It´s the first video from the self-development niche that actually got me to take a notebook, write things down and take action. I have the tasks for tomorrow morning already wrote down and I am eager to check them. Thanks for this video. I will be back here after 21 days. We can do it, guys.
He’s right on the 3 best habits. For about 1.5 years I was working , meditating 2x daily ( around 10 mins each, used the headspace app) and exercising, I don’t anymore besides less frequent exercise now , and working. I hope to get back on those habits
Thank you so much for helping people change for the better. I'm a teen, struggling with lots of things (especially mentally) and watching videos like this gives me hope. Thank you so much.
I am grateful to God and you, for once in a long time I am going to take action with what I have learned. I am tired of mediocrity, even if it's just 1% daily, I am going to improve until I become the man I should be. God bless you, my friend, see ya
You have ascended me. I always wondered why I was so motivation this one time but not this other time. It is because of the content I consume and people I am with. I always watched food videos, gaming, dramas; and that made my character into a glutton, sloth and someone with bad mental health. Thank you so much.

I'd like to make a correction of some sort, if you want to call it that way. Watching self-help videos and reading self-help books (as I presume, by "nonfiction") is not the best idea, when overly done. It is the ilusion of progress. It makes you think that you are moving forward, yet you stand as you stood. I think it would be better to put self-help content in general on the sidelines and focus on one of 2 other things that are beneficial to metal well-being (sort of a mental cure for bad mood and nihilism). Mainly religion and philosphy. Also reading fiction is good, if not better than non fiction. it gives you kind of a palette of blueprints on how can you deal with problems.
And add a physical activity it could be playing outside, running, gym or even just walking because when our body doesn't move it gives a sense of laziness so get it moving
hi i just want to say thank you i am well hopefully can say was a very antisocial shy teenager going through a very tough time with anxiety and depression but all of your vids i have been watching changed my perspective and routine. you have actually change me for the good. thank you.

It´s the first video from the self-development niche that actually got me to take a notebook, write things down and take action. I finished watching it, wrote my gratitude, wrote down the 3 tasks and followed to complete them right after, and this was after arriving from work.
I have the tasks for tomorrow morning already wrote down and I am eager to check them.
Thanks for this video. I will be back here after 21 days.
We can do it, guys.
We got this man!
I can’t explain my gratitude. Thank you!
Hope you heal one day… you will.
if you wanna talk im here :)

Watching this is like reading Atomic Habits plus more. Thanks for the reminder, man.
I am grateful to God and you, for once in a long time I am going to take action with what I have learned.
I am tired of mediocrity, even if it's just 1% daily, I am going to improve until I become the man I should be. God bless you, my friend, see ya
I am going to join you, let's rise up
You have ascended me. I always wondered why I was so motivation this one time but not this other time. It is because of the content I consume and people I am with. I always watched food videos, gaming, dramas; and that made my character into a glutton, sloth and someone with bad mental health. Thank you so much.
Bring many more videos like this bro. Love your content.
Thank you! This is actually helpful for me who's trying to reset, restart and refocus my life.
Ill be here in 21 days and update whomever reads this. Life is a little rough right now, i eonder what will change in 21 days. Ill be back❤
please tell me if it works
It's been 3 weeks now any update ?
@@osiris0048 yes I am of a much clearer state of mind, there are still things I need to work on. Recently I have been "grounded" because of my grades so I have had more time to work on my self. I have learned that I love to draw I am currently studying the anatomy of the body to draw more realistically. I am also more easy to talk to around others I'm talking to more people and have made some friends. I also am working out on a daily basis and this weekend I'm going to start running.
Bro where are you?
@@Glorious_xz good I'm good I have a good routine now I'm just trying to keep the consistency
I am 33, and no matter what I do, my negative mental environment always brings me back. It also affects my physical health. So, I am trying to unlearn and relax and take things one step at a time. I know it will work
Whoa, already 67.6k subs? I can smell the 100k subs. Keep it up blud, your content is very helpful to students like me

I'm saving this and I will come back once I see myself as the best version
great video man, truly practical, I love it.
btw, just to clarify for your viewers and for you as well, it's not really 21 days [or 66 as some say] -
it's a myth, there is no absolute number as far as we know for a habit to stick, it depends on so many factors.
What you really want to do is to embrace the 2 day rule - Don't let yourself take 2 days off in a row for any of your habits, gl brothers and sisters, and thank you for this quality content

I started doing what he told in the video and it actually helps but in some days things aren’t so perfect but I still take a little bit of my time in a stressful period to watch and remember this video.
I am a simple human. I saw ghibli. I clicked
Thanks❤ I will try

"Just 30 pushups"
Sir.... I can't do one.
Do one push up then do a rest break for 30 sec or do knee push or do wall push
It is so incredibly rare to find a video that is genuine and real. Thank you for the effort and time you put into this! It was so relaxing and captivating to watch. Time to take action

Thank you so much for this video. For the past few days I've been telling myself that eventually I will start grinding but now I realise nothing will change if I don't act. I truly hope that I can come back to this comment, knowing that I've achieved everything I've wanted to. Thank you.
Great video
I watched this and got out of bed today and put away my laundry to be honest i don’t know if I’ll be able to do this again tomorrow but gonna believe in myself I told myself I would start tomorrow but the ending caught me I surprised myself with how easy I got up and did everything made a gratitude journal and wrote down everything in the video
The 2 biggest problems of this generation:
1. Fapping
2. Edging
😭
I'm 24, still in college and have very unstable source of income. I'm diagnosed with PDD. My life sucks.
Thanks for this bro. I'm really trying. Everyday. But nothing seems to change. I'm tired, but I'll give this life a hundred chance if that's what it takes to fix my life.
You can do it!!
Also reading fiction is good, if not better than non fiction. it gives you kind of a palette of blueprints on how can you deal with problems.
appreciate it !!
And add a physical activity it could be playing outside, running, gym or even just walking because when our body doesn't move it gives a sense of laziness so get it moving
okay, I'll l come back here 2 months from now and try my best to implement all things you talked about. No more procrastination. It starts now. 🚀📈
“Just do 30 push ups to start off”

Muslims have a meditation daily; which is called Salat. Minimum exercise is- going to pray everyday. And a very definite purpose in life- To please Allah by doing good things and abstaining from bad. Indeed, its a very scientific religion🌟
❤
I've found your content recently and it has really helped me. It made me a better student and made me more disciplined. Thank you for giving me and all these people free helpful guides. Thank you!

Step 6: Stop watching, you already know what to do.
