2:58 Using the medito app is a challenge sometimes, because I'm still going to be using my phone. (Even though I've deleted my social media apps), I still find ways to get distracted because I am on the phone! (A suggestion would be to meditate without the app? so at least you'd be avoiding the phone completely) 3:20 I also started gratitude journaling for a while, but after sometime it starts to seem superficial or forceful. I run out of things to be grateful for, or sometimes it feels like I am just straight-up lying to myself by writing I am grateful for this or that. It didn't seem realistic. (Now I just write my thoughts down: it can be anything like ideas, or plans for the day, random thoughts or memories etc, I find it more enjoyable, and because I am able to express myself more freely, the gratitude [sometimes] comes naturally, because it wasn't the intended goal)
You can try to think more about how you are grateful to that things like don't just write it and get it over with take your time sit their for a five minutes or more and you can always write the same thing you are grateful for with a bigger description of course.
It's all a matter of WANTING, if a person wants everything they can, and it's all a matter of adapting to the routine, I talked a little more about this on my channel and like people with complicated routines until they get the routine, it can be complicated, but it's just a question to want

i saw a video by a therapist about the journaling thing, they said you should write three good things that happened at that day before going to sleep and it genuinely made me become a more positive person in like a week also thanks for the timing on this video, my classes start tomorrow. i'll try the routine, already wrote it down

Hey, Thank you, brother. All other morning routine videos tell wake up at 4.00 a.m. and 3.00 a.m., but I couldn't follow them consistently. When I wake up late, then it is a day I waste my all the time on PC or Mobile. But this helped me a lot because its 6.00 a.m and its very easy to wake up that time and do the routine. And also sleeping at 10..00 p.m helps a lot. I'm following this routine and feeling good ngl. And also I would like to watch your content no matter it's filled with Animation videos OR you are on the video directly. The most important thing is your wisdom and words. ABSOLUTELY HATS OFF FOR THE START. Without proper sleep even a well engrained morning routine will eventually crumble. I noticed this after it happened to me multiple times and actually seeing someone talk about it really makes me happy. Sooo technically, don't start tomorrow. Start today by going to sleep at a good time! (E.g. 10PM to 6AM)

This has helped me immensely, mainly the gratitude journaling ❤❤ because I wanted to start just with one habit, and build upon it. I have been doing it for almost 2 weeks now (off and on but still showing up) and today for the first time I felt “man I wish I could write one more…more than 3” and that feeling dude, it’s so nice. It has improved my mental health so much, and I often find myself reflecting on the things that happen as part of the “mundane” life that just make me feel grateful, and a sense of peace.
I have simple morning routine- streching. Btw guys, streching is also good working routine. Try to make it only a bit painful, later you will feel better cuz of circulation of blood. Also heals benefits. 10 mins is enough. Hope it helps. Good vid btw.

I just joined the challenge if your wondering I’m 13 from Wisconsin and hope to improve myself bc all summer I was doing good and running but the last3-4 weeks I’ve just given up on running and stuff like that but now I hope to regain this spark and hopefully with this challenge before i get devoured in homework at school
my morning routine is wake up at 6. Take a cold shower. read, watch a youtube video then get ready for school. i also try to work out three times a week

I feel good because I had this in one of my tabs for a month waiting for when I could watch it cus my sleep schedule was trash I would go to bed super late and wake up super late but I finally in the last 2 weeks fixed it and my sleep schedule is normal so now I can watch this and have a morning routine
You should also go out side and let your body (especially your eyes) to expose to sunlight for at least 5 minutes as soon as possible after you wake up. If you do this consistently (and you have had enough quality sleep before that) you will see the big difference in your energy and mood.
actually drinking coffee 1 hour after getting up is not recommended. You’ll get tired during the day, much better drinking it at least 1 hour after getting down from bed. BTW great video after all!

its still very unhealthy because humans are meant to be awake during the day. No matter if u sleep consistently like that and get 8 or 9 hours of sleep its still unhealthier than going to bed at like 8pm - 3 am. But i do that shi too i suffer from insomnia and i wake up whenever usually around 12 to 4pm. need to dial that in
