Hi Ben, love the content you provide for us. I've noticed a mistake in your weight conversion for the legion slim 7 for a while now. 4.52 pounds equates to 2.05 kg not 2.5. That which is a big difference and particularly useful when comparing slim laptop. hope you can fix that in the future. long term supporter of the channel.
ya I noticed it too. but even that number is wrong. The correct weight is around 2.15 kg. I have got one and measured myself

Hey man what kind of power settings are you doing your testing in? I have the slim 7 6800H, and I'm not getting nearly close of hrs in battery life.
If anybody wants to use Davinci (4k rendering, what else) you should NOT buy the Slim 7 Pro X. I did it and 4GB VRAM is not enough for the basic workflows with Davinci Resolve. Just create a transition between two JPGs and your render will crash. Add more than 1 effect to a video, and it will crash. I am going to sell it now. Everything else I love, but 4GB of VRAM is unusable for any creative work.
Are you sure it's not a software problem? Seems absurd that it would give those kinds of problems. It works flawlessly on mine, and i don't have the dedicated GPU

Heads up, the sequel to the slim 7 pro x has already been released with the slim pro 7, with ryzen 7000 and rtx 3050s and 4050s. (It has the 3050 6gb) The chassis looks to be the same though, and the naming scheme is incredibly confusing.

I decided to go with the max out legion slim 7 amd adv for programing and on the go gaming. Really satisfied with the machine. However the dimension of the machine is not fit for conventional 15.6 laptop backpack due to it size
