"Wearing too much makeup proves you're insecure." "Here's an info-graph to make sure that you walk and sit in a graceful way, and a list of 25 things you need to do to be charming."
This is the sort of stuff that makes me suspicious of any specifically labeled trad community. There are communities without all this stuff for people that just like the aesthetic - the horrible, hypocritical takes don't have to be part of the deal.
In our family, the women (what our tree mostly consists of) theese are rules that are need to be kept, and they also say theese. It turns my stomach, because at the same time even they pick on each other, and sometimes call me egoist, because I do use makeup and doesn't sit like this. (Because I also wouldn't be able to breath in that position, thanks to my spine.)
The honest JOY I felt when I learned that the "My husband Jeremiah" blog was faked by a enby lesbian so they could get into a trad wife discord server? Is immeasurable.
@Maccer from the north nonbinary lesbians are nonbinary people attracted to women for whom the label lesbian feels right, whether due to some connection to womanhood (psa: nonbinary people can be in some way aligned to a binary gender while being nonbinary! bigender, demigirl, etc), or connection to having been raised as a girl, or whatever else. identities aren't completely black and white, especially not one like lesbian which has referred to so many different categories of person through time both by lesbians themselves and by homophobic society

Fun fact, there was a tradwife Twitter account that tweeted something like "sad that traditional household power dynamics are now immediately associated with BDSM," and then someone replied with the account's header image, which was straight up a woman in manacles. The reply? "So the use of restraints on a woman ubiquitously equals kink? Be careful about proving our point."
Lesson from the Kink Side of Kik, if the male has a submissive female in restraints anywhere on his profile he is gross. Maybe not illegally gross But gross
cottagecore is supposed to be wholesome and about wanting to own plants and bake and it’s all about what you WANT and not what you should do. it’s very soft and nice and the toxic tradwife shit doesn’t belong.
Wait, so cottagecore isn't about being a gay witch who performs druidic rites in the forest by night, and bakes delicious berry pies for her many lovers by day? Oh...
Cottage core sounds like a lesbian witch aesthetic tbh. Or maybe there's one lesbian witch and the other is a fae queen and they go out for moonlit flights and stuff

Every time I think of "traditional families" I think of the long lasting stereotype of tv relationships where the wife is a nagging shrew, and the husband is a moronic sexist. Neither of them seem happy, and the relationship seems to either center around the kids or pure spite. Bonus points if the husband is also a drunk, and this is treated as kooky rather than a serious character flaw.
Sounds like you're projecting your own problems on healthy, stable relationships. Either that, or you're showing how easily and completely media brainwashed you.

i didn’t realize that so many people in the cottagecore community were tradwifes considering everyone i’ve met who are into cottagecore are lesbians (including myself)

"Have faith in your husband, as he always has your best interests at heart." Yeah that's all well and good if you're married to a genuinely good, honest, loving person. Clearly this woman didn't come from an abusive home, with an alcoholic, abusive, narcissistic father. If you have one of those for a husband and I can 100% guarantee that the only person's best interests he gives a single shit about is his own.
In my experience, most people aren't saints so sometimes they think of themselves before their partners or try to hurt you emotionally in the heat of an argument. Your partner doesn't have to be abusive in order to be someone you have to stand up against sometimes, or whose intentions sometimes needs to be questioned.
Yeah whoever wrote that maybe hasn't met that many men. (Edit: anyone of any gender can be an asshole but the "have faith in your husband" thing is specifically about men so that's what I'm responding to. Don't worry, I hate everyone equally.)

@Zephyr Probably because some of them literally embrace the ideals for women that Nazis had. I could honestly barely stand some of the posts that reminded me of what we learned during history lesson about the third Reich (I'm from Germany so we learned alot about stuff like that). Honestly, everyone can be glad, that Germany lost (I definitely am!) so acting like there was anything good about that dictatorship is somewhere between insulting and extremely absurd.
Why? Does it remind you that you've soiled yourself and the life of degeneracy you lead is ultimately empty and devoid of true purpose or satisfaction?
@Zephyr a lot of people within that community have really oppressive values and use that *cute* and *aesthetic* sort of culture to indoctrinate people into sharing their hateful values
Like. Duh. Of course you should respect the man you married. Just as he should respect you. A healthy marriage is based on loving, respecting, trusting, and communicating with each other. I hate the idea that women should just respect their husbands "just because." Respect is something you earn by being a decent person and respecting other people.
For real tho can you imagine having someone order you around all the time? I get that people are into it in the bedroom, that honestly sounds kinda exciting and it's definitely on my bucket list, but it should end there, not carry over to your everyday life. It just sounds so unhealthy. Like how can you respect yourself when you are basically a slave?
@@Eris_Norregard I'll be real with you growing up my mom was pretty controlling even going to far as to beat me when she thought I wasn't listening or misheard her. She won't try that shit now I'm 25 but she jokes about it till this day that I called the cops on her because she tried to beat me for calling her bitch. She also hates anyone I talk to because they might get the idea she's a "Bad mom" because I lie, a lot apparently (you know the kinds of parents) but it's all out of 'Love." So as of this year, I'm with my boyfriend of 9 years, celebrated 29th of August; I do ask him for permission a lot mind you it was a LOT worse when we started to date because I was used to walking on eggshells and if I so much as seemed like I wasn't listening guess who got beat? Which he says maybe 3 times a month I also learned to stop apologizing for everything and I mean EVERYTHING drop a pen? Sorry. Having a bad day? Sorry. Breath incorrectly? Sorry. Also my grandparents live by "If your happy then that's all that matters" hell mom only kept me around not because she loved me but because if she let grandma adopt me she'd have been thrown out of the house and out of the will. Thinking this is the life isn't really i'd say it's more like indocternation. The difference is I hid a LOT of crap from mom over the years and had friends online and irl that helped me break out of that "Do it for her because she wasn't able to" or "Because you're nothing so live my dream" mentality. To be FAIR, it is technically a choice to personally be a submissive personality; it’s a problem when women like them give this advice to others who definitely will not be in a position where they can safely trust their partner. It should be “I personally want to be a housewife bc that’s just what I think fits me best,” VS “I want to be a housewife so that means every woman SHOULD BE TOO”
I came here just to post that! "if they just admitted this was some high-aesthetic D/s lifestyle it'd be way more intellectually honest" like they say they hate kink shit but this is def some kink shit. You cannot tell me that "letting my husband make my decisions" in this insanely predefined way isn't motivated by being extremely horny
I've grown up in a culture of "traditional" marriages and one part that the tradwives seem to miss is that you're supposed to make decisions WITH your spouse. All of the massive investments, from the neighborhood we lived in to the car we drove, were made by both of my parents. One of the real problems about this sort of culture is that it teaches women that they're worthless if they're not married (making it even harder to leave abusive marriages), and teaches men that their wives are subhuman and can be treated as such.
Christian here: Some of the crap in this tag is embarrassing and vomit inducing as well. The implications in some of these posts that men (people in general) can never make a mistake and shouldn't ever be questioned are despicable. Not to mention the baked in racism, sexism, condescension and overall judgmental tone. Marrying and respecting someone shouldn't entail giving up your freedom of expression (or your safety) and letting them step all over you. Y I K E S
YES. As a Christian I hate that people include us in those awful ideas. Like not having any other purpose besides being a wife and mother. Not to mention all the racism which is the opposite of what God wants. It makes me want to vomit! @@jupiterliam7961 it's probably both. I know women who literally got married and divorced out of HS, had some experiment times and then got remarried. They have told me they sometimes miss their old lovers. That makes them feel guilty and bad, even though their husbands may have done the same thing. Purity culture is fucked up. But it's doubly fucked up for non-straight bodies and those of us who were unwilling participants. Like I met my husband when I was 24- and we did not sleep together until I was 25. Bro as a Christian I am really grossed out by some of the posts under this tag. I run into the grad wife stuff a lot since I follow the cottagecore tag along with baking. What really stings is that I started following those tags as a way to have a little escapism from my toxic relationship to my father. The thing that makes it really suck is that the phrases I see on some of the tradwife posts (“listen to your husband/ father” “it’s the woman’s place to be subservient to the man,” etc.) are the same kind of things that he’d tell me to make me listen to him/ show him respect that he wouldn’t grant me. It just really stings that a means of escapism for me ended up getting tainted by a reminder of what I was trying to get away from. The bread posts I can get down with though.
You have my deepest sympathies that you had to through this. I myself have had a similar situation happen to me with extremely gendered words and phrases such as "I need a strong man to carry this" . It has gotten to the point where it feels like I have sounded a part of myself I used to enjoy.
In my opinion it’s fine to want to be in a traditional marriage IF THAT IS WHAT YOU WANT the problem comes with the internalized misogyny, racism, and general hatred that tends to brew in these sorts of communities.
Exactly. I've heard so many stories of women not being listened to with equal seriousness as men. If a submissive relationship is made intentionally but the dominant chooses to illegitimize what the submissive says, that turns into abuse. Happened to me once and never again (except I was hoping we would be equals). Even just not being listened to by someone you listen to and trust so much is demeaning. And this nyarlathotep person is doing just that. Using sarcasm as an excuse not to listen. Intentionally showing a lack of compassion from the self says nothing about the person you're disagreeing with. All it shows is a lack of decency in the one using sarcasm.
This is literally a kink. The man controlling everything you do and "knowing he has your best interests in mind" or some shit. That's a submissive kink. That's a daddy dom kink.

I feel like the whole "Do whatever he says. He always has your best interests at heart..." And stuff like that is how people fall into severely toxic relationships. It's like saying that if he tells you to do something, do it with no questions. If you don't want to you still have to, because HE knows what's best for you. What if he is toxic or manipulative towards you? That would make you fall into a severe bad place and becoming a mindless slave to your husband in a way. It all seems very dangerous with that stuff and those posts.
Right now I’m reading a book by Stephen King called, “Rose Madder” it about a girl who was beaten everyday by her husband for 14 years. When she finally leaves he get so mad thinking that she was supposed to obey him as if she were a pet.
My boyfriend and I are into d/s but I’ve been reading up a lot on d/s relationships and a lot of the power imbalance, even if it’s fully consensual, fills me with this visceral disgust. It’s not my position to kink-shame anyone but being in a 24/7 TPE relationship sounds awful because even if it’s the woman’s choice it still leaves her very vulnerable to be controlled and manipulated. I like being “controlled” to a certain extent (being told when to go to bed, having to eat what he cooks for me bc it’s healthy and I can’t cook for shit lol) but it’s only because I LET him control me in a way that, imo, will make me a better person and help me make better decisions for myself. I really value my strength and freedom and there’s no way in hell I’m gonna let anyone take that away from me. Hearing about toxic relationships where the man holds all the power and the wife is subservient makes me sick. There’s this idea that, in a lot of d/s relationships, the sub is allowed to give their input but the dom has the final say on all decisions and...I’m sorry but that’s just not how a healthy adult relationship works.
I love how instead of a specific region, they just say "European". Like, that is where they're from. The entire continent of Europe. Not Ireland, not Italy, not even Britain. Just... all of Europe.
Right? The European continent is so diverse with different cultures and history from place to place, so how do they group all the countries together? Weird.
I believe a lifestyle like this is completely valid as long as you don't have a controlling partner, you're happy and you don't bash other people for being non-traditional.
I don't think people who live that lifestyle call themselves traditional wives though. They tend to refer to themselves as homemakers or stay at homes or housewives. Not traditional wife.
I'd totally be chill staying home and baking cakes for my wealthy husband and spending my days reading and tending to my little garden, but we would have to be equal. There's no "submissive wife" in this relationship. We both respect each other and we're both equal. I'll only bake you cakes if you're a good boy. If not, I'll leave you for the pretty widow in my gardening club because I'm bisexual and I do what I want.
my ex girlfriend wanted to be a tradwife, and pushed me into the role of the "strong, dominant husband" (we werent married). i was really in love with her and tried to do anything to make her happy, but it felt like a facade and i was really unhappy
At 25, I was married. And just like this naive young lady, I thought I would follow the “biblical way.” Adore my husband, be available for him, listen to his wants and needs. Flash forward at age 50, my man of my dreams became a weak willed, spineless worm of a man with a serious drinking problem. I realized all the strength he supposedly possessed was actually what he sucked out of me. Thank god I was raised by a practical man who insisted that I finish college and be an independent woman. I had been a wife for so long, I had forgotten whose daughter I was. I found a good attorney and filed for divorce. Got my resume together and went back to work. Six years latter, I could not be happier. I have a job I love, my daughter is thriving in college and I’m planning to buy my own home. These women haven’t a clue. My advice? Don’t stop working. Keep your skills up so when your devoted man runs off with the secretary or nurse or becomes a alcoholic in 25-30 years you will be marketable and go out on your own. Stand on your own two feet, ladies:)
I keep telling young women in the comments section of tradwife videos that they need to have a marketable skill before marriage and children, and I get a lot of hate for this advice. It isn't enough for women to be tradwives, but they must be so dependent on husbands that divorcing them means poverty.
@Jessica Messica Being careful is not enough. Know how to be self-sufficient. Teenage girls need to learn about financial abuse. Many of the tradwife videos are discouraging young women from getting college degrees or marketable skills. This gives husbands too much power, making the wives vulnerable to financial abuse.
Honestly the whole trad wife thing really annoys me, it is something our generation has made up with idealism and rose tinted perspectives of history. There is a reason women in the 50s fought for rights and equal career opportunities. Maybe i am just opposed to this as i have seen the abuse that can come out of relinquishing your financial independence to your husband, but the whole thing stinks of naivety and idealism. Obviously abuse doesnt happen to everyone in these types of relationships but it is a very slippery slope to shackle yourself to someone in this way. You can have traditional family values without worshipping and being a slave to your husband.
alot of people like to look at terrible things in a good light, then promote it as something to be brought back. Take communism for example. Its been proven countless times that, due to the human condition, successful communism is downright impossible. Yet, for one reason or another, people seem to want to bring communism back. I mean, I guess its a cool aesthetic, but they kind of remove everything else that made communism so reviled to begin with.
I 100% agree, as someone who genuinely wants to eventually settle down with kids and become a stay at home mom, I think it’s important to be aware that not only are my dreams not universal but, they were originally used to oppress women, and many women grew up still being oppressed by this mindset and it’s horrible. I think that every single person has the right to choose what they want to do in life free from influence, whether that be a neurosurgeon or a homemaker (not to say you can’t have a home without kids or marriage I am just using the term to be gender inclusive). I want to become a stay at home mom not because I was raised to want it but because I genuinely love kids and cooking and I think that being a stay at home mom is what is best for my life and is going to make me the happiest. However I think it is utterly ridiculous to become completely financially dependent on another person (why I also want to freelance from home) and absolutely no one whatever their role in your life has the right to force you to do anything. I think that it’s okay to want to be a stay at home parent as long as you are still progressive about your lifestyle and do not force those dreams on those who do not share it

My cousin once-removed is a tradwife because she was raised "Christian", and honestly I feel so bad for her. Her husband hates our household because we're Presbyterian, left-wing, and pro-LGBT, and he won't let her or their kids talk to us unless we're at a family gathering and can't be avoided. My mom and my cousin were best friends growing up, but now they can't talk because her husband is a prick who can't get over political differences. This guy is actually very mentally abusive. Heavily controlling and guilting your spouse for your own selfish reasons is toxic and abusive. She needs to get out.
From what I've seen most cottagecore groups are actively and explicitly anti-racist and anti-sexist, and emphasise the need to be aware of privilege and problematic elements to make sure they don't slip into the white supremacist aesthetics of tradwife which is much different to cottage core
“Atomic housewife” sounds like a domestic parody of Atomic Blonde where she stays at home with her wife Delphine and does spy work from her home office and I’m here for it
X606 There's quite a lot of problems. If the husband gets out of hand, even slightly, it could cause mental trauma and after a while could even abuse the wife. Most women and men who promote this are either being abused and trying to find an excuse for it, or are abusing and also need to find an excuse for it.
Submission kinks are usually inherently abusive, and it's far more degenerate compared to the loving relationship husband and wife. Anyways, why is submission kink okay to you but traditional relationships aren't? I'm truly getting tired of hearing people say things like this.
@@localshithead7430 well I guess the real problem with "traditional relationships" is that there is less consent involved in them. D/S relationships are built from the ground up with a massive dose of consent and trust, "traditional relationships" are not.
@@X606 not to mention that even if there is people who engages in 24 h games, usually the d/s kink is left for the bed and out of it the relationship is perfectly normal and equal.
I have a friend who's really into the whole idea of living a simple life in the forest and having a big beautiful family and I thought it was strange at first. A👏MEN👏 This shouldn't be about men doing everything because women are too "weak" -- that puts a lot of pressure on the man and puts the woman in a box. I've always thought it's about doing what the other can't do; capitalizing on THEIR strengths while making up for THEIR weaknesses. I think there's an oft-used quote of "women were made to do what men cannot", and I think that's sort of true! However, that must adapt from person to person, relationship to relationship, and isn't a predefined set of characteristics that can be prescribed to all women automatically.
Exactly, my fiance and I take turns supporting each other when our mental health gets rough. Sometimes we both have a bad day, and take turns venting. At the end of the day, we are each other's rock and safe place. Life is hard, especially mental health but I know as long as I have him I'll eventually be OK, and I'm also there for him
This is kind of why I get so frustrated. I wanted to come into 2020 with a classy/elegant aesthetic and wear a bunch of dresses (not because that makes you classy/elegant I'm just in a skirts and dresses mood this year lol) because 2019 I was a little graceless and immature, but all the inspo posts and videos are led by women like...this. If anyone knows of anything like that but not racist and completely anti feminist I'd be super grateful
Just Call Me Teacup i dont know if your style is more modern or vintage, but Anna Bey from the school of affluence yt channel has a lot of content about elegance and fashion/styling tips. She’s a feminist and doesn’t push any fAmiLy vAluEs bs
You should look into the content of Rachel Maksy, Loepsi, Jessica Kellgren-Fozard, Bernadette Banner and Karolina Zebrowska. Even though all of them are more on the vintage side of the classy/elegant aesthetic, I think it's a good starting point of your exploration. They're all super entertaining, classy feminist ladies that produce high quality content. You can find them here on RUclips and Instagram.
I get that so much :( I _love_ vintage clothing and cottagecore, but I'm also an atheist and believe in total equality for all. You can dress however you want and believe however you want.
This video has given me such flashbacks to every time in my recently life that someone I've met irl has seen me in my vintage clothes with vintage hair and no makeup (because i'm too lazy to wear makeup) and assumed I'm a Good Christian Woman. It has happened so many times. Probably not helped by the fact I live in a rural heavy Christian area but oh boy. I've had girls invite me to their church stuff because apparently I seem like a good traditional woman or whatever. Sewing vintage clothing replicas and vintage baking recipes might be 2 of my main hobbies but I fear the day they find out about my 3rd and most secret hobby: drawing big titty anime ladies.

It's so embarrassing when I say I'm Christian and people compare me to these stereotypes of being a tradwife or something.
Lesbian Atheist here... THANK YOU! It's such a breath of fresh air to see religious people like you! Normally I find them in comment sections on youtube, but as a teenager living in the suburbs of Illinois... I don't meet many people who aren't religious. And it's difficult to find more progressive (in other words, people with common sense) religious people like you. You're the type of people who will eventually help others realize their bigotry. It's not all of you, but it's certainly a loud minority, and I hope that the majority will soon, finally, tell them to shut up. Thank you! :)
What's worse is when your very Catholic dad really pushes some of these on his totally-not-having it wife and has-no-choice daughter(hey look it's me!) He's a fairly nice person, but this liberal ain't having it.
Kagumiin i thought your name was “christian” and you were announcing it like it somehow played relevancy to the topic and then went “ o h “
I agree. It's always a shame to see people being influenced by toxic Christian stereotypes. As long as it's understood that those posts are just overgeneralizations.
“Aborted her black baby last year”-excuse me WHAT
sad frog black babies are aborted more than any other race of baby. Look it up.
Among its mentions of various races in different ways, consider this meme signed by nazis
@Jhonny Auditore unfortunately if it came to it , conservatives would probably only allow abortion to be legal in all states if people were aborting fetuses that would of become a baby of color or biracial.
@@meganbeyer1996 unfortunately I think a small bit of it is because it's hard to deny cheating when the baby is the "wrong" color 😬💔

I feel so bad for that one woman who was "sad to say" that she wanted to have sex with her boyfriend, whom she loved?? I hate purity culture so much. I hate people who make anyone, but especially women, feel ashamed of their sexuality.
Yea it can be pretty toxic. But I am glad her brother intervened. It sounded liker her boyfriend was being too pushy and coercive.
@@Alex_Barbosa I guess that's one way to think about it? but the way she put it made it seem like she did actually want to have sex with him, not that he was being pushy and coercive? and that she was just ashamed of that desire.
He's the only man I've ever been with- because any guys I tried go sleep with sucked at sex so they didn't get very far- I don't believe in "foreplay" it's all sex imo and if they are bad at that they're not going to be good with their dicks. But they all hold me up like I did something right. Nah ladies. Nah. I had terrible taste in men before I met him and I'm one of those useless bi/pan folk who sucks at getting with other women. These ladies need help deprogramming.
@@jupiterliam7961 Yea, what you said is pretty likely. But It still makes me uncomfortable when I hear about somebody trying to talk someone into sleeping with them after that person already said no, regardless the circumstance.
It's such a contradiction anyway - if you didnt have sexual desires, "purity" would be easy and nothing to be proud of. So being proud of abstaining from sex means you're proud you can overcome your strong desires- but shes sad she has desires?

Keira Laub that sounds awesome. I’m actually reading the The Shining right now, but I’m going to check out that book as soon as I finish

Stand on your own two feet, ladies:)
honestly i'm so proud of you xx
Good on you! I agree!
I keep telling young women in the comments section of tradwife videos that they need to have a marketable skill before marriage and children, and I get a lot of hate for this advice. It isn't enough for women to be tradwives, but they must be so dependent on husbands that divorcing them means poverty.
I mean not all dudes are crappy like that and going to run off.
But yeah, be careful who you give power to in your life
@Jessica Messica
Being careful is not enough.
@@gabbo7101 Socialism worked amazing in my country though, so I hope you're not painting it all with one broad brush.

I think that it’s okay to want to be a stay at home parent as long as you are still progressive about your lifestyle and do not force those dreams on those who do not share it

who's gonna tell them they have submission kinks they took too far?
eh not really too far, if they're happy with it and everyone involved consents I don't see the problem
Man, why want a house-wife when you can be a house-husband?? catch me making bread for my girlfriend in my binder and apron
Yes
That's what I want in a man.
Thats so wholesome, I love this.
laughs in immortal tatsu
ok but that's adorable omg
“Please just bring back the porn.”
The “how to walk gracefully” thing is disturbingly like marching band. Just more pink and dresses. And less yelling and heatstroke.
and less tan lines
YES
and less dehydration
And less people making the “one time at band camp” reference like we’ve never heard it since starting marching band.
And your voice doesn’t quit because your busy growling at you row because THEY WONT STAY IN LINE DEAR GOD I KNOW YOUR NOT STRAIGHT BUT COME ONNNN
my husband has a cousin who named her son "Bow Hunter" not "Bo", not "Beau", BOW HUNTER!!!!!!!!!!
LMAO
flamevein she-ra be punching the air rn
cherri blossom I WAS JUST ABT TO COMMENT THE SAME THINT 💀 spop s5 tonight 🤪
She reminds me of those MMORPG players
🤮🤢
I’ve got long blonde hair and live in dresses, but this makes me want to shave my head and escape to the woods donning a shell suit
Get that crazy expensive Gucci one.
yes
I have a friend who's really into the whole idea of living a simple life in the forest and having a big beautiful family and I thought it was strange at first. In itself that dream is not a bad thing, but it bothers me that some people in this community think they have to submit to daddy and always be flawless in every way. It sounds harmful to not allow yourself independence.
Nins Mins SUBMIT TO DADDY KQNSIWNDONWKANIFND
Honestly they hate porn but why does it give me undercover freak vibes? It all feels very low key sexual to me.
This isn't trad at all. A lot of people want that.
@@zant41 true, but she also admires European culture and tradition. She likes cooking, baking and doing embroidery too and says she values femininity. She's cool though, she doesn't really have any problematic opinions.
@@Niniminns but ... what does that even mean? what does this have to do with Europe? i mean, what part is she referring to? bc where I live in Europe, women are mostly expected to become their own breadwinners and its slightly frowned upon wanting to just be a housewife and mother...
13:22 "he guides me when I WOULD BE WEAK ON MY OWN"
this pisses me off to no ends. my duty as a husband is to LEND HER MY STRENGTH when she is weak. and because i am human, and thus prone to occasional bouts of weakness myself, she lends me her's in return. i have seen all this before. tradwife is a hashtag now, but they have been a thing for generations and they spawn many societal problems because the are BAD MARRIAGES. anger, resentment, loss of love, no respect, and children born into this will suffer from relationship problems of their own.
A👏MEN👏
This shouldn't be about men doing everything because women are too "weak" -- that puts a lot of pressure on the man and puts the woman in a box.
You know something? You're the kind of person who defines being a true man. I respect you.
One word:WOW
exactly. marriage should be about balance, not ownership.
Don't give up, there are a lot of very nice and progressist poeple in the vintage aesthetic :3.
Just Call Me Teacup i dont know if your style is more modern or vintage, but Anna Bey from the school of affluence yt channel has a lot of content about elegance and fashion/styling tips. She’s a feminist and doesn’t push any fAmiLy vAluEs bs
Karolina Zebrowska is like a vintage RUclipsr. Probably not a lot about elegance or anything but A+ channel
You can dress however you want and believe however you want.
ah yes, my dream life: have a marriage arranged while i am in the womb, i marry at 15, bare at least 10 children and die before my 40s
Ah those were the times
Big titty anime ladies! Yes!
You, as a human, are goals
your mind ♥️♥️♥️
I dunno you sound perfect to me?
If they dont want to be your friend after finding out you draw big titted anime ladies, why would you want to be their friend?
Liberated Feminist: "Is only attracted to black men"
Tradwife: "Loves her family, race, and country; in that order"
Me: Didn't realize memes were around in the 50's
traditional values aka racism, sexism and homophobia
DoubleIrish DutchSandwich Idk what your comment means but I wanted to say: Memes actually were around in the 50’s! People have had memes for ages
why is race before country?
@@DeathnoteBB it's a statement on the very 50's values that that particular meme puts forth.
Jesse Hunter Yeah but I just wanted to point out that memes were around in the 50’s. Some people (not necessarily OP) genuinely think memes are only an internet thing, when in reality memes have always existed.
Conservative: "We want traditional house wives back!"
*Gold digger with no job leeches off wealth*
Conservative: "No! I hate gold diggers!"
Woman: "Isn't that what you wanted?"
Both sides of extremes are just mirroring each other on double standards. If some higher power were to do a full totalitarianism over people's lives in the name of equality to treat all both would go anarchy
@Lilyrose sounds projective while they complain over men while they become toxic whamen over not stealing from them lol
A housewife is supportive and works to help the family as a whole, a gold digger is unsupportive, selfish, and disloyal.
@@anilin6353 Nope, a gold digger is loyal if you have the money. Also this is about traditional housewives, not modern day housewives. Back in the day the traditional housewives would be gold diggers who only cooked and cleaned the house which is nothing in today's standards.
@@anilin6353 dont forget runs off with another man when he has something she wants lol
