Tea is right! The reason the narcissist chose you is because you are high value and successful and likable and empathetic! They will never find anyone like you, they chose you because of your high value and they only look for the very best! That’s a fact! They will target another empath but it is very likely they will not find someone as empathetic as you! Very few people would put up with these clowns!
But look how many of us fell for their BS. So it’s possible they find another person to run game on.

I agree with the comments down below but still I think it’s hard for them yes they maybe found another you but how realistic is that ? If we look at our own exes there is maybe non or 1 who was a really good person because it’s rare! We are all here but mostly don’t date the same person so all the narc come across 1 super empath….

If you really look at a narcissist with a magnifying glass and remove all the frills, all the exterior facade, they are worth nothing. They are damaged goods with evil intent. They can’t love and don’t even know what real love is. They are like scared little children who need others to hold their hands for survival only to deceive and betray the ones who were truly there for them. They are sickos!

It's amazing how when we're with a narc, we make them look good, and happy, but once we're gone, they look horrible, nothing like how it was, when we're with them. My ex Narc downgraded so bad with the back burner supply. Come to find out he had to let her stay with him cuz she can’t keep a place of her own… and get this, she over the age of 50. He been hoovering for the last 3months. I remember when he would try and call me broke busted and disgusted and that I wasn’t a real woman, meanwhile I have been handling my biz and taking care of my household non stop bossing and glowing up. Come to find out the back burner is everything in which he called me. Jokes on him!!! 🤣

@@andre1987eph age is not a factor but did those 60 year old demonstrate some type of stability themselves? Like being able to maintain a roof over their heads by themselves? We’re they getting evicted every year for non payment of their rent? That’s what I was talking about. At that age, one should be somewhat able to hold down housing, this isn’t a blue moon type of thing. It’s every place.

In our last real conversation I told her "you will never find anyone else like me. Look the world over until your last breath and you will find no one". She said "I know" with a smile. 😏 I always knew my worth and that she was drawn to me because of my endearing qualities but she couldn't maintain her regard for me cause over time her low self worth couldn't handle the reality of it.

What you're doing is giving him value. More than you value yourself. This puts you in "qualifying" mode. You're trying to value and qualify yourself for HIS approval. U just want him to like u again, so u can go back to "The Lie" he had you asleep under. This is reality, and it don't feel very good. This is a mask slip you're experiencing. THAT you have right there. They feel that EVERY . SINGLE. DAY. They're just better at hiding it. That's why they need that supply drug. It props up that fake self so they don't feel what you're feeling.
That's called shame and guilt you're experiencing. Failure, not good enough. Hell, you name it.

I did the test one day just to see if they were one them. They thought I was sad and depressed, so they were laughing at the tv, giggling, having a jolly good Ole time. So I sat there looking at the TV too, and...well I started laughing at the TV as well ya know. Some funny stuff being said. Oh hell naw..that smirk wiped CLEAN OFF their face. Was like a SWITCH flipped. They got an annoyed look on their face, put their cheek propped up on their fist, and sat there pouting. Like MAD mad, that I too was also laughing at the tv.
Now if that ain't proof they love to see u down, idk what is. That man's standards is TRASH. What about YOUR standards, what about YOUR feelings eh? What's he done for YOU lately huh ms lady? Probably NOTHING but negative things.
I tell you what. Try it. Just TRY it and see his mood switch. All yall reading this that's still messin with em. Just pretend you're in the best mood possible. Test it out for ya self. Pretend you're in the best mood possible, don't be OBVIOUSLY fake about it. Just Content, and happy. Watch how THEIR mood always goes OPPOSITE of YOURS. They may try to get SARCASTIC and be "happier" than you like it's some competition. They can't stand to see u up going, sucessful, HAPPY, thriving. None of it.
They don't like or love ANYONE, let alone themselves. They use that guilt trip, to lure u in and give them, chance after chance etc. You need an ACTUAL Man, not some little 5 YR old driving around a man suit.

@@Kat-zl8pz that's what u do ms kat. Sit down with ya self, figure out what YOU want. What YOU need. You have to give it to ya self. You have to learn to be happy giving to ya self, like you gave to them. It don't feel like it, but that's the best thing he ever did was leave. That takes a toll on your mind. I personally didn't feel it till a week or two after they moved out. Some felt it that same day. I think I was just in shock so bad, my mind didn't really process that it was like DONE done. Once they leave, u may be on edge emotionally. This is hyper vigilance. They were an emotional drug to u and regulated how u were suppose to feel. If HE wanted u to feel happy, he pushed this and that button and there u go. Happy, feeling sucessful, content etc. If he wanted u to feel down, well he knew what words u don't like, what irritated u etc. And pushed THEM buttons.
We just handed them a remote control with what makes us tick is all. Just remember, each day, you're a different version of yourself. Actually every 30 mins, every hour you're a different version. A BETTER version, bc now you know things u didn't know an hour ago. You're getting educated now.
You matter too.
You have a right to be happy and to be treated like a right damn human being. Don't even treat a DOG like that, so why treat you like that. The mistake is allowing it and to keep allowing it. They legit don't think they're the problem they can't admit fault. They think YOU'RE at fault.
Dinner is 30 seconds late. Ommmmg that's YOUR fault. The drink is only half way full instead of COMPLETLY full..oh how could you.. ya know.
They're 5. And we sorta spoiled them.
Just remember this. You're going to be ok alright ? When they say it gets better, IT DOES. I didn't believe it. I thought "this my life...I'm gonna feel like this FOREVER now..they ruined me"
It's officially been ONE YEAR about 4 days ago on March 10. I just learned all I could this year. All day every day I learned. Take care of ur stuff, and learn about what it all is.
While it's in the background, you MUST box up everything, all items of theirs and gifts, shirts, jewelry, all items tied to them, box it and get rid of it. Don't walk by and see it, those are TRIGGERS and rhey keep u stuck. They're done on purpose before hand. They're sneaky michevious little 5 yr olds setting u up for emotional pain before they leave.
Move the furniture around. Re arrange it ALL. Dump the photos, ALL OF THEM. Delete from phone email, all of it. If "i" look at them, it won't do anything to me, bc I dot have an emotional attachment to it. But YOU do, and if u keep seeing it over, and over, it keeps poking u and burns it into your mind. You'll see how powerful it can be.
Get rid of it all. For me it felt like I was throwing THEM away and deleting THEM and I felt sad, couldn't do it. Finally I bit the bullet, and did it. Better to sting ONCE and heal, than to heal a bit, walk by something and see it, and reopen that wound again and again....annnnd again. It just keeps u stuck. For me PHYSICALLY. I didn't want to walk into any room of the house. I HAD to tho, and I went to work. You HAVE to do this. It's FOR YOU. Doing this is one of the best gifts you can give ya self.

The Narc i was with is getting back 10 fold what he done to me … reaping what he sowed … last December his best friend he idolized so much almost like a GOD confronted him about talking texting spending so much time with his wife … it got physical between the two of them … he lost a very dear friend who would do just about anything and everything for him to help him out in any situation… good or bad … and the “friend “ he thought he had with his wife … tragically the wife was gunned down in January in front of her house in a quite sleepy neighborhood of a small town …. Extreme case of mistaken identity … that’s 2 people … in February I had ENOUGH!!! I just quit loving and caring about him and started loving and caring for MYSELF … tending to WANTS and NEEDS …
It’s funny you mentioned the law of reciprocity. I use to be a narcissist and I didn’t even know what a narcissist was. I just reflected on my past because I wanted to be a better person so I changed. The only way I found out I was a narcissist is because after I changed I became a victim of a narcissist. I had to do research and found out about NPD, sociopathic, bipolar etc; It just blew my mind 🤯 I recognized what they were doing, the lies, gaslighting, manipulation etc; I was doing this stuff when I was young and wasn’t even educated on it. Since I did it when I was young, I’m convinced that if you’re at least 35 and up you know exactly what you’re doing and you’re using these tactics on purpose. Especially if they are an educated individual always reading books. Maybe even have a library at home. They should really know better and I believe those are the ones that educate themselves on it to use it as a power tool.

Everything you said is so true. He even used a unknown number to call me cause I blocked and put restrictions on his numbers to tell me no one can stand in my shoes and he wants to come back. People please believe me ,am one of them that was to strong for him. I left him. Not going back. And they are weak and spirit less. Will always need someone to baby sit them cause that's what you'll be doing. Get strong and stay strong. They are the ones who need us.
Preach! Nobody said it better. All the negative energy I experienced, sent me running for the hills after wasting too many years w my narc husband. Going no contact and letting the flying monkeys think what they want while keeping my head held high, knowing for sure that I had just escaped the devil. You go girl! [No contact from narc/dysfunctional family 3 years]. My narc sister used to always leave messages on my phone. In almost a panic voice she would say "you have to call me back right away. It is really important." I would think her house was on fire or something so I would. Then it got to be the boy calling wolf gig so I quit calling back right away. It was always her talking smack about someone and never an emergency. I thought that was strange childish behavior. I have also seen some crazy things she would do and say to people that just wasn't normal. Now I have a name for it. Narcissism. Don't miss any of it. Free to be me. Spiritual court ends 12/31/2021. For all of us who were married to the narcissistic.Who had heavenly contracts/meaning all earth angels and Spirit beings/Narcissist. God will be awarding you/us and releasing our blessings for our pain and suffering. . In 2022. I just wanted to share this. . That is all. Beware the Hoover..once those blessings come in..they will bit their arm off to get back in your good graces because they think you can save them from the Spiritual sentence. My last, nrc girlfriend was a fellow teacher. We were both Single, no kids, never married. We were each making $120k including benefits on the salary scale. We both loved nature, outdoors, keeping fit, and snuggling with each other. It was a slam dunk for a normal person that we could both have a great life together . End story: She’s still teaching, making 120k further up the pension scale too, and I’m on food stamps and renting with public assistance with the struggle of my life to recoup my dreams. My only crime was loving here. Really.

These people have serious issues. Funny thing is that they don’t think they did anything wrong. Then act like they don’t care. Then come back crying asking to take them back. It’s insane. They come back! They always do!
Idk why thus message made me think of this,, idk maybe because its on my mind & because some of the things you shared I can kind of apply it to the recent experience I went through.
I can't believe I done ran into a narcissist again yall. One who baby sat for me this past week while I gave birth. I actually had a feeling or two that the lady was off but I simply ignored them.
She made those four days of my labor horrible, then while I had to stay my two days for recovery she was still making things bad, not only for me but for my oldest who she was baby sitting.
Every time I spoke to my child I could feel stress from him. This wasn't the regular I miss you stress,this was much deeper, he sounded so drained.
Its crazy because before I agreed to her watching my son I was really hesitant to have her do it. After what I went through I see why I was hesitant.
When I got back home I started picking through things & realized that she fell into all these narcissistic categories & is the reason why my son started having a hard time with her before I left home to deliver. I should have picked up on my son cues,when he wouldn't even go into the same room with her after about the 2nd time she baby sat for me. He has my gift & can feel people & their energy & I ignored it but he was right.
I'll be calling the agency I used to get another sitter,because that lady is real off & doesn't need to be around children. The day b4 i left the hospital I started to realize just how evil she was, then when I came home from the hospital is when I really felt it.
She has the mask on that will fool ya but if you aren't in tune you'll miss it, and its crazy because my intuition & my guide was trying to tell me something, but I kept getting caught in fog so I couldn't get it right. I serve the most high. He has me serving my sisters and brothers. Give and accept. I will always need all here. The narc is noise(chaos, distraction, confusion). Learn to discern and ignore them. I have gone past them with no contact;🤨🤨 they wonder why. That is whatever time I can never get back or undone. Error? I can objectively accept and possibly correct my errors. No one requires anyone to repeatedly lie and rob them.
I went through cycle for years. I had to identify the root. The root was parental narcs growing up.
Also when mine would threaten to leave, I would react. Once I flipped it and said I'm out, he will not leave. 😁🤣😂

I love your videos. Wish I saw them while I was still in the relationship. But it’s ok. You’ve helped so many things to make sense. A lot of the things he said and did was really textbook. Although he broke up or “discarded” me, I solidified his decision. He now has to live with what he thought was a good idea. I’m SURE he can’t match all of the stuff I did for him. He said he promised God he would treat me right. I told him God would hold him to that promise. Well, quite naturally he didn’t and he threw me in God’s face so God removed me. Oh he’s definitely getting karma and will for the rest of his life. Narcissists don’t think things through because they think they are above consequences. When I tell you God is not playing…. I bet he regrets his decision now. And when our no contact order closes in October, I’ll be filing an injunction to make sure “no contact” remains indefinitely. Ain’t nobody playing with him. I’m healing and am moving forward.

Yes T, he had to go somewhere everyday. He couldn’t stay home in peace. Towards the end, he started paying more attention to other women when we were out. Instead of focusing on me as I did him. I never looked at another man, that’s not my character. One lady at the store told him to leave her alone, she’s not to be played with. He was so cheap, I told him you’re not funny, no one likes your corny jokes. Just a loser. He left a msg in my blocked box last week after a whole year of NC, talking about he’s being the bigger person. 😅
I Trust God and I know He will provide for me.This has been a very difficult year for me the narcissist I am married to walk away to another supply a while and now with another one. My finances are ruined because of him.I am in the middle of doing chemo treatment and doing this divorce,with very little income coming in from Short term. He has probably asked my daughter about me three times. Hasn't given me any help financially. And he knows my struggle.But he's living his best life traveling and gambling and Yes the new supply knows about this marriage.Its crazy I'm suffering and he's having a great time.
