This is how you really take your power back. When they ghost you, unless you have children with them, do not reach out to them. Do not ask any questions as painful as it may be. Remain Silent, and it will through them for a huge loop. And when they hoover, do not answer. Continue to remain silent and turn all of that energy on yourself and healing.
Ms. Telsha. What you said is so true. After walking away from my ex-narc, he called a couple times, and the last time I was busy, he asked if I wanted him to call back later. I said No, and Bye. I know he didn't know I meant ever, so he called right back. I never answered the phone. I have not seem or heard from that backward walking pigeon clown since. And it was done with zero drama. The up side too is I never got into the whole social media thing so he has nothing to check.

I'm thankful for all of these RUclips Channels that the Lord has led me to! Tea has been very special to me!! We're taught the spiritual aspect of the subject. Had I not learned much of this, I'd probably be back in the past with my narc-ex entrapped and headed for destruction. The Hoover traps are well thought out and executed. If we are not aware of how tricky, sneaky, and seductive the narcissist is we might fall into the trap. In cases where we were either married to them or in long-term relationships, they are the more clever when trying to hoover us. They've learned us! They know us! They know our habits and routines like a football QB knows his play call sheet. They'll 'coincidentally' show up at the same place at the same time and make it look like 'It's GOD'.

Right now I am talking about abuse in general because through my experience God revealed my life's purpose clearly. I healed first before I started talking about abuse. Sometimes the Narcs get it twisted that you feel some type of way coz you are educating people about abuse. So many people are ignorant about narcissistic abuse. When you are emotionally abused, you don't even know it.
I don't care how bad or how good I am doing, the narc is dead to me. We all know very well its hard to talk about abuse if you haven't realy healed and moved on lest you are triggered.
It does not trigger anymore. These Narcs will know you are OK or not but if you involve God in your journey He will take care of everything and hide you in the shadow of his wings.
💯Correct. They will mirror you. They don't want to see you happy or better then them. You best block them and new supply and every person related to them. Them flying 🐒 done tried contacting me...NOPE! If you come across people you both know, you best be quiet.
Mirror you...yesss!! They become you. Mine befriended absolutely anybody & everybody I knew. Absolutely nuts. They carry a host of demons from within. I've witnessed & endured it. Weight loss , ulcers ,anxiety...he both mentally & physically made me sick.

After two years, she called me last night. She is blocked so my phone never rang, she is blocked on everything. Now her friends and family are calling me urging me to talk to her and how sorry she is. Boo hoo... I only responded with one sentence. "I DONT WANT TO TALK TO HER." So my question is... is she gonna keep trying? I'm not worried about getting back with her, I'm just worried she will try to make my life hell. One more thing... two people have told me in the past few days how happy I seem to be.

Baby Brother slipped up and let me know our dad was using family on Facebook to find out what I was up to since I went No Contact two years ago. I blocked them all. Now, his latest wife started calling. I’m debating blocking her.
I was done with that bird 3 months into the relationship. It took 9 months to ease away, yet he continues to stalk to this days. A fool caught up in his own delusions of importance.

It's amazing how you're able to witness your progression from the crows! I've moved on! I'm loving my new relationship. Sometimes GOD put things right in plane sight but we don't be looking! I still get stalked but that's normal. I'm good at ignoring garbage! I'll look right through you like you just don't exist! Welp, good people stay strong and never ever ever ever go back! Thank you! You're so on point with your messages. Plus, you've prepared me for the next step from that no good bird. Closure...the day he left with some else was closure. There is nothing to talk about. Almost 2 years of not seeing that face or hearing his voice! Time waits for no one so I spend it allowing God to put me back together. Peace of mind is everything! This is Absolutely 💯 % what happened to me back in 2004, the last Narccistic situationship that I allowed to live with me for 8yrs, tried a return. Knocked on my door 🚪, came by with the male roommate who he lived with at the time. I looked through the peek hole and answered very loud,but stern hello ,bcuz he said I just stopped by to say hello 🤮.He had heard through the grapevine, that I had been doing well since I put him out, and heard that I had been talking real vacations.
This one is in my house now and won’t leave! Making every excuse to he book. I allowed him to be here unt if l he got back on his feet and although he helps financially, it’s not worth my peace of mind. I need him out my house like last month!

I've noticed that I'm being pseudo stalked and I say "pseudo," because it's very subtle yet apparent and I DON'T use social media at all. Now whether it's through YT or email, I do know that two of the most recent narcissists is tech savvy -- one having been in or in a position to be discreetly manipulative in cyber stalking me. Both have been BLOCKED and I don't want EITHER one of them back! The 😊 on my face is one of relief, release, and joy because I AM healing to wholeness. I suspect, neh I know, that neither the grandiose narc or the covert narc, are happy for me. How could they be knowing what I now clearly know and understand?! I stay prayed up and armour polished, trusting few if any, cause their flying monkeys could be anyone.
I notice the change in countenance of those who say that they're happy for me or are willing to 'help." Narcissist abuse is lethal, demonic, damaging, and dangerous. TRUSTING in the Most High!

Interestingly, I was already educated at least to some degree on NPD, but little did he know that when he discarded me, although painful, I knew it was a blessing, and did not reach out to him in the least bit as I'm sure he thought I probably would have. And I still haven't reached out to the Narcissist, so it really ended up being a double discard. He discarded me, and I never reached out for closure. I could care less and remained silent never asking for answers. The closure is knowing that they are disordered. Little do you know you already have the closure if you've ever dealt with one. I'm laughing.
And I texted back please do not contact me again.. I blocked you for a reason and that reason is because I never want to hear you again.
