I get hate hoovers all the time, from my ex-husband of 27 years! I just didn't know what to call it! We've been apart for 7 years! He always says the same thing. "I hate you, Audrene! You don't even know how much I hate you! I HATE you, you f****** b****!!!" I never respond. He's a jerk. Usually he grabs his girlfriend's phone or my daughter's, because I've had him blocked for years! He can't phase me. I'm a daughter of the Most High. I know who I am. 😊

Yes ma'am. My life was engulfed in disfunction junction because I grew up with narcissists, dated narcissists, was friend to narcissists. The hoover tactics I look back on now were truly narc desperation.

The “Hate Hoover” is real and I saw it in the courtroom but I just ignored the projection. Didn’t even look at the bird, not once, and didn’t react either…he can get his fuel somewhere else because my tank is empty 😉

Yep had a mutual friend come by with her daughter on halloween and the first question after saying hi was “so where in the heck are you working??” I said at a job…..she laughed it off but I could tell she knew I wasn’t gonna say so she just left it at that lol

After almost 1 1/2 years after, he has begun to hoover and he has some birds spying on me! Yes birds!! People who didn’t like me at all and now they check my Instagram. Insane!
So true, it's much more difficult to walk away - especially when you're lost in the illusion that they've weaved. I feel so much peace now I would never dream of going back... my reality is so much better now that I can see it through my own lens
You left now stay away. I speak from experience that they do their biggest permanent damage to you AFTER you take them back.
Well coined! I wish I had seen this a few months ago. He used the holidays and my birthday. Almost 5 months of blocked/no contact. I was caught off guard, but I’m back on. Refocused! He did all of that foolery to get my attention while still carrying on… not worth my time, attention, and energy!

Going thru this now with my husband. Moved out and have him blocked on everything so he calls and texts my daughter. I have set up my social media now to where I don't allow messages from anyone I don't follow and no messages requests. I have my phone messages scam shielded and to where only my contacts can hit me up. Problem is that I'll works 80% of the time. He loves using texting apps I just ignore because I know it's him! Everything he tells my daughter I do not respond. Every fake account he makes I block.
The narcissist don't love themselves period or their children why narcissist women get pregnant and not even fit to be a mother or a father that I don't understand that picture at I will said this God has given me the strength to move on from my supply enough is enough no more games and it like I said a narcissist don't like the shoe when it on the other foot it backfire on them and deserve every bit of it and more that what they get you dish out evil but cannot take it when it swings back you now you know how it feels too us humans that right love will last forever and enternally even when you gone from this earth and peace 🕊️

I can relate to this video, when I left her and after no contact I got a text accusing me of stealing her fathers watch & her mothers wedding rings, I was deeply saddened but I did not reply. Yes it did bother me big time, 2 months later I received a text from her apologising to me as she since found them. I did reply to this text saying “I don’t & never will except your apology “
It’s totally amazing how low they will go. No contact does freak them out.
He's got his friends family calling me with stupid frivolous conversations trying to scare me bc I live alone so they think .... flying monkeys minions hoovering ....the desperation is at a all time high.... Narcissists flock in groups and the Empath HSP is the only person that they know genuinely loved them and had their back....the separation is causing the desperation

1st attempt at no contact ended UGLY... He sent sexually explicit photos of me to my church's FB page. He got a response, alright! Today is 2 week mark of my 2nd attempt at no contact & I'm nervoussssss! He called from the unemployment office phone # (now blocked) but got chance to leave voicemail ugh. Walking away after any break up is my usual moderus operandi. The other party better be absolutely sure that they want a break up because once "it's over" comes out, I don't do the back and forth after the fact. If things could be fixed then we should have done that before the break up not after. Less drama that way.
So yeah, as I said before, my past whiny victim narrative spouting narc of the past got a very rude awakening when he discarded me and I didn't chase in behind him lol. A whole month passed of radio silence on my end before he started his hate hoovering. Then I played THAT against him since he left a cyberstalking trail a mile long and threw the law book at him lol.

Most narcissist abuse experts advise to drop any mutual friends you may have had with the narcissist.

Telsha, can you talk about leaving friendships (with non narcissists) in which you are doing 90% of the work to maintain the friendship? These relationships can also be bad for your life.
I realised after I escaped the narc and was in a relentless high stress period that I had no real friends or family I could ask for support. I did ask for support and it made no difference. I was surrounded by all types of narcs wanting to pounce when I felt my weakest. I have a couple of people that call me their friend who I don't fully share with but I wonder if it's possible for us to trust anyone again after being abused? Bless you Andre.

@@andre1987eph You're right. I understand this I just wonder if it is possible that I will one day allow someone else to earn my trust. Not everyone in this world is a narcissist and I feel sometimes like I am sustaining the abuse I encountered when I think it's not possible and deny people the chance to earn my trust. My abusers denied me so much in my life but I am now in a sense denying myself.

The saddest thing is that that bird and the new supply are stalking me. Doing crazy making things like driving in different kind of cars windows always tented. I have never seen something so sinister in my life. Like today I was on my break at work today and the both of them rode past my job after work on my way to my destination I seen him in another car. Now mind you not he knows I take this way it's like that clown senses when I'm leaving and coming. My sister just did this to my nephew yesterday. She got her boyfriend to text my nephew to tell him how bad a son he was for not getting a place for his mother to live, because she is currently homeless. The bf told him that he needs to stop holding grudges against his mother for not taking care of him as a child. I told my nephew to don’t even bother with the toxicity. My sister is 55 year old grown woman and she needs to handle her own business. She spent her whole life partying and drinking and what not and know she is basically reaping what she sowed. My nephew, called the bf and and asked, why don’t you get an apartment for her under your name and he said that he couldn’t because he is married.

You can ALWAYS change anything in your life. Including phone number and email. I change my phone number once every two years, and I have 8 email addresses. This thinking that there is something in your life you absolutely must keep, will keep you vulnerable to these narcissists also.
