This is so true. I've seen 2 narcs I used to know start aging as soon as I bounced from out their life when I started seeing the bull$hit early on.
Bro, late 20's is still young. I'm in my mid 30's and I still look 25 max if I shave my beard, cuz dealing with the crazy narcissist brought white hairs to my beard earlier than expected. And you're right, narcs will suddenly start looking old when they realize you're not coming back ever. Old and tired, the same way they made you feel when you were with them. Every year I'm happy that she gets older and older and sadder, while I get better and better and can date whoever I like.
I'm saying all this because she used to tell me how unattractive I was in her eyes (pure nonsense and projection). Not a drop of pity for her in me. She made me feel like I was 90 and ready to die.

I went no contact 3 years later I find out that trash has been stalking me the whole time then started stalking my new girlfriend they have a serious mental illness she’s obsessed with us we had to do a police report so she’s somewhere hiding now her jealousy and bitterness is at a all time high she gotta be on some kinda drugs to think she would ever be around me again not even as a friend like her dad said let the next man think he won a prize!!

Be very cautious of this type. The will lay low for awhile then start back up stalking. My former his ban is a stalker I have ppo and he has an ankle monitor he has still violated the order.

I broke up with my narc ex one and a half months ago. Didnt. Hear from him for one month. Was just healing and getting better and stronger when he contacted me and.before i knew it he came over for a visit. I then decided after he left that was my closure he had not changed a bit.
