Besides, it's best to be only associates with your coworkers anyway because, if you tell them all your personal business, they're going to spread it all over the workplace. People love to gossip and tell everybody's business. That's how conflicts amongst the employees gets started, so it's best to be private.

The main problem is some people's inner child, their childhood and even young adulthood may play a part why they blame or have problems with others and can only find fault in certain people without completely looking at the outcome from their point of view. I only fw the coworkers that hate the job equally, especially those that are loose lipped about how much they hate management. And even then, I walk carefully because I know that it can be some shit if i start to outshine somebody. But I don't never badmouth coworkers at my level. I don't talk about team leads either unless there's an actual issue that needs to be addressed at appropriate times. Don't do the bullying shit though. Of course, this is in low level jobs that are hardly worth anything. I don't play in professional workplaces.
