Things were already bad and it was just a matter of time for a discard. He had the audacity to call the police on me telling them all kinds of lies, keep in mind the night before I was asking him questions and he said “show him the proof, I have no merit”, this is the same Narc that got caught cheating on me with his brothers children’s mother earlier on in our lie of a “relationship” so I kicked him out but he didn’t like that when I open the door and threw his stuff out before they showed up, so he called me out my name and put his hands on me. My child was filming the whole thing. Police showed up, they saw the video and he was all agitated and aggressive the tables turn quickly for him when the police wanted to take him in and again he called the police on me for telling them I didn’t want him to leave. Paaallleezz! The next day I filed a restraining order. There will be NO HOOVERING I am DONE! He moved back to San Diego a week after this happen he didn’t show up for court and he is living his lies I’m sure with his “NEW” life! Zero contact now for 2 yrs. So when I didn’t try to get back with them, it was really like I discarded them. Me not begging for them back was an injury. He only got in because of the guilt tripping playing the role of helpless and kind victim whilst bullying me into keeping him here when I realised he was a huge burden only 2 months down the line but the manipulation and guilt just got worse and worse playing homeless card with me even though he gave up his apartment after I told him not to do that because he didn't know how we would work out, the pressure and guilt he put on me was unbelievable! Things got really bad cos he also had schizophrenia and once I became close to a mutual friend who knew too much broke me daily, it was easy getting him out all I had to do was dent his faux public image on Facebook to his spiritual fan club he was grooming, got him out finally after the transactionship where he told me he would help me but didnt lift a finger nor bring in a penny cos he's a bum and feels entitled to retire aged 47 and live off me! I rejected the offer of friendship wanting to know why I wasn't on social media even though he blocked me in the hoover and told him he was lying but refused to say why. It was so filled with toxic hateful threatening crap that I changed my number there and then and he can keep every flying monkey, snip snip chop chop 8 months without any of them in my life enjoy each other

Great video sis! EVERYTHING YOU SAID IS SO TRUE! Quick personal story, on the day of the discard mind you it is 5 am I’m fixing breakfast for my kids in my home he mooched in for 7 yrs. Things were already bad and it was just a matter of time for a discard. He had the audacity to call the police on me telling them all kinds of lies, keep in mind the night before I was asking him questions and he said “show him the proof, I have no merit”, this is the same Narc that got caught cheating on me with his brothers children’s mother earlier on in our lie of a “relationship” so I kicked him out but he didn’t like that when I open the door and threw his stuff out before they showed up, so he called me out my name and put his hands on me. My child was filming the whole thing. Police showed up, they saw the video and he was all agitated and aggressive the tables turn quickly for him when the police wanted to take him in and again he called the police on me for telling them I didn’t want him to leave. Paaallleezz! The next day I filed a restraining order. There will be NO HOOVERING I am DONE! He moved back to San Diego a week after this happen he didn’t show up for court and he is living his lies I’m sure with his “NEW” life! Zero contact now for 2 yrs. My discard was orchestrated by The Most High himself so y’all know that thang was a site to see. Me and my kids called it (til this day) “The Great Escape” bc it was!! After 24 hrs went by the WHOLE BIRD FAMILY WAS TRYING TO CONTACT ME! Talking about he was having a mental breakdown chileeeee!!!! I was low key hoping he would take himself on out. So when I didn’t try to get back with them, it was really like I discarded them. Me not begging for them back was an injury. When they realized there is no hope- that’s when the smearing and harassment started in the most desperate pathetic ways. And it keeps hurting them really hard when you show them you don’t care. It’s ironic that they did not ever care for me, but if they get back what they dished out, they can’t handle it. The important thing to remember is the worst display of who they are- is REALLY what they are. The true colors always show at then end of the relationship.

I unknowingly “discarded” a narc and it’s been a year and a half now and he’s still texting and calling me. It’s creepy af! I didnt ignore the red flags and I followed my intuition..I knew something wasn’t right with him and that was enough for me. I wasn’t ready for what happened after wards tho. Since then he’s done a lot of stalker like things like going to my home town and taking pics and posting them on his IG, calling me from different numbers, friend requesting my friends and even dating people I’m acquainted with. So if you’re going to do this be careful and make sure you tell loved ones about them. They don’t take being discarded lightly and it might provoke stalker like behavior in him! Great video! He only got in because of the guilt tripping playing the role of helpless and kind victim whilst bullying me into keeping him here when I realised he was a huge burden only 2 months down the line but the manipulation and guilt just got worse and worse playing homeless card with me even though he gave up his apartment after I told him not to do that because he didn't know how we would work out, the pressure and guilt he put on me was unbelievable! Things got really bad cos he also had schizophrenia and once I became close to a mutual friend who knew too much broke me daily, it was easy getting him out all I had to do was dent his faux public image on Facebook to his spiritual fan club he was grooming, got him out finally after the transactionship where he told me he would help me but didnt lift a finger nor bring in a penny cos he's a bum and feels entitled to retire aged 47 and live off me! I rejected the offer of friendship wanting to know why I wasn't on social media even though he blocked me in the hoover and told him he was lying but refused to say why. It was so filled with toxic hateful threatening crap that I changed my number there and then and he can keep every flying monkey, snip snip chop chop 8 months without any of them in my life enjoy each other

He accepted everything she said, but when he started to tell her about her shi$; it was fire crackers and hot grits! I thought it was over and went to use the bathroom! I swear I didn't even have a chance to let loose before I heard the yelling and screaming! Ran back out their and she was going crazy!

In my situation Correct #2 I discarded the narcissist and would not let her come back into my life under no situation "completely ghost," and still trying too. Absolutely no contact, she did not expect that at all, I waited that next day and when she call that afternoon I told her calmly; I'm moving on with my life and that's it, no more and she should take care of her xyz and herself it's over.💯 ghost her at that point💯%. Never again.✌💯
Oh yes...when I told my ex that regardless of what he says, his actions does not show me he is capable of being a good husband for me....he moved forward with his wounded ego and made matters worse but proclaimed he was doing better....had every excuse in the wrold of why I was wrong for leaving.

What made me realize what I was dealing with was when I came across Ms. Telsha's videos and boy, did I slam on the brakes and changed my number for the 2nd and last time and I also made sure that I blocked him from being able to email me ever again because I didn't even realize that he knew my email but it must've been from when I let him borrow money that I never got back along with the money that he was stealing out of my house and out of my car. Oh, and him being sneaky going through my phone and in my computer.

I discarded mine after 18yrs of marriage, and rejected the hover and let me tell you, T is spot on. He stalked me, vandalized my car, threatened to kill me, broke into my house and attacked me. He was committed to a psych hospital for 8 days, then jailed for 4, two weeks after the psych hospital. And he was the victim and I made him behave like that😂😂 Phoenix on fire is an understatement😮
