I have been getting stalked by my ex narc for over 15 years. Everything from getting calls from blocked numbers, fake number apps, to getting random text with my current home address to scare me. I mean I live over one thousand miles away and We have no mutual friend but he still manages to find my home address and new cell phone numbers. He even found my husband’s phone number and started texting him out of the blue. He even inboxed my daughter on fb and she was only about 6 the last time she saw him and at the time that this took place she was about 24. She didn’t even remember him smh. I was literally almost 14 years of no contact before I finally said something back to him and when I tell you this is the longest amount of silence I’ve gotten ever since I went no contact. I mean I caused over 15 plus years worth of narcissistic injury in one paragraph 😂😂😂 I think he was taking my silence for weakness and he thought that he was bullying me until I snapped. I still get random calls from time to time but it is very minimal after that tongue lashing. Plus I exposed him to his mom and brother with undeniable receipts, so I know that played a role in his injury too.
I was in a very verbal, emotional and physical relationship with a narc! The last straw was when he woke the next day and told me he a dream that he had stabbed me a hundred times! I was like that’s it! While I was cleaning up minutes later trying to figure out how to escape, he pulled out a knife and a pitch fork and payed it beside him! By the Grace of God I was able to get away and call the police! He is currently in jail with aggravated assault charges with a deadly weapon! No bond because he violated his federal probation! When I say that God heard my cries for protection ! Thank you God for saving me! Ladies this is so real I never in a million years would think it would happen to me! If a man even raises his voice a notch, that’s a Red Flag please leave because a lot of women don’t make it out!🙏🏾❤️

July 2023 he attempted to stab and kill me with a knife, God showed me an unlocked door,I dunno what distracted him, in the middle of the fight,he went to the bedroom while carrying the knife,and that right there, was my opportunity to get out of the house. I never laid any charges, here is South Africa its just a joke, cops come and try to reason with the perpetrator. Faith in God is what saved me, I could feel it that night that Im gonna die, something shifted in my Spirit. I just divorced him, after 11yrs of marriage

I divorced my narcissist wife. We were together for 21 years and found out that she had an affair by the man she had an affair with. I ended up winning my absolute divorce against her and she received no alimony. I blocked her and her family and friends on all socials. I told her I don't want to hear anything from you unless it has to do with our sons. And if it's something small, you can text it. She hates the fact that she doesn't know what's going on in my life. She hates it even more knowing that I'm dating someone who is truly better than her in every aspect and I've upgraded my life by starting over from scratch when it came to her. God truly revealed to me the truth and gave me the opportunity to be free from the madness and that's when the veil was lifted and I saw her for who she really is. Blessings on blessings. Amen

Before I realised I was trauma bonded and caught up in a long distance addictionship, I lost count how many times I ended it. I always second guessed myself and went back, he always took me back and around we'd go. My mind was battling cognitive dissonance as he would say things that I realised were to throw me off balance, naturally he would reassure, love bomb, deflect, blame shift, gaslight, never take accountability therefore no responsibility. Watching Telsha's videos, praying, reading, my bible and talking to a Domestic Abuse counsellor, I got away from that hellmented frog. I gave him the final discard of his life!! My only regret is that I didn't end the contact sooner as some of the crude, rude, disgusting and demeaning things and names he called me is the nasty toxic residue that I'm detoxing from after my encounter with this demon. Don't fall for the crying, begging, pleading or request to be friends. Once you know, go! Full No Contact!! 🙏 Cut them off all the way 💯 To God be the glory 🕊

I gave him so many chances, but I've finally said enough is enough. I discarded him, and I blocked everyone in his family. He's facing jail for his third DUI (had two before we met, claimed to be 'healing' from his past and it was all lies). Instead, I bought my dream home in another state. I don't want him to know where I live or ever see me again. All of his emails go to spam.

After a year of dealing with the ex narcissist boyfriend I have had enough, I dumped him, and he cried out loud sounded like a roaring beast. He stalked me by following my every move, annoying phone calls, driving by my house and sitting in front of my house. His behavior went on for months to a year. 😅

I had the pleasure of discarding the ex narc and I went no contact while the police took him out the house so it was safe for my daughter and I to go back. Since over 2 years I have had a restraining order so he is not allowed to contact me. I am happy my daughter and I are safe from this toxic and dangerous individual.

My ex-husband had the nerve to call me and tell me he’s having a hard time getting over me. I said you weren’t having a hard time when you was out here lying, and cheating and physically assaulting me. And then I said, does your new girlfriend or your new supplies realize you’re calling your ex-wife telling her you miss her and want her back. These delusional birds do not learn, thank you Jesus that you did not allow me to lose my mind.
I guess I gave the worse injury then. That’s why he went into such a rage and went on a revenge streak when I left. But he never would have left on his own. He was too busy trying to use up and abuse every ounce of me. When I’ve told people details of things he was doing everyone always says it sounded like he truly enjoyed doing things to see me get upset and was enjoying the mind games and trying to get over financially.
He’d lay up all night insulting me, keeping me from getting any sleep. But then turned around and told me he never wanted a divorce. That was me. So I need to be the one to file. I filed and then he turned around and immediately filed also instead of just responding to my filing. Like it was a competition

If you get out and later take them back, they will be sure to leave you at the most unsuspecting moment. Just to get back at you. I did that with one ex husband 42 years after I left and another I took back after 38 years, another after 20 years. It's so horrible. 3 times a charm, I will not do it again. I dont know which was worse for the narc. I discarded him after 7 months but i stupidly went back after a month. He had gotten all fat and had disappeared from social media and being around other people. But oh did he make me pay for that! So i called him out a few months later after he put his hands on me (i wasnt being compliant anymore) and he said he was going to "fall back" from me. You know that means shelf you or he wanted me to call and chase him which i did not. Its been almost a year since i didn't return from his little break he wanted and he has lost his job, his face is all sunken in, he cant even fake smile anymore, and he has tried to indirectly hoover. So i cant say which was worse, but knowing his breakup with me wasn't actually a breakup, id say this second go round was worse for him. I dont know who he thought i was!

Full blown lies before she moved outta my house that b!tch had $165,000 from her late father and I didn’t want any of it I just wanted her gone as soon as she moved out I went no contact and blocked her not because I was mad it was because I realized she was extremely jealous because I had a house as a matter of fact the first day we moved into my house she broke down crying because her name wasn’t on my deed so she said she was leaving and the sad part is she actually was thinking I needed that mut to help me with bills 3 years later I find out her daughter put spyware on my phone to keep an eye on me and i honestly think all that money is gone now she needs someone to blame because the L’s she’s been taking because I didn’t give her a chance to discard me I did it first I guess she was thinking ima end up coming back she was dead wrong now she’s somewhere hiding because of all the shame and her family and friends know the truth! That she played herself

The discard is fake and only temporary. The true discard is yours when you remain no contact and dont allow him no more in your life. Better change phone number to not be disturbed.

My and my ex broke up soon after a big argument. He told me to shut up, listen, and use my brain. This I realized I couldn't deal with anymore. So I called him back and told him he was not going to talk to me like that. He Became very arrogant in our conversation. And he told me three times that he was gonna disconnect the call because I was wasting his time. Because I was not making a point with him. So I told him to go ahead and leave. At which time he became irrate. He asked me to repeat myself. So I did, And I told him you said three times you were going to get off the phone because my conversation with you was irrelevant. So I said go, And I said it in a calm voice. At which time he told me I'm not 1 of your boys. THEN HE HUG UP. The next day when we spoke. He spoke if he did nothing wrong. But he did make it a point to say I dismissed him. I told him no I respected your wishes and let you go like you wanted. He never took responsibility for his behavior. At that time everything started going down hill until he broke up with me. Which I knew was coming, because God was moving me future and future away from him. We finally stopped talking after having a argument about my dog. Lol, this is what I love . My dog is still with me but he is gone.

Best video! Discarded the mf after 36 years of marriage. Almost didn’t make it. But with a good support system from friends, I made it to the finishing line. One of my friends went back and even married the narc, she said it was the biggest mistake of her life. Never go back. Blessings to all! You got this!
It’s a truly horrifying (but necessary) decision when they are in a position of power and influence. The more money they have access to, the more they truly believe they’re above the law.
I am still not sure if he did or I did. When I fund out how he was cheating in me since day one I went 4 months NC then gave in took him back for about 3 month but as soon as I saw nothing changed and he still was playing me. I cut him off with no explanation. It's been 1 year and a half... still have to see his mama at my church and he pops up once in a while but we don't speak. That's the only place he can run into me.... what a victory! Glow game 💯
I also was in mental, verbal and sometimes physical abuse. What did it for me is that he said God told him to leave me and he should have been done it. But God. He actually did me a favor. He think he leaving me. I was married to him. Now divorce a year later

I discarded him… he had a damn fit. A year later I let him come back, thought we can be a family with our daughter 1 month later he discarded me. It’s been 6 months and he hasn’t even batted an eyelash. Hate hate hate him.
Mind you, within that year he bothered me DAILY, threatened to kill himself and all.
Discarded the Narc 4 years ago and he just reached out on a fake page in April. It never stops with them and their mess. It felt so good to kick him out. He was an alcoholic and drug addict also. I never looked back
I've never cheated on my Narc but of course he cheated on me and he would smile about it.
But my male family member found out about he and seen and heard him in the act and seen him running with some hits up side his head 🗣️ and I never heard from him again.
