I've done quite a few yoga nidra sessions, but this has been great. Practised it after work, and found myself going into quite a deep state of relaxation, quickly.
    Thank you.

I'm still using this one about 3x/week. It's been about two years now that I've been using this one, and it's still my fave. I do find it a bit quick, as others have said, but on the other hand, the pace does help keep my mind from drifting -- most days!!! Thank you again 'rainydays!'

This is excellent yoga nidra guidance. I found the instruction pacing a bit quick at times, especially during body scan but overall a quality, no fluff/filler session!

Lovely practice, didn't hear everything or notice when you switched from one area to the next but finally I found a practice I'll be doing again. I may even ask for one that's personalized, are you still doing those?

Pranita: I started using this on recommendation of Occupational Therapist following car accident. She explained that if you do fall asleep, it's because your brain needs the sleep, so give yourself the time to allow that to happen. I had a brain injury, and when I first started this I slept for about two hours every day! But gradually that reduced as my brain healed, and now I rarely fall asleep, but the session really rests my brain. I do it around lunch time, 3-4 days a week, and it really helps give a cognitive boost!
