    I start doing these exercises every night. When I lay on my stomach and lift the affected leg it shakes a lot due to the muscle tone, but it gets better every night, now I can bend the knee and lift the foot towards my back easier.

    after six years i am to the point I'm getting decent mechanics, it's ankle and ham string strength that's holding mr back, I have an articulated AFO, that's allowing my ankle to bend, I struggle with fatigue, I collapse after my routine, I try tokeep in motion for a half hour

    • @PostStrokeOrg
      @PostStrokeOrg  Месяц назад

      @davidnewland2556 I find with many survivors that fatigue is often a limiting factor which can be so frustrating. Especially when you know if you weren't fatigued you could keep going. BTW, I like your last name, too! It's not a very common last name. I wonder if we have a common distant relative 😊
