I love you soooo very much Dr Elisse, iam praying to God that he blesses you Abundantly in the mighty name of Jesus Christ Amen and Amen 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 all the videos of exercises that you post is helping me 💯 in my recovery from Hamorragic stroke, thank you sooooo very much ♥️♥️♥️❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰💯
I start doing these exercises every night. When I lay on my stomach and lift the affected leg it shakes a lot due to the muscle tone, but it gets better every night, now I can bend the knee and lift the foot towards my back easier.
My husband is 1 year and 5 mos paralyzed. We don’t get enough therapy here in California. I have him do stationary bike for 30 mins then sit n stand but his affected foot goes in the back and will not step on it. What to do about this. Thank u.
And try hold him to do a squatting exercise leaning on the affected leg,it's not easy by he needs to start practicing it with ur support,I do this with my client and honestly, they have being improving tremendously,..
What you do is not enough, am paralysis woman since 8years, but husband and my kids not even bother whether I'm alive or dead, you done so much husband but when time came no body bother about you. 😢😢😢😢
Hi I really like your video i have a stroke my right leg is heavy and when I asleep my leg band by itself and my hand and finger get tense .what do you think about this ?
Hi there, could you please mark the affected side( tie a red scarf maybe?), so we can have a better understanding? But the video is amazing! It truly helps a lot for my dad. Thank you ❤
What about having foot issues before. I have plantar fasciitis in left foot the same.aide had stroke on. Making progress buy sometimes.heel.or aide of foot hurts
after six years i am to the point I'm getting decent mechanics, it's ankle and ham string strength that's holding mr back, I have an articulated AFO, that's allowing my ankle to bend, I struggle with fatigue, I collapse after my routine, I try tokeep in motion for a half hour
@davidnewland2556 I find with many survivors that fatigue is often a limiting factor which can be so frustrating. Especially when you know if you weren't fatigued you could keep going. BTW, I like your last name, too! It's not a very common last name. I wonder if we have a common distant relative 😊

Hi there! Unfortunately, I can’t answer that. Everyone recovers very differently from a stroke and it depends on a lot of different factors. I recommend speaking with your doctor to get their opinion as they understand your medical history!
