@status-xk8kr Thank you so much! That's my goal: to make sure every stroke survivor around the world has access to the education they need to continue making progress in their recovery ❤️
Your channel has helped me immensely. I’m 2 years out from a double stroke where I was told I’d never walk or use my left arm again. Now, I swim, walk and lift weights (with caveats). I would say my leg is at about 80-90% normal and will be 💯 in the coming months. My arm is probably 75-80%back from shoulder to wrist. My understanding is that my recovery has been so far past what was expected or normal that I’m in a place now where the doctors and pts have acres to just don’t know how to help from here. That is quite frustrating and I would love if you could do a video or two for those of us who might be at this stage where the biggest thing to regain is fingers. Thanks and God bless you.
It helped me a lot to exercise my right hand on the computer’s keyboard: initially there wasn’t much reaction, but, day by day, the connection to the brain was re-established and also the arm gained more strength. The PT suggested to use the right hand to write my name 10 times twice a day and I did, although at the beginning, it was so difficult and depressing. But in time the writing improved and I can now write as I used to before the stroke, just less quickly…Keep the faith and the repetitions with the exercises.
i'm 3 yrs into my recovery from a stroke that shut dow my right side. I'm in the gym riding the bike(sitting) and weight exercises. I walk my dog uphill(low grade) everyday. Shall I add these exercises too? Thanks for the videos!
I just need the motion that allows me to kick a ball. If I had that, I think I would be walking normally again. the lower part of my leg is really heavy and spastic.
@IADCC You may want to look at my lower body workouts playlist. I have some exercises you can do laying down and seated that may be more helpful for you!
You're channel is so helpful for stroke survivors who need PT and OT but can no longer get it in person.

This is really helpful and I was just wondering if there was anything to get back my writing other than just writing for muscle memory
I switched to my left side while my right side heals. It looks much better than my right hand writing . Lol
