Hey Evan it’s Conner again, I dont have a nutritionist or coach and my parents don’t really encourage me on eating foods. During dinner they make like corn dogs, I normally have a muffin for breakfast. Lunch is normally a bag of chips and a snack. Without all of that stuff how do I get better? Do my workouts count to my mileage? How many times should I have protein and run a day? Should I do the core workout 3 times a week?
Hey, so yeah that might not be the best diet, I would try to get a more variety of food on a daily basis if you can. However if it’s not possible, don’t worry about it too much. I know lots of kids my age that are way faster than me and eat total crap lol. Yes, workouts count for weekly mileage. 1 run a day (not everyday), 2 core sessions a week
So your diet is good, however milk is a inflammatory, this might marginally decrease the speed that you recover. This is just a thought, I would recommend looking into this. If you’re looking for an easy marginal gain cutting or limiting milk after intense workouts might be a good idea. As for cutting out milk all together, might be too much of a sacrifice.
Once your on creatine you can’t stop. So be careful. It will definitely give you benefits, although if you cannot take it for some reason you will feel like shit
