I am a 7th grader track athlete. I think it is super cool to see someone document it. Currently to win District I need to go under 5:20, this brings me some extra motivation.
Dude I’m in 10th grade and my mile goal is like 5:00, but I don’t usually run the mile since 800m is my main race. It’s crazy to see your workouts and such a big goal for the mile when you’re in 8th grade, I hope you hit that time by the end of the season. Good luck
This is a great video and it’s truly inspiring to see such an organization and productive routine. I do have a question though. What time do you usually go to bed to wake up at 5:00 am?
