Process Lasso: A much much underrated tool from my personal experience for over more than ten years with this gorgeous tool. E.g. (just a quick example out of many): On my old gaming laptop I could never play a modern game without serious stutters and high, loud fan speed, if I just went with Windows's default scheduler. With Process Lasso properly set loud fan speed disappeared and stutters were gone in most cases 👍. But of course, it's not some miracle tool which is able to replace old hardware.
this is probably the best program for system performance out there. significantly reduces latency from my experience and overall improves speed and smoothness of my pc.
Thanks for those tips. Can I stick with Process Lasso's tool to set up my timer resolution to 0.5 ms rather than use ISLC? I just enabled it after seeing your explanation.

Hello, your Process Lasso guide is excellent, I noticed that you also configure games from time to time. Highly valued series that you can make a video about the optimization of the Android Emulator "Gameloop", which is the only Official emulator for the Call Of Duty Mobile Game of which we are thousands of players. Your process lasso guide has had a great positive impact on this emulator, but I think that if you analyze it you could improve its performance much more, I personally am in many groups that are eagerly looking for improvements to this game, and this will surely bring you many more followers, in my case I already mention you as a REFERENCE, in the guide - thank you very much for your predisposition - OBS: Sorry my English is terrible, I use the translator, I hope you can understand me - greetings
Yes 100% it helps tremendously for responsiveness just remember to add the applications as exceptions that you use frequently so they don’t get effected by the pro balance or memory clearing
Yea Max Performance Overlay just parks my cores..they turn grey in lasso. Im on intel though and did not even realize you were on Ryzen until you mentioned it. Im over here following everything but intel and ProBalance with 12th and 13th gen with our e cores don’t mesh very well. I just keep ProBalance at its default, turn on performance mode and stay in bitsum highest performance.
Hello, friend. Another video I watched had me right click on my game while running (in process lasso) and turn off half of the "cores" in cpu affinity, he explained if I had 8 cores (which I do) that 16 cores would show up in cpu affinity, so he said to turn off all of the odd numbers so that my pc will use my real cores and not the virtual ones, do you know if I should change that back?
Only if you need all cores to not downclock, all modern ryzen processors are built off the balanced power plan and that’s where the best performance and latency will come from
It’s the default balanced plan any other power plan won’t have it and if you removed Xbox game bar that may also be what’s causing the slider not to be there as it is a part of the scheduler

global should be balanced, if you want highest performance in a specific game set the power profile specifically for that game.
