    I experimented with many food products, but my cravings didn't go away, I went on eating crap junk food like biscuits, chips etc... Recently I started including red meat and cheese in my diet. This has significantly reduced my cravings, kept me full for longer periods of time. Also more concentration levels. This is my anecdotal experience.

      Adequate intake protein and healthy fats can enhance satiety and alleviate cravings. Good job on finding your way out! Suggestion: make sure you consume plenty of fibre rich foods to support your gut microbiome and cravings may reduce further.

    സാറിന്റെ വീഡിയോസ് കാണാൻ തുടങ്ങിയിട്ട് കുറച്ചു നാളെ ആയുള്ളൂ. അത്താഴത്തിനു grains ഒഴിവാക്കി, 5 pm ആകുമ്പോൾ സാലഡ് ആക്കി. Sugar, fastfood ഒഴിവാക്കി. ഇപ്പോൾ അസിഡിറ്റി പ്രശ്നം കംപ്ലീറ്റ് മാറി. Weight കുറയാൻ തുടങ്ങി. രണ്ട് മാസം കൊണ്ട് നല്ല വ്യത്യാസം ഉണ്ട്. Thankyou so much 🙏🏻🙏🏻

    Congratulations!!!Very informative, with solid scientific backing, and so well explained! I'm looking forward to more teaching videos.
    I generally eat only two meals ( 9 am-breakfast & 6 pm- dinner) a day and avoid any unhealthy snacks between them. However, if I get hungry between meals, I tend to eat a handful (sometimes more) of unsalted mixed nuts. How about having some unsalted mixed nuts when I feel too hungry?
    Sometimes I wonder if I’ve become a little too dependent on these mixed nuts. I’d appreciate your thoughts, advice, and recommendations!

    എനിക്ക് തോന്നുന്നത് പണ്ട് കാലത്ത് ആളുകൾ വളരെ ദാരിദ്ര്യം അനുഭവിച്ചവർ ആണ്. ഒരു നേരം കഴിച്ചാലായി. പാടത്തും പറമ്പിലും പണി വേറെ. അവരൊക്കെ 80 വയസ്സ് കഴിഞ്ഞു ആരോഗ്യത്തോടെ ജീവിച്ചു. ഇപ്പൊ ആൾക്കാർ ഭക്ഷണം ആവശ്യത്തിൽ കൂടുതൽ കഴിക്കുന്നു വെറുതെ മൊബൈൽ നോക്കി ഇരിക്കുന്നു. ഞാൻ ഉൾപ്പെടെ. അധ്വാനം ഒട്ടും ഇല്ല. ഇതൊക്കെ രോഗി ആക്കുന്നു

      Hunger is a physiological need for food, as you rightly pointed out its essential for survival. Whereas cravings can be physiological as well as emotional attributing to hormonal fluctuations and other biochemical imbalances. It is important to understand the difference.
