Hey everyone! A lot of people have been mentioning the music in the video being too loud and I am so sorry about that! This was one of my first videos I've made and I didn't realize I made the music too loud. I will make sure to adjust that in any of my future videos! :D Thanks for letting me know and thanks for watching :D
Also, I've been getting a lot of questions about the materials I used -- they are all linked in the description!
Hi nice one.
Can we use photo on glass bottle or plastic??
I was just getting ready to let you know i couldn't hear you.
People asking how to. Avery shipping labels. Take off the labels & print on the shiney side/the backing you peeled off the labels. To get most bang for your buck, use the shipping labels to ship stuff but keep the backing paper & use them for transfering images to wood. The labels themselves are useless in this transference project. Just remember to print glossy photo paper option in setting & mirror your image.
Thanks!
thats laserjet
Awesome video. Straight to the point. Great results.
Absolutely Clearness
Thank You Soooo Much
Amen 🙏
thank you. This looks so easy. I have to try this
Very good. Question though, would a black and white image print onto wood if the wood was painted with gold acrylic paint?
Can you use the paper he used on just a regular printer, and I also saw a video where someone printed it on parchment paper would that work too?
Does it matter what kind of wood? Can this work on basswood sheets?
This is amazing thank you so much!! 🙌

Does this work on already painted or finish wood?
May I ask what printer make and model you’re using please?
Awesome video, I had to look through the comment section to answer most of my questions, but looks like you can use an ink jet printer on shipping label paper and change printer settings to glossy and it will work and not smear, can't wait to try this 😍
Is that image from laser or inkjet
If you look at the video at around 1:08 you can see that it is laserprint, not inkjet.
Hey there! I recently stumbled upon your fantastic DIY video about transferring images to wood. I was wondering if there have been any updates in 2024? Also, do you have any tips for using weather-resistant paint or coating for outdoor projects? Thanks and good luck with all your endeavors!
Can you paint your wood any color before you transfer the photo?
Thanks for the video friend. Will clear acrylic spray like you buy at Walmart in a spray can work just as good as the acrylic you use? Also can’t you use freezer paper in place of the transfer paper? Thanks a lot!!
I has to be a water-based acrylic. Freezer paper will work.
Hello sir, what kind of paper you use in wood transfer?
Did you use sublimation ink ?
Can I use gloss photo paper, and what finish does the procrylic have to be?
I’m trying to customize a gift box with this work for that does it have to be word only?
Hi I have got a question. Will the writing have got vice-versa effect when it printed on the wood?
Yes! You will need to flip the image before printing if you are trying to print words
Which paper u use for pic print, tell the paper name plz? From Bangladesh
Is it inkjet printer print?????
What kind of labeling paper did you use
what paper is that, the one i use leaves a white residue round the edge that came from the paper/plastic?
What side of the label paper was it printed on? and was it peeled off first?
Same doubt
Print the image on the shiny side. Which is the side you pull the labels off of.
What kind of wood was that? Birch?
Can you try this on stained wood? Or after sanding it can I apply a stain before the polycrylic
I’m guessing you never got an answer?
hey guy, what pager do you choice ?
Hey! The link to the paper I used is in the description!
Label paper or transfer paper?
is this ink jet or laser jet printer
Cau use photo lodge transfer if you don’t have the polycrylic paint you used in the video?
Yes
Label paper? Can you please post a link for the paper Thanks so much
please what are the characteristics of the paper used.?
What kind of paper?

Make sure to select glossy or extra glossy when printing! I had the same problem and this fixed it!

Can you please explain the part on how to use the paper.. On what side of the paper to print on, the music is to lound on that part of video to understand what are you saying.. Thank you ..
You print on the side you peel the labels off of. But looking at the date you posted your question. I’m sure you figured that out. 🤝
inkjet or laser??
Τι υλικά χρησιμοποιείτε? Και απλό χαρτί Α4 με εκτύπωση leiser?
When you are talking, no loud music in the background is helpful 😮
What's the best polycrylic to use?
Minwax is good!
Does this have to be a laser printer or can you use a ordinary inkjet ?
It's look perfect, because laser printer uses. I am looking inkjet photo transfer.
Hey! Is the lion image for sale somewhere?? Thank you!
look up rainbow lion on google
What your ptint type?
Hello! Ive been trying to get this technique right for a few days now. Ive got everything I need, the only problem is that the printed image is coming out way darker than the original image on screen, and the tones are off as well. Any idea of what this could be or how to fix it? Thanks in advance!
It sounds like that may be an issue with your printer. My suggestion would be trying to brighten the picture either on your phone or computer with an image editor before printing and seeing if that helps!
Can you use any color printer?
👍
How long did you let it sit? I used mentioned paper and came out like trash
I just let it sit until it was dry. You want to make sure that you set the printer to extra high glossy or high glossy. You may also need to adjust the amount of polycrylic you are using. It took me a few tries to get it perfect so don't give up!
Which paper want to use and which side of that
What paper use
There's a link to the exact paper I used in the description box!
Is it ok that my printer is a laser jet and not ink jet?
Yes! Mine was inkjet too. You just select glossy under media quality when printing. This will make sure the ink doesn't smear everywhere :D
Hello, can we use Gel Medium instead of Polycrylic?
Yes
Can this be done using an actual photo instead of printing one?
Kindly answer to this question
Thx; Very Helpful but music with/ conflicts downs your verbal instructions making it difficult to understand
Hella this fuckin hell
Yeah why do they always do that? Music is always so obnoxious
You give very few details on how to actually do this. I will assume now that you allowed the photo to dry before applying it but I didnt first try that as it was not in the instructions. Terrible mess. Other instructions using a similar method were using the photo when wet. I have found multiple "how-to's" using label paper and with/without a medium however with missing instructions we don't know what actually works.
I was just thinking the same thing. I would love to go oooh, oh, woooow and be awed but I'm confused.
Remove labels from label paper
Size and horizontal flip image in word or other program
Print on glossy side of label paper (or wax paper, or freezer paper) using an inkjet or laser printer (laser will provide much better detail and colour) with print settings for glossy paper selected
Let the paper dry before handling and handle with care
Put coat of water based acrylic (or modge podge, matte medium, or acrylic paint - any colour you want as a background, though it will be visible in light areas of the image) on fine sanded wood (painted, stained, or bare - the colour/grain will show through light areas of your image) or some other porous but smooth surface
Carefully place image on surface
Remove airbubbles with credit card or other flat sided object
Let it dry for an hour or so (overnight if using modge podge or other medium), carefully peel the paper back
Seal with water based sealer if desired
Paper can be reused if in good condition
Type of paper?

Maybe I was just making it too hard on myself because I'm used to people using heat. Looks like you just printed it, flipped image and just applied it like the sticker it is?
another polycrylic marque that not available in my country
Music lauder than your voice.
Music makes it hard to hear instructions
What kind of paper did u use? Was it photo paper
ruclips.net/video/h7FKdW5ndLw/видео.html check out his vid it same method and he explains things in detail with links on where to buy your materials
@@terkina08 Thanks for that suggestion. What a great video and youtuber he is.
polycrylic is what
Really the music is not even necessary I don’t know why people think they need music to explain a tutorial. This music really drowns out you speaking still.
Good info…and why why why is every every every RUclipsr copying that mindless dumb editing trend of adding loud annoying canned same same same background noise to spoken tutorials … and thus drowning out the voice ?? Is this a tutorial or is it a music video?
Might have been a good video but I couldn't make out what he was saying over the loud and distracting music
It's tooooooooooo bad the music ruins the video!! Hard to hear!
Music is terrible! Difficult to hear your voice over music. Ditch the music!
It really isn't necessary to add music , i find it quite annoying
Pity about the annoying crap background music
the paints smudges on the round part in my printer and i get unprinted..........
