    Bless you Dr and thank you so much for making these videos. I wish I would have started yoga and trauma yoga years ago. I’m so grateful 🙏🏼🌙 how many times a week do you recommend doing trauma yoga ? 🙏🏼🙏🏼💕

      Hi Suzie Q. In the first TCTSY research paper that reported a benefit for PTSD the participants practiced once a week for 10-weeks. In a paper published in 2021 they found that results (i.e., a reduction in PTSD symptoms) were observed in as little as 5 sessions (again with once a week sessions). However, I have many clients that have incorporated it long term into there treatment plan because they find it an enjoyable and helpful practice.
