@@OliverSjostrom yeah. because i am living in a building and our neighboors are old. so i don't want to make noise when i am workout. i am doing all of your no jumping videos and i love that workouts. but 20 and 30 minute workouts is not hard for me anymore. if you create 35 and 40 minute videos, that will be good for my system. thanks.

I have routine first wake up drink 2 cops of water go to the bathroom 🚻 then I do a30 minute workout and do that 4 times a week and reapet again and every day 300 calories and 3000 steps and if you do this for 6 months you will get abs
