    Nice to hear this knowledge, But before deleting the listing make sure to download the category listing report from the report section to avoid any mistake.

    thanks man, have been there a couple of times and always need to research again on how to solve this. I really hope it works, our package dimensions are messed up and so are the fees for FBA... worst attribute to be affected basically

      Hi there. Nice to meet you.
      For dimensions open up a case with amazon and provide them images of your product dimensions use measuring tape and include them in the image. Ask amazon to double check and correct the dimensions for correct FBA fee

      @@TheShark17 The issue is there are hundreds of products affected by that. We had taken the correct measures a while ago but doing that again might not even be possible from my position at the moment. Is re-uploading after 24h not helping with product dimensions?

    Brilliant! My images will not update, i did a full update without deleting, so now i'm going to try deleting the listing first and doing another full update. Question for you; if my previous flat file was using Product ID type "UPC and UPC number" should i change it to the "ASIN and ASIN number" instead? Or does that matter? is one better than the other? I don't understand why there are 4 product ID types and when or why you would use each?
    Thanks, great video, extremely clear and concise.

    @theshark do I need to re-upload via flat file or can I upload manually in seller central by inventory? Also do I need to wait 24 hours before uploading again? And can I use the same UPC code? Thank you

    • @TheShark17

      You would need to wait 24 hours which is mandatory.
      Secondly flat file is must aswell

    I populated the release date of the item with a future date. I now received stock in Amazon. The listing is active now. However in the product page, they say item will be released for sale on that day in future. I tried manually changing the date in the backend and also deleted and relisted, performed a full update using flat file, performed partial update, nothing worked. Also tried contacting support, but you know they are totally have no clue. And keep suggesting to do inventory file upload. It's literally like going in circles. Absolutely frustrating. Could you please suggest what else we can try?

    • @TheShark17
      @TheShark17  8 месяцев назад

      Release date can only be changed manually. Wait 24 hours after changing the release date manually. It should work

    Hello , I encounter the same problem upon making a listing for a new product 2 SKU and a parent SKU. I did not use flat file in doing it.
    Is this process the same in working with the flat file? how about the parent SKU?

    • @TheShark17
      @TheShark17  Год назад

      Yes follow the same route. In product ID instead of UPC better select ASIN and add ASIN number to avoid any error. This will make things easy for you working with flat file.
