Jinjer Pit of Consciousness live in Kiev if you can survive this song you will love this band. It's heavy af and Tati gets super dirty with her growls. Pro tip also check out all of the other songs that were recommended because they hav an uncanny neck for producing absolute bangers
Tatiana is an introvert. Which is hard to reconcile with her dynamic stage performances. There's a lot of duality with her. This song is about being an introvert (wallflower) and about the band pressuring her to get lyrics done when she just wanted to chill and be alone.
This song is a masterpiece! This is the introverts anthem!

In the video, there's a direct correlation to the pressure she felt for procrastinating lyric writing for the album to the last second. Her bandmates pursue her, pressure her. The bullets (sharp words) at them do nothing, but then she sees the wolves on the wall, realizes her defensive anger and her over-reaction in a situation she created ("turning mole hills into mountains"), and throws "her art" (metaphor for the lyrics they want) at the band and they go away. The wolf story (below) is critical to understanding her internal conflicts as displayed by the wolf art.

There are so many Jinjer gems out there. I love a lot of early Jinjer, especially anything coming from their King of everything album.

Both of Picses and Wallflower are less heavy songs in Jinjer catalog. Most of their tracks are heavier and much heavier than this.
Just try something from the other side of Jinjer. For example, Pit of Consciousness (live in Kiev)
You haven't even heard her full range yet. She can drop really, really low and she can get even higher than she did in Pisces. Most of their music is much harder than this. This one and Pisces and Bad Water are their ballads
5:27 - you're the first person I have seen or heard say this and I agree. Jinjer is very influenced by Mr. Bungle and Faith No More and it may not even be consciously, although FNM in particular is a very highly regarded and influential band among a certain age group. Tatiana has a very similar vocal range to Mike Patton as well
