You have to add tomato sauce(natural) or homemade instead of using artificial tomato sauce because it contains sugar and so processed in factories.
Utna chalta hai and many body builders don't even count the calories of sauce
I am agree with you but many single drops makes a river, similarly little efforts can make your body faster. And sauce is never healthy, it contains sugar which spikes your insulin and also harmful chemicals are added to make it taste better. So please sauce can't be considered healthy.

Awesome recipies. Very tasty. I just want to ask ki i do my work out early morning like 7am. Morning mei. Pre-workout kuch khaane ka mann nai karta. I just had one Cup of Black coffee. So is it Okay? Or should I include something in pre-workout. I don't feel to eat in tht early morning time.
