When we think about elite athletes in the NBA game, we immediately think those who can jump high or explode to the rim. But there are also ELITE athletes like Steve Nash or Tony Parker who were extremely athletic in other ways; with their balance, their reaction times, and their core strength. In today's video, Coach Alan and Coach Christian bring you through a series of exercises to improve just that and, while having a strong core may and great balance may not immediately turn you into a high flyer, its absolutely the foundation you need to one day get there.

These exercises are great💯. We have to counter the rotation of core in each and every exercise and these really helps our core be stable. Keep up the great content. Thankful🙏

We have a couple of "knee pain" exercises you can do, but please consult a doctor first as that should be your first step!

If you want no energy leakage in your body, when you create power through your legs, you have to have a really strong core!
devansh pavdighada yeabive been doing intense core workouts but I heard u can’t do core workouts about everyday you need to have a two day rest. So I just do leg workouts.

devansh pavdighada what strengthening workouts you do at home? Whenever I do the one leg squats with a dumbbell it just hurts my knees like the next they. And Ik my form is good because I watch plenty of videos on how to do it. The only workout that works for me is jump squats with weights.
