    I really appreciate these 20 minute more advanced classes. They really help me when I need to treat myself well and I have very little time

      I love Christina and respect the way she teaches but the comments and calling out to people loses shelf life for those of us who watch after the actual taping. I wonder if others agree that it is a distraction from the workout. Not sure how to fix that and certainly don’t wish to snuff her funny commentary.

    Every time I start these classes I go "ill never be able to do that" and today by the end I was doing v step swing and up rock tick tock that I've never been able to do before! Always coming back so you can prove me wrong 😂

    I love these workouts when we just get to it without breakdown. Yes, breakdown is important too (especially when I’m trying an advanced class), so I appreciate that you’re so thoughtful to provide such a wide range of classes for us. This was a treat! Thank you!

    So appreciate this. If I can't follow along, I just keep moving. I know if I repeat the class enough, it will totally come to me. Psychologically, 20 minutes is a do-able class. :D

    Oh that was a good start to my day! I do need to perfect the 'rock, tick tock' but I can watch back and pause, which has helped in the past! I will not be beaten! :)

    I haven’t commented before but I have to say I LOVED THIS ONE! The music was GREAT and the steps weren’t as hard as I thought they’d be at this level..I even REWINDED it ten minutes for MORE! Great job!

    Love 20 min NO breakdown, perfect for a girl on the go who knows all the moves...more please! Maybe 45 min 4 segments no breakdown😃🎉love you Chris 😊

    Thank you Chris for posting this Sunday Bonus Class!!! Right after I did this one, the Saturday Step Class with you and Nastia popped up on my t.v. and I thought wow, okay, sounds great. So I had fun repeating yesterday's class. Repeaters and Bonus, Bonus Sunday brought lots of joy.

    Loved this intermediate with no breakdown for 20 minutes. What my body really needed was mobility today but I couldn’t face a Sunday without breaking a sweat. This allows me time to do both! Thank you!

    This was a perfect after workout used as an after dinner walk when it’s too late to go outside & take one. It is quick and easy to follow and without the breakdowns it’s over before you know it!!! Thanks!

    This class was amazing. Can't believe how much I sweat in a 20 minute class. I loved the fast paced nature of the choreography. I'll do this one again for sure!

    That was awesome! No breakdown for me means my heart rate stays at a higher rate consistently and really packs a great workout into a short amount of time.

    Nice quicky for a Sunday morning ... you want to get something in, but your not committing yourself to a Full on Sweatfest, This is for YOU!! Still breaks a sweat, but I can do other things on a Sunday that require less focus... (food shopping)

    Love the workout. I taught at 24 hour fitness step classes for years and your choreography is amazing. I get it when people complain it is too hard but you say intermediate and advanced. We experienced steppers appreciate it.

    Thank you for reminding me about this short and to the point fun step. I have done it a few times in the past and was delighted to find how much easier I am finding it having practiced more intermediate classes. You are so right when you tell us that with practice we can all improve. Also when you become familiar with the moves you can put so much more into them. Thank you perfect little Sunday workout!!!

    Love you're 20 Min intermediate Step Aerobics workout 135 Bpm its a great workout and is a great one to do especially at home and the exercises are really fun to do to especially the step aerobics it's a brilliant workout

    Nice quick workout. I had done the booty workout and then the arms. I thought I was done-but then I saw this one and thought what the heck-it’s only 20 minutes. Glad I did it.
