30-Minute Step Aerobics Workout with 128 BPM Music for Intermediate to Advanced Levels

  • GET READY FOR THIS FUN 30 MINUTE STEP AEROBICS WORKOUT!!!
    You asked for it!! Intermediate to advanced step at a slower pace of 128 BPM!!! Grab your step and join me for this quick 30 min step aerobics workout! Great for steppers who want to learn more advanced moves at a slower pace! 128 bpm step aerobics is great for all levels. To make this workout easier, try it on the floor, or with no risers. To make it harder, add a weight vest or risers. You can also add hopping to the movements.
    Remember, try this 30 minute step aerobics video a few times. Taking the time to learn it will help you get better and better!!
    Step aerobics is a great way to get your heart rate up and burn calories. It is also a great way to improve coordination, balance, and agility. Additionally, step aerobics can help to strengthen your lower body muscles, including your glutes, quads, and calves. REMEMBER, This does not replace strength training for your lower body. For the best results, be sure to get those weights in!!! Cardio is fun, but weights are where it's at!!

    Attention cdornerfitness fans, especially those who have been working on tutorials for advanced moves and wondering if they can " graduate " to the next level...this is a PERFECT 30 intermediate to advanced at a tad slower than Saturday pace where you can put your moves together, feel successful and have fun.     Wow! I had been avoiding the slow paced basic step and the fast paced advanced step. But this slower paced advanced step class enables me to do the advanced moves! I added a riser to increase the sweat factor. The 128 BPM pace of this step class reminds me of "old school step" with much better choreography! Still love fast basic as well, but I'm now going to look at some of your other advanced classes taught at a slower pace to see whether I can do them!

    128 bpm is my sweet spot for learning quick shuffle steps, so thanks a million for this great class! I'm definitely getting better at the more complicated choreo, and I'm starting to keep up with your more up-tempo classes, too!     First, the tutorials help A LOT! Second, I've been catching up on the mobility challenge and can't believe how much easier it is to move on the step. My muscles are looser, therefore, I move easier.

    I think this is a perfect workout for people who want something more than intermediate, but not able to do advance yet. 1 hour workout of ItA is too much for me - figuring out the choreography, trying to keep up and after 30-40 minutes I have no power anymore. :D And I feel a bit of disappointment of not finish the whole workout. So this workout was perfect for me and thank you for it! Felt fantastic 😍😍 And please, please, please do more 30-40 ItA step choreo sometimes! Thank you for your phenomenal work Chris and this channel! ❤

    This is my first intermediate to advanced step workout and it was very challenging! I kept rewinding trying to get kickball change move, but I wasn't getting it. At the end of the workout, I went to your tutorials, which are so helpful. I practiced some more until I was exhausted and I still haven't learned some of the steps. I will definitely need to practice a lot more! Your instruction is so appreciated, but I need to practice when I'm not exhausted to learn. Thanks Chris!!

    This is not my first inter/advanced but it’s the first I can successfully do all the steps because of the 128bpm. Started just doing beginners and only after a few months now doing inter/advanced. I’m so excited👏👏👏Thanku so much❤❤❤
