Another great video!! Thanks Les!
Thanks for checking it out.
fantastic. Huge help, thank you
It is a nice feature.
Awesome. Going to set my simbrief Downloader up as per your video. Thank you very much Les.
It is a pretty useful tool! The key is having that one file always in your TDS flight plan Directory.. Once that one is there you can always instantly access exported plans!
Thank's
Thank you for dropping a comment!
Helpful video but most of my addons plus tds etc don’t appear as a download location just 2020, fix, Xplane etc. probably doesn’t matter just wondered how it scanned for the locations
It will only scan the "default" locations... If you have them elsewhere then you will need to map them your self.
gvot some issue with the 650. there s some waypoints that cannot be found while the same plan because of the same source can be stored after import into the 750.

Hello Les, Jack from the Netherlands, today I switched from the PMS50 to the TDSGTNXi Pro.
I tried to create extra screens in the GPS to be able to use more functions, but I'm missing that here, is that correct?
I don’t know is what you mean by create extra screens. The TDS is the garmin trainer under the hood. It is a real 1:1 device. It does everything the real thing does.
Good morning Les, I just looked at the documentation of the PMS50 GTN 750 page 37 Map Field Pages and it describes what I did. I could then create an extra blank field page with 4 blank corners that I could name with other functions. off the top of my head I thought you could create 4 or 5 user screens. I hope I explained it more clearly!
@@jackwoud I am not using the PMS Product - I am using the TDS Product. PMS does some things that are "flight sim" items but not in the real unit..
It's not working for me. I show in GTXNi manager that the Pro upgrade is installed. I have a current and updated Navigraph subscription and I made a Flight Plan that is downloaded to the GTXNi. But when I start the GTXNi, it shows that several data bases are still "expired", including the "Navigraph DB"! But I am current, and I can pull up the charts in the sim, just cannot select approaches that still don't show in the old DB. I can't figure out what's wrong.. Why is this so hard?
You did not update it from the navigraph HUB probably after the install. You have to update after you do the install. Please see the video explaining this or follow the steps in the manual.
@@LesOReilly can you be more specific in how I failed to properly update from the Navigraph hub? Obviously I would like to fix this and I have watched 2 videos. Navigraph says I’m connected and I did update the “outside of sim” part of the hub. I did the QR code on my phone and connected that to Navigraph as well. I am eager to fix anything left out
@@LesOReilly in the GTXNi it shows the Navigraph DB as current and not expired. How could it show this and still not be updated?
@@paulwilson8367 What databases are expired? if it says Navigraph DB and it is 2402 and Current then it works.. if it does not then you did not update it correctly
@@LesOReilly it does specifically show the Navigraph DB as current. Yet my approach whose exact chart shows in the GTXNi is not among the choices shown in the list for KSDL. If the chart is there, should that approach be selectable? I thought it might be hidden under another approach but no luck so far. Are there still approaches that cannot be flown?
