Enchanted blue, Goblin green, red gore, sunburst yellow, scorched earth, snakebite leather, liche purple, dwarf flesh, Chaos black, bleached bones, boltgun metal, chainmail and the smell of black and Chestnut ink on a Sunday morning! Thanks for this! 👍 For mixing paints!

Great video. I mix my paints in a similar manner, but you're certainly at expert level! It looks fantastic! Side note: my favorite part of your set is the Mega-Gargant box in the background... 'cause I happen to own THAT exact Mega-Gargant! I bought the 'Eavy Metal studio model from GW... geez, in the late 90s? As far as I know, they were simply trying to make space and getting rid of some of their studio-painted models (crazy!) and I wound up with the Bad Moonz Mega-Gargant which has been sitting on my bookshelf ever since (don't worry, it's inside a clear plastic display box, no dust on it!). Back to the video: I've got a set of these classic mono-pose Chaos Dwarves... and I've got some old GW paints (still good!) in those classic hex bottles... gonna see about following your instructions here... and look up Warcolours too! :-)

Having seen reviews of the Nostalgia '94 paints, I am flabbergasted that you can paint with these over a black undercoat and end up with such a crisp and vibrant result. I was under the impression that they have quite poor opacity, at least compared to more modern-style paints. Then again, when you're going to be applying a dozen or more thin layers on every square millimeter of the model, perhaps it isn't a problem that the paint is almost transparent when painted over black.

    • @roguehobbies
