    ~ 11-15 pcs
    ✅Butter 82.5% ~100 gr
    ✅Powdered sugar - 27 g (+ 30 g for sprinkling)
    ✅AP Flour - 120-130 gr
    ✅Corn starch - 5 g
    ✅Baking powder - 1 g
    ✅Almonds - 40 gr
    ✅Salt - 1/3 tsp.
    ✅Vanilla paste - 1 tsp.
    🔅A couple of hours before cooking, melt the butter completely and cool without stirring
    🔅As soon as the butter hardens, remove the layer of fat and drain off the milk sediment
    ❗️Pure butter should be 75-80 g
    🔅Roast the almonds, chop with a knife (not very finely)
    🔅Whip the butter until white
    🔅Add powdered sugar (27 g), salt and flavoring, beat for 3-4 minutes
    🔅Mix flour with starch and baking powder, sift, mix with almonds
    🔅Pour the flour mixture into the butter mixture and mix well
    ❗️The dough will be dry, but you can put it together
    🔅Form a roll, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes
    🔅Preheat the oven to 160 C
    🔅Shape the dough into crescents (~ 20-25 g each), place on a baking sheet
    🔅Bake at 160 C degrees for 20-25 minutes until slightly golden. If the cookies darken quickly, lower the temperature
    🔅When the cookies have cooled completely, roll them in powdered sugar.
