I realize I'm Highly partial of Stanley Tucci 📽️🎞️, I Have & Will continue 2 Follow this extremely diversified, Talented, Persuasive, Definitively UNDERated Actor ANYWHERE He goes! Respect & Thank U - Jersey Shore 🌹😎 BRAVA! 👏..😊
Thank you, Steven Moffat. I loved every minute of it - a masterpiece. So good to be able witness such a work of art, with every element of it having been done sooooo well.
On the nose social commentary is great writing. Why come up with original ideas when you're dialogue can be copy and pasted from headlines. Get off it.
Wow. As a journalist, she sure sucks. First of all, she's not asking any questions. She's telling him things. Which doesn't extract anything new from the subject. What else can he say but yes or no? That doesn't get at someone's experience or personality. She's also antagonizing him and letting him see she's pissed at him, so he now has control of the interview. Now she's lost both his cooperation without which there's no interview, and she's let him see he can rattle her and manipulate her emotions. Not smart.
Tucci and Tennant were very good but overall it was a bit meh! There is a plot contrivance right at the start which is just weird. I couldn’t get over it. Probably just me though.
There is one plot contrivance after another, plus a couple of people who at every turn seem to be deliberately calculating what is the absolute stupidest, most counterintuitive, and most self-destructive thing they can do. I did find it entertaining and watched to the end, but the premise was pretty ridiculous.
I enjoyed it. Even though it was sooooo ridiculous. The actors played their absurd unbelievable characters really well ;). Just keep your expectations low and you might enjoy it. And I loved the theme music, even though it didn't really fit.
Same. The writing was so terrible and unbelievable which made the attempted, "Look how easily anyone could be a murderer!" point fall flat BUT damn the acting was AMAZING from ever single cast member and I came away having had a good time.
I don't understand the premise of this show. First, why would a vicar agree to hold onto incriminating property for a parishioner? I'm a minister and no one would be that stupid. Second, unless the parishioner told the priest about his child porn/pedophilia under the seal of confessional-while engaging in the sacrament-there's no rule saying a clergy member can't divulge information told them, especially if it's harming others. Third, in the unlikely event a clergy person decided to hold something like this for someone, why would they leave it around for others to find? They'd be extra careful NOT to do that. Finally, why doesn't he just tell everyone the truth? It would show him as stupid but it's a plausible explanation.
Thank you. I thought I was the only person who thought the show was stupid. It was well acted, yes, but stupid and unlikely to have gone the way it did.
Shockingly unbelievable stuck with it to shout "as if" every 5 to 10 minutes. I really enjoyed, if that's the right wording.. It's a sin, well written, well acted so good ..but this not so much 😕
Loved Sherlock and Dracula but this piece of ridiculous plotting and unbelievable characters making unrealistic decisions just to suit the implausible narrative is insulting the intelligence of the audience. Annoying from the first scene on the train with the idiot harassing the women and everyone just sitting there doing nothing about it. Absolute nonsense. Afraid the rest of the cast carried on with the implausible theme over the rest of the series. If you lose your audience in the first scene it's very difficult to get them back. Gave the 2nd episode a shot but they all became more unbelievable and more annoying as they went along so gave up after the comical cellar scenes. Moffat is really good at writing but this was a really badly judged project
@@sallyatticum It didn't really seem to be marketed as a farce, and e.g. the theme music suggested a totally different genre of movie. If the farce was intentional that would explain a lot, but it gave the impression of being unintended.
Glad I'm not the only one to think this was a load of rubbish and by far the worst thing Steven Moffat has ever written. Totally unbelievable characters and spun out far too long. Shame a great cast like Tennant and Tucci got wasted on it. Sorry, but that's my opinion.
@Nonaya Bidness You could hey ? It still doesn’t matter you can’t insult someone for what they like or dislike. Would you like it if someone did that to you ?
NETFLIX WILL GREENLIGHT ANYTHING!! I found this show totally obnoxious, predictable and annoying. The entire set up is SO STUPID. The whole misunderstanding could have been cleaned up with a 5 minute conversation. But no let’s kidnap and try to murder someone 🙄. The mistakes the characters make that continue to dig themselves in a deeper hole are painfully idiotic. Watching this all the way through was a struggle. The “I’m smarter than you” scene explaining hid deductions on the “pay TheRapist” text was again obnoxious and made me want to puke. Netflix needs to do better.
See quite a few here weren't impressed. No wonder I liked it . Need to have an iq > 80 to really appreciate the sometimes brilliant and insightful dialog .
I understood every second of it, the metaphors, the symbolism... and I'm not the smartest person on here, really. Irrelevent comment. The way the characters acted was mostly ridiculous, they acted as if DNA wasn't a thing and it could all have been sorted out within the first five minutes with just a bit more communication, and a bit less stupidity on Harry's part. Still very much enjoyed the show, though; watched it several times. Doesn't mean it's smart. It's actually dumb, and that's what makes it so good: the frustration you get out of Harry and his wife who are really not made for the aftermaths of murder. The unbelievable acting of literally every single actor in there.
Remember God loves you♥️!! John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life. Please repent, change your life around and live for Him🙏.. He is coming back soon🤗🥳......

I thought this series was a bit weird but Stanley Tucci is marvelous. He is a wonderful actor
Tucci is boss

Stan is the man!👍
The phrase "recreationally outraged" justifies the existence of the series. Nicely done.
Thank you, Steven Moffat. I loved every minute of it - a masterpiece. So good to be able witness such a work of art, with every element of it having been done sooooo well.

Stanley is good actor love this show will David Tennant both good actor
He went a long way from, "Guard your loins!"
Actually, he said "Gird your loins!". And yes, he has.
I think it was gird your loins! And he sure has!
great little series, tucci and tennant are ace
She's there to interview him or pass judgment.
I was hoping he said, " the same type of people with your smart assed attitude."
Patronizing.

Bro this isn’t that serious
Also dumb to try to play a person who has studied ppl. And not biological
A genuinely great show
Masterpiece. I forgive you for Sherlock, Moffat
Wow! Got my adrenaline pumped every min. Brilliant piece
Really enjoying this, although uncomfortable to watch at times.
Tucci and Tennant were very good but overall it was a bit meh! There is a plot contrivance right at the start which is just weird. I couldn’t get over it. Probably just me though.

No one would act the way they did
nice info
Wow I gotta watch this show.
so when it will be on netflix?
It's on now, at least here in Canada; I just watched it.
He's right she will not be able to print that... The whole point of her story is to make him look bad
This serie reminds me this movie named: the last rites (1999 )in some scenes.

Good video
Aaaaarrrrgggghhhh!!!!!
If you know, you know.
y did harry insist on protecting edgar
Because the show is stupid and despite the “I’m smarter than you” attitude the show projects it has no actual logic.
Nice
Such an interesting character - shame that the show dropped the ball so hard in the final act
Is this woman interviewing him?! Id jus stare at her.
Shockingly unbelievable stuck with it to shout "as if" every 5 to 10 minutes.
I really enjoyed, if that's the right wording..
It's a sin, well written, well acted so good ..but this not so much 😕
It's a farce; it's not supposed to be believable.
What the name of this series?
“Inside Man”
Terrible. I can't believe this was made by the person who made Sherlock.

@Nonaya Bidness I quite liked Janice and Ben, surprisingly enough.
@Nonaya Bidness Well that is very arrogant
@Nonaya Bidness It isn’t even a movie lol
@Nonaya Bidness You could hey ?
It still doesn’t matter you can’t insult someone for what they like or dislike.
Would you like it if someone did that to you ?
Moffat loves his overblown garbage
Worst script writing ever. Terrible. Every single bad decision in this ridiculous programme could have been avoided
Is it free?
Wow. The BBC sure has a lot of shills giving this so much kudos. Ths has got to be the worst plot I've ever had the displeasure of sitting through.
BBC InsideMan..
Cool
I don’t know, but i hated her all throughout the series. Something very unlikeable about her.
That Hard R is so irritating
What a load of crap

I thought it was brilliant!
And also in a weird way, meant to be sardonically comedic.
To bad BBC made this show
I bet some people could describe you like that.
It's very hack, but Stan is the man, I'd watch for his scenes 😂
This show wasn't made by Netflix buddy.
Typed a novel just yelling at clouds lol
See quite a few here weren't impressed. No wonder I liked it . Need to have an iq > 80 to really appreciate the sometimes brilliant and insightful dialog .
It's so easy to live in a world where anyone who disagrees with your opinion is less intelligent than you, isn't it?

WEAK WRITING !!!! Does it really all need to be spelled out so plainly to the audience? Jesus .. no wonder Netflix wants an AI
Stupid drama wasted my time
100th comment
So its a BBC and not a Netflix production? That explains why its so good!👍
The BBC is just as terrible as Netflix. I don’t see a difference between the two.
Remember God loves you♥️!!
