9:24 ngl these clips give me faith in humanity that random people on the street respect trans people's rights and bodies- i'm so used to seeing people being obsessed with trans bodies online and it's so relieving that people just accept the trans community
Yes very true its so relieving to see that. Like I'm a intersex intergender, and my entire life I've had deal people being obsessed with my body, my appearance and even how I act. Guys in all ages(specifically straight guys) would just fetishize and sexualize me especially in my face and then be transphobic but then go back to sexually harassing because I have a female body. It's so disgusting but I'm happy to see more and more people understanding and seeing me as a human being instead of as a fetish for men
Honestly in my day to day life, I hardly ever come across any people being directly transphobic. At most there's cis people who are just very curious about what being trans is like, so they ask me a bunch of waaaay too personal questions. And I'm very openly trans.
@@jackriver8385 someone asked me what bathroom i used one time out of nowhere, as a genuine question, but otherwise thankfully people tend to be accepting
11:35 The thing that annoys me so much about this is that these people will say things like “allowing your child to transition is child abuse” and then turn around and post videos like this, saying they would abuse their child if it requested to be called by certain pronouns. Make it make sense!!
@apparently ohh yeah, Candace Owen's asked "What has objectively gotten better once women were allowed to vote" And a woman in the comments was like, I LOVE YOUR CONTENT, (and I think that women should have a voice and vote) but Feminism has got to go it has become Godless. 😖 like bro do you even know what your saying, woman being allowed to vote was literally seen as woman being godless before they had the right to vote.
Fun(?) Fact: the reason native Americans are depicted wearing headbands in so many costumes is because the wigs kept falling off during stunts in movies
My dad is a young boomer and always grew up on the outside of groups. He was a biker in a town that shunned bikers in the 80s/90s. He and my mom hung out with gay and lesbian people. He never made his children feel like they had to be any certain way. My parents took me to drag shows. My dad has never met a trans person until recently. All I had to say was “they have always felt like the gender they are transitioning into.” He accepted that without judgment, some questions. I’m saying all this to say, there are boomers and older who accept LGBTQIA people. Even though sometimes it feels like older people don’t understand.
@@lilith75 Some are more family friendly. It depends the specific venue, and queen. My favorite drag queen do make dirtier jokes and cuss more (it’s more relatable to me) but there are definitely Drag Queens/Kings who have a very PG show, so that kids can enjoy the art of it
My mom and dad are finally starting to accept my being trans, but these conservative people are who I grew up with, and I would get punished when I hinted at not being the gender I was assigned at birth. It's not a joke, it's unfortunately a reality.
Yeah conservative environments just mock the kids that show any deviation from their assigned gender at birth. That kind of social pressure can fuck anyone up.
fuck anyone who doesn’t see you for you. be yourself. we didn’t choose to be living beings, we have to follow our own journey and do what makes us happy. i’m sure it’s very difficult, but you’ve got this and we’ve got you
Tbh I find it so heartwarming that these transphobe interviews show overwhelming that the general public are not transphobic, and are mostly allies, to the point that even transphobes can't cut that out of what they post
@@awesomekingakathe66bro36 no one has said that yet because..not all straight people are transphobic? (Most) straight people are awesome!! Stop acting like everyone hates them.
I can’t thank you enough for talking about the Native American thing. As a native, so many white people would blatantly ask me what’s wrong with wearing an “Indian costume” or just see nothing wrong with it. It’s so annoying and I’m glad someone has finally talked about it.
I'm not native but still the fact that that question still gets asked makes me sick . On thanksgiving I watch the day of mourning lives at Plymouth Rock. I told my twin why I don't celebrate Thanksgiving and about the native American genocide and she still said there was so much to be thankful for in my head I'm like yeah tell that to the native tribes who don't have rights and those who've children have been lost to the residential schools which our grandmother funded for years. She is completely ignorant of the suffering that happened on that day. No one should feel they have to the right ware a culture like a costume.
Ohhh my Gods I know exactly what you mean 😡 it's infuriating when stereotypes (including cultural onee) are appropriated and used in derogatory ways. I'm also happy Kiwi spoke about that.
Conservatives: obsess over Dylan Mulveney Dylan Mulveney: gets famous because so many people are talking about her Companies: notice this famous person and offer her sponsorships Conservatives: 😮
Like no way, she’s famous and now gets jobs for it and transphobic people are like “well she’s taking away from us!” like no, she’s taking an opportunity offered to her. Companies use famous people in their ads all the time, it’s a marketing scheme, and they’re all “she’s taking away opportunities!” from the most random woman out there. Why would these transphobic people be getting those opportunities if they aren’t famous?
unfortunately it is done for clicks and for making people look bad though. even if she looks bad to US, to her audience of people it makes her look better and the others worse, further radicalizing.
Kaitlyn Bennet did the same thing bc she thought she still was in the right and named her video "college students have no morals". This girl could still just be like that
"trans women are appropriating women's culture!" Uh, what culture? Women's experiences are different around the globe. Most things that are claimed to be "women's culture" could also be used by men. Edit: It wasn't my intention for this comment to spark a debate on if trans women experience periods or not... (I seriously don't know how that happened, I didn't even mention them) but damn was I surprised when I woke up and saw so many replies lmao
I find it amazing that so many people in the BYU clips of her asking about children transitioning answered in a positive way. It gives me hope, honestly.
"You've never been with a conservative girl before, have you?" Actually, yeah, I have been with a conservative girl... she wound up being a gaslighting narcissist who inadvertently admitted to cheating on me after the fact (I say inadvertently... because I'm pretty sure she didn't realize that she admitted it) and ruined a lot of friendships I had in high school. Would not recommend it.
@awesome king Aka the 66 bro Never implied that with the comment, snowflake... but since you wanna go down that path, with the exception of maybe one, just about every single conservative I've personally encountered has been a lying, gaslighting narcissist so, yeah, it's a pretty fair representation (and for the record, I live in the heart of the Bible belt; there's no shortage of conservatives around here.) The fact you got so offended by me reflecting on one specific experience with a conservative girl, however, tells me you're likely no different. After all... if what's being said doesn't apply to you, I'm not talking about you... If you don't want people making comments like this about you, maybe shut the fuck up next time.
It’s funny when people say “I personally don’t want to be referred to as…..” because it’s like….nobody is specifically referring to YOU. They’re referring to a group of PEOPLE, multiple PEOPLE, not just you. If you were in a group setting, nobody is going to refer to the entire group by your name. Your boss isn’t going to say “could all you SAMANTHAS come to the break room” they say “could all the hourly employees come to the break room” and that INCLUDES YOU SAMANTHA (sorry for anyone named Samantha, it’s the first name I thought of 😂)
The reason conservatives post "interviews" like that one lady where everyone is basically disagreeing with what she would think aside from maybe one other person is so that ither conservatives see it and think, "Look at how shit the world's gone to." It's almost like subtle fear mongering, like, "Oooh see how scary and illogical society has become! Be scared if trans people!" The interviews arent making the person look dumb, especially not to viewers who agree with it. Those types of videos exist to make conservatives feel they're in a minority and make them defensive and hostile.
I'm so happy that in Finland we have one gender-neutral word for he/she "hän". It doesn't delete all problems but it makes this tiresome pronoun conversation absolite.
Ngl being referred to as a “bleeder” is kinda metal (Quiet shoutout to a mutual friend from middle school who transitioned and is the proud father of two kids I think? Dude went through pregnancy as a man and I’m so proud of him)
Ouch for him. Not being negative in any way, pregnancies just suck generally, and I imagine he went through quite a bit of discrimination while he was pregnant
yeah you could just say "person who menstruates". Tbh its kinda frustrating as a trans guy to see the convo around terms like "bleeder" or "birting person" that most transmascs dont even like. Like wtf does "birthing person" even mean??? Someone who has the ability to give birth? Someone who has given birth? Like its not even useful. If you mean someone who has the ability to give birth, then just say that, idc if its a bit of a mouthfull, if you mean someone who has given birth, then just say that. Also those arent even things that apply to most cis women. Its weird to see a convo between well-meaning ppl defending words that arent useful or favorable (and sometimes borderline dehumanizing), and straight up transphobes who just dont like any attempts at gender neutral language.
@@idonotresidehere.5709My understanding is that it would be used in a clinical setting where the identity of the parent that is bearing the child is not yet known to the speaker. >OBGYN enters >two men in the room >"Hello, which one of you is the birthing person?"
A Native American isn’t “an indian” a person from India is an Indian. And native americans aren’t some long forgotten ppl that aren’t here anymore, you’d just be dressing as somebody else’s race/culture for amusement.
I think all those terms are acceptable and are often used interchangeably in the US; however, Native People often have individual preferences on how they would like to be addressed and, most would prefer to be called by their specific tribal name.
You are awesome savannah conservatives are complaining about the the smallest things love your intelligent videos yyou are always amazing always enjoy your videos
They complain about the small things because big politic tells them to. You can't get voted out of office if you get rid of everyone who wants you out.
It's absolutely incredible that she went to BYU and could only find ONE person who thought that transitioning was too big of a decision for a kid to make. That's not even a no to gender affirming healthcare. That's a rare religious college W
And even then it seemed like he was only talking about a full social, physical, and legal transition (which doesn't happen to children anyway of course) and the fact that he brought the college's religious affiliation into it makes me think he was just trying to cover his ass, but is secretly cool with it. The church as a whole however: just yikes

Half the arguments I have in RUclips comments are about the definition of transphobia. People will ask "What is the definition of transphobia?" and I will look it up in the dictionary for them, and then they will want to argue about it. Like, dude, all I did was look it up for you because you didn't seem to be able to do it yourself. If you don't like the definition, take it up with Merriam-Webster, not me.
@@Atlas_Quin She suggested there should be more ethnic and gender diversity in the field of film critcism 6 years and to a chunk of RUclips this was the same thing as calling for genocide against caucasuian men. I always wondered that if according to old fashioned beliefs, your genitals are your gender and sex, why do our liscences/ID’s provide our sex as part of the info on them? Why would someone asking to see it, for a job, for the bank, police, etc., ever need to know that anyway? And before you say “a doctor,” think about it. When’s the last time a doctor asked to see your ID? And if it’s about invade your unable to answer in an emergency, they find out with their eyes what genitals you have usually, if it’s something they need to know, more than likely they’re gonna see them
How do you know she wasn't identifying as a woman that day? The literal definition of trans at the moment is that you can be anything you want at any time you choose and no one can argue about that. Is it not? Is there some way to tell when people are lying or wrong about being trans? Maybe you have to be super serious about it? But then how do you explain Dhylon Mulvany who is anything but serious and completely over the top.
@@ArjanHarreShe's not serious, but she is earnest. Or, at least she both appears and purports to be. If you don't like the waters being muddy, you could always try to convince your guys to stop reporting their fabricated identities facetiously.

These people are aware that emotions are a function for SURVIVAL right? Humans evolved to survive as a group. We have empathy to take care of each other because everyone in the group is supposed to support each other. That's what makes humans strong, the trust that we can rely on one another. We have fear to know what to avoid to live longer. We have anger to drive us to keep others accountable. We have sadness so that when we lose something we can have more motivation to make sure not to repeat the mistake. Emotions aren't just a good things to feel and express, they're ESSENTIAL.
I love that sweater so much, especially matched with your hair! Conservative tiktok feels like some weird twilight zone to me, honestly. It's a reminder that there are people my age that have the political and societal views of a damn boomer, and i cant imagine why, especially for american people my age. We've all been through the school shooting drills for the most part, and most of us have been in school when there was the threat of a shooter. Evangelicalism and right wing ideology are a plague.

She didn’t even do the tampon sponsorship. She simply said she carries feminine hygiene products for those who need them. Like something women do for women. It’s crazy what they will take out of context
I have only heard conservative cis women being afraid of being called a “bleeder” I have never heard another person use it for anything except a wound. It’s just such a weird thing to be afraid of
Cis people: My biggest fear is the thought of being called a menstruating person! Trans people: My biggest fear is getting murdered by transphobes. Like it’s a drastic difference and they still don’t realize the privilege we have as a cis person??
Theres two options when it comes to emotions. You either accept you have them and work with them so you can regulate yourself and not let them control you. Or you pretend to be emotionless, repress everything and have your emotions control you and hold you back. Because there really is no way to stop having enotjons. We as humans are inherently always somewhat controlled by our emotions. The sooner you accept that, the better your life will be.
Yet these people are so annoying about the inclusive language. The inclusive language also makes it so that women aren't lumped into the same category. People that menstruate only refer to people that menstruate. Because of my birth control I don't menstruate and so I would not be included into that category but when they say women inferring that all women menstruate that is not inclusive. I had to get a mammogram for a condition even though I was only 33 at the time. On the form that I was filling out that was very clearly for women only, when men can also need to have mammograms even if they are a cis man, it has the line asking when my first pregnancy was. It didn't have a line asking have you been pregnant and assumed because I am a woman I had to have had a pregnancy. That was really annoying and it was not inclusive whatsoever.
Well said. Inclusive and precise language is important from a legal standpoint also. One of the reasons why the word woman has no legal definition in US law, if I am not mistaken.
The argument about being 'offended' by the term 'cis' is so funny to me because, the only reason they view it as a derogatory term for them is due to the fact that they themselves have used 'trans' and other variations of the word as slurs and offenses for our community. They turned a descriptive word into something vile and mocking so, when we use the other end of the coin to describe them, they may legitimately assume that we HAVE to be offending them too after their excessive history of doing it to us because, how can one use a word for its actual purpose - as an identifier. They cannot possibly get their head around us being different to them as, after all, they need a reason to hate us and, if they use their imagination enough, they can make that happen and, in this case, it is with a set of words they themselves weaponised.
"do you think a man can biologically be a woman ?" : this version would have confused me so much, bc obviously she is thinking about trans women (they always are), and trans women are not "biologically a woman" the way she means (aka, cis, afab or idk). And also, trans women are not men. It only make sense if we're talking about trans guys, as in men who have periods and so on, and then the answer is yes
Tampax didn't even do a sponsorship with her , she's made that clear . People attack her daily just for being trans and blow up her comment sections with misinformation , like their lies prove anything .
Yeah! She made several videos saying she carried tampons for women who need them. Like something a women would do for another women. Do they not help out other women and give them feminine hygiene products when they need them?

I seriously can’t understand people who want to make their children fear them. I wouldn’t be able to stand the thought of anyone fearing me, let alone my child. How can they live with the idea that the only thing that stops their children from doing some thing is fear of physical abuse? I can’t even stand the idea of my dogs being scared of me. Which means I’m out here treating my dogs better than a lot of people are treating their children. That’s crazy. And it’s not like it builds respect, because fear and respect are not the same thing. So when your children don’t do something because you said not to, it’s not because they respect you and understand why you’re saying it, it’s simply because they fear being hit.

Me, a Native American thinking about all of my ancestors that were killed and forced to move onto reservations because we were thought of as savages and not real people… 😬 The trail of tears was a fun time, too. Oh, and let’s not forget about the part about how my people literally were nothing but friendly to the white from the beginning, and we literally taught them some of the most important survival practices - right down to the warfare approach used today where instead of marching in rows of colorful uniforms they started to spread out camouflaging themselves in order to surprise the enemies - or even non-warfare practices that increased the mortality rates of the people, such as crop rotation to grow better vegetation or even the practices used by the shamans (aka medicine men/women) where they used particular medical approaches + used medicine made by the vegetation from the land in which they respected and were thankful for. They stole from us and desecrated our land. They still do on non-reservations. They don’t respect the land here. In fact, they go as far as over-drilling for oil and started big earthquakes (I think this was back in the 2010s). We didn’t have noticeable earthquakes beforehand. So sad. :c Thankfully, they cannot drill on the reservations now without the chief of the tribe’s consent. There’s a reason why that land thrives and is beautiful, still. I’m just sayin’. 🤷🏼♀️ I wish these girls wearing their skivvies and headdresses on Halloween understood what message they were sending. It’s literally the biggest “fuck you” to the natives and their chiefs (most of the time these women use chieftain headdresses). It’s the chief’s job to oversee the tribe and the land and to make sure everything is well taken care of and in order. I just…sigh. I just wish they would pause one moment with their damaging ignorance and actually take the time to learn about other cultures, appreciating their beauty, and being thankful for blessed diversity among the nations. All we want is respect. That’s all that anyone wants, really. You should give what you take, and vice versa. Much love XOXO

i wanna point out that the BYU she interviewed people at is Brigham Young University, which is a Mormon university and typically has codes of conduct that align with Mormonism
I love how women are like "Someone is stealing all our opportunities" but also not doing anything to get those sponsorships and so on. Also I really want to know where you got that top from! I love that one so much and can't find it anywhere :(
something people forget about "only women can get pregnant" even if talking specifically about cis people who aren't intersex, girls can get pregnant at like 12 so that feels like a huge oversight either 12 year olds are women to them (Y I K E S), or they forgot about that huge age range entirely, which is bad because that's a huge part of pregnancy conversations and really important to talk about
@@morganfaire5684 so like pre-periods and after menopause, are we just enby? Not quite women, but they’d hate for us to be called men. Yknow what, I’m okay with that. Who cares anymore, gender is a social construct.

Honestly, chestfeeder is the only one of those terms I haven’t adapted to using, and that’s only because I feel like all people have breasts and differentiating between those terms adds to the sexual objectification of women’s bodies. Maybe that’s the wrong approach though.
That and the fact that "breast" isn't even gendered - it's... sexed? If we're changing "breast" to "chest", wouldn't we have to change "vagina" to "genitalia"? It kind of just doesn't make sense.
chestfeeder doesn’t seem like the right word to sue, but it is a funky little word I mean look at it. say it out loud. It’s so silly?? Like definitely not one we should use but also we should give it a new meaning. Make it a monster who only eats chests name.
I hate this devaluing of emotions (and by extension mental health) by the right. Emotions are what makes us human. It's okay to want to stop someone's emotional pain in a healthy way. It's okay to talk about grief. Not having good mental health and not having access to mental health care has been proven to have a negative effect on people's physical health. It's important.
Don’t usually comment but I absolutely love that sweater for you, it matches your vibe so well and I’ve seen you wear it a couple times and it makes me so happy to know you’ve found something you like so much
The girl who was pretending to hit her kid, in that video I also saw it as a boy saying to his mom, “mom I want you to use him/his prom for me” as a cis boy and her smacking him for that-
the idea that emotions are bad explains a lot about the right’s empathy level. just letting everyone know, eq plays a big role in a person’s overall intelligence. you can bet someone who doesn’t have self awareness is also generally dumb. it’s not cool to not know how to process emotions, it’s embarrassing if anything. being human is to feel. people say when you’re on your death bed you get a clear view of your entire life for the first time. feeling regret as your last emotion on earth is incredibly depressing. i mean you’ll be dead so it won’t matter, but still the last emotion i want to feel is peace. im not abt to waste this opportunity, if your idea of fulfilling is concerning yourself over people just being happy, then have at it ig. humans are so strange! i’m shocked every day by how different we are from each other, but somehow some of us are so simple minded that they think everyone is the same. if i was heavily bothered by a random stranger’s identity i’d be miserable too lmao- no wonder why they say they don’t understand emotions. the sad cycle of having the self awareness of a toddler, but not being able to see it.
I can see how some people might think trans women are "taking away sponsorships from cis women" but like those companies also give cis women the opportunities too. The only difference is that when you associate your company with a trans woman, there is the implication that the company won't discriminate trans clients from cis clients in a negative way, which means that the trans and trans ally communities will be more likely to follow those sponsorships.
What these women seem to not understand is that no one is calling them 'birthing person' or something. They might consider that they're not addressed individually all the time, lol. Mama Dr Jones is a very inclusive OBGYN on youtube here who has also addressed this, like she won't say to someone in their face "hello pregnant person" or something because indeed most of their clients are women, but not all. Also what icks me is that even girls get pregnant too, so cis girls, so even if you deny the existence of trans people 'women' still doesn't include the entire set
Not only that, but I don't think ANYONE is using those terms at all. I see trans-inclusive terminology on some health websites, Planned Parenthood for example, but it's almost always person-first language - "person who gives birth/menstruates". If people truly were reducing women and girls to "birthing people" I'd be annoyed too, but they're not...
@@unpreparedwithacapitalf Haha indeed, the only context I've seen "birthing person" being used is how some people who don't get along with their mother put them in their phone or something
I assume the interviews that show how everyone disagrees with her achieves two things: 1) they get to feel like they're superior to everyone, because they think they're right and all these people are wrong. 2) it serves to isolate them, keeping them in their little communities.
intersex guy here, i have a uterus and ovaries, i also have testes, i have more natural testosertone, and i pass as a cis male, all based on my biology, but i STILL am able to be a birthing person, if these people care oh so much about biology, what about the people with MY biology? I’m a cis woman and personally I don’t mind being called a “person who menstruates” or “chest feeder” ecc. because those things are not what makes me a woman, I’m a woman because that’s my identity. Period. I don’t feel robbed of anything because those things never were essential to my womanhood.
Whenever I get sad my family forces me to cheer up and I hate it it's like the only emotion they are ever allowed Iis happiness and anger never empathy or grief.
I'll never understand how pressed people can get over using "pregnant people/people with a uterus" instead of solely women. Imagine being that bored and sensitive.
The whole getting upset over pronouns still baffles me. People have been using pronouns for thousands of years & then suddenly because people are finally comfortable coming out & asking people to use their preferred pronouns people like that one lady are throwing a fit & trying to ban something that is a fundamental part of language. U can't get rid of pronouns & expect language to still make sense
6:34 I’m white and when I was younger I had a teepee, toy bow and arrow, and Native American costume; THANK GOD I’m part Native American! I never wore it for Halloween but I wore it to play in because I admired their life. I never meant for for it to be rude but I can see how it could be perceived that way. I look very white, because I am mostly white, but I am part Native American and my grandfather own a price of the reservation where the tribe lived.
One thing I always find odd within conservatism is the inconsistency around gender. Girls who dress tomboyishly are riduculed and told that they look ugly like boys. But if a trans-boy/man dresses in a masculine fashion, suddenly they point out how feminine he looks and how he will never look like a boy. Boys and men who like to be more feminine but are secure in their masculinity are told that they're girls and put down, but if they decide that they *are* girls suddenly they are treated like boys again and told they look too masculine. Nobody can win, and it's increasingly frustrating. And I say this as an ex-conservative/republican myself who saw these things happening.
can i also point out that nobody in their right mind is advocating for children going on hormones and getting surgery to transition. were simply saying to let the kid wear the clothes they want and when they get older, start puberty blockers until they can make the decision to start t or estrogen. and the whole "well what if they change their mind" argument is invalid because you can just stop taking puberty blockers or the specific hormones, the effects are reversable.

We have empathy to take care of each other because everyone in the group is supposed to support each other. That's what makes humans strong, the trust that we can rely on one another. 4:23 here's a mind blowing concept, we can help our citizens _and_ other people in different countries! The two don't have to be mutually exclusive
Dylan after seeing the first TikTok: “Why are you, like, obsessed with me?”

6:40 its like breaking into someones house, murdering them, and then deciding to wear their clothes and mock them just bc its "funny"!
She didnt break in or murder someone?
@@FM682thecreatorguy ah see, you missed a crucial part of my comment. I said "its like" at the start which means yes, I know she didn't actually do that stuff, but the level of disrespect is comparable
I wish these girls wearing their skivvies and headdresses on Halloween understood what message they were sending.
Fr. I hate it how the school system ignores all of this and praises Columbus and every other colonizer just because they were white. I would compare Columbus to Satan, but that would be an insult to Satan.
GOD I wish that I had seen this last year when I had less of a vocab to express why my family and their more conservative views hurt so much. Thank you for sharing this
"Bleeder" is a pretty metal way to be referred to as ngl
I appreciate so much that you read the text out loud.
Your rainbow hair makes me so happy !! My curls could never so living through you x
i wanna point out that the BYU she interviewed people at is Brigham Young University, which is a Mormon university and typically has codes of conduct that align with Mormonism
YOU NEED TO MAKE A VIDEO ALL ABOUT HOW YOU DYE YOUR HAIR AND HOW YOU TAKE CARE OF IT
I love how women are like "Someone is stealing all our opportunities" but also not doing anything to get those sponsorships and so on.
Also I really want to know where you got that top from! I love that one so much and can't find it anywhere :(
something people forget about "only women can get pregnant"
even if talking specifically about cis people who aren't intersex, girls can get pregnant at like 12
so
that feels like a huge oversight
either 12 year olds are women to them (Y I K E S), or they forgot about that huge age range entirely, which is bad because that's a huge part of pregnancy conversations and really important to talk about
applies to periods and stuff too obvs but especially the pregnancy thing because transphobes say it alllllll the time
similarly you stop being a woman once you hit menopause 😇😇
@@morganfaire5684 so like pre-periods and after menopause, are we just enby? Not quite women, but they’d hate for us to be called men. Yknow what, I’m okay with that. Who cares anymore, gender is a social construct.
I hope that somewhere, someone said “I’ll never use their pronouns” and immediately had a realization that THEY is both plural and singular. There goes the “incorrect grammar” argument!
Kudos to all of the supportive people she interviewed there I love them all
America is literally my great grandma who passed away. Frugal, rich, pretending to not have money.
“It hurt itself in its confusion!”
Don’t usually comment but I absolutely love that sweater for you, it matches your vibe so well and I’ve seen you wear it a couple times and it makes me so happy to know you’ve found something you like so much
this is very sweet, i love these kinds of comments 💞
New title name : The dumbest takes on TikTok
It's giving Kaitlyn Bennett
I can see how some people might think trans women are "taking away sponsorships from cis women" but like those companies also give cis women the opportunities too. The only difference is that when you associate your company with a trans woman, there is the implication that the company won't discriminate trans clients from cis clients in a negative way, which means that the trans and trans ally communities will be more likely to follow those sponsorships.
i always get so excited when you post!!
@Ville ???
9:26 and its a mormon university, with strict religious conduct rules. It actually restored my faith in humanity.
@@Roanmonster For real 😭
I assume the interviews that show how everyone disagrees with her achieves two things: 1) they get to feel like they're superior to everyone, because they think they're right and all these people are wrong. 2) it serves to isolate them, keeping them in their little communities.
intersex guy here, i have a uterus and ovaries, i also have testes, i have more natural testosertone, and i pass as a cis male, all based on my biology, but i STILL am able to be a birthing person, if these people care oh so much about biology, what about the people with MY biology? We aren't trying to "forget about real women" were trying to stop people from forgetting about trans people, or intersex people like me!
the thing is, all the things she mentioned in the second video, republican law makers shut down :)
My wife and I love watching your videos at the end of a long day. We're sad that we live in America for many reasons, but especially being so far from NZ because you seem so fun to hang out with
Love your look in this video 💖 your sweater, your nails, your earrings, your makeup, your hair - all IMPECCABLE ✨️
ur hair looks extra bright today!!
6:22 As an Indian person, I completely misunderstood that and gasped but now that I get it, I gasped louder.
Trans woman: (eats a burger)
Transphobe: A biological woman could have eaten this burger! Way to still our food!
you literally never miss
The first girl should be sponsored by sour grapes
I’m a cis woman and personally I don’t mind being called a “person who menstruates” or “chest feeder” ecc. because those things are not what makes me a woman, I’m a woman because that’s my identity. Period. I don’t feel robbed of anything because those things never were essential to my womanhood.
Literally never clicked so fast lol
Same lol
10:57 It’s like that street interviewer who gets owned in every video.
Bottom line people are really shallow and weird and you just have live your truth and wear and do what you want
They don't know you
The “join the Air Force” ad under this video is hilarious😂
can i also point out that nobody in their right mind is advocating for children going on hormones and getting surgery to transition. were simply saying to let the kid wear the clothes they want and when they get older, start puberty blockers until they can make the decision to start t or estrogen. and the whole "well what if they change their mind" argument is invalid because you can just stop taking puberty blockers or the specific hormones, the effects are reversable.
I feel like common sense eludes these people.
omg I remember when my teacher gave us a google form to tell her our pronouns and my conservative friend was about to put "none" as her pronouns so I had to explain basic grammar to her...
