iScooter ix4 faulty lasted only 1 week

iScooter ix4 cost £500 had only
8 days now but unfortunately it has problems, the charger stopped charging but now started charging again, the headlights and deck lights wont turn off have tried everything! And the rear suspension casing keeps coming loose every 5 minutes also out of the box there was a scratch ding out of the handlebar clamp this was overlooked because it was superficial and he was eager to get on his birthday present.
The last time he was on it 3 days ago he said it went from 3 bars to dead and had to push it the rest of the way home it did charge back up okay but run out of charge very quickly then wouldn’t charge it charges again but now reluctant to back go on it.  Contacted iscooter customer support on the Thursday got a message back on the Friday saying the closed for the weekend.

Thats just a safe
Thing it does if you forget to turn it off before plugging it in. It will automatically turn off for you, but even if the light was left on while it was off, try to turn it back on and then turnoff the light
