    #SydneySquad is in my head in a good way. Today I initially stopped the workout at the 40 minute mark. I started to go on with my day, but kept feeling I was letting myself and the squad down. Soooo, I went back an finished all 60 minutes! 😀💪🏻

    Holy mother of workouts! I did this today instead of the 30 min. upper body today because I was excited to try it. Omg was it a challenge for me. At one point I thought that I was going to hurl. Paused you a few times but got it done. I used 8s 10s and 12s depending on the weighted exercise. I love this type of workout. It kicks my butt every time. You are one tough trainer and I'm so glad that you are. Keep challenging us Sydney. Your squad loves you. 👊👏😍

    I was set to do one of your pilates workouts and I opted for this. So sweaty. I used yoga grip gloves so I wouldn't slide around. Loved it, crushed it, spent.

      Agreed I’m enjoying going back and doing the all of boot camp and hiit cardio 60 minutes from 2 and 1 year ago! This was so different in format with the ladder style how fun!!

    6 minute ladder amrap is TOUGH! I loved the variety moves and I pushed through the entire workout feeling strong, capable, and VERY sweaty!!

    This was the toughest workout I have ever done and I have been doing a 60 minute Sydney Cummings workout 6 times a week for 5 months now. I gave up when the clock read 15 seconds left on a couple of circuits, but I feel so accomplished anyway. In the beginning, I thought why is Sydney with 8 pounds, so I went with 10 pounds and 25 minutes into the workout I understood why. It was TOUGH.
    Good job to everyone who did it!

    Please do not take this the wrong way, but I really hope you never try to lose weight. I have the same athletic body type as you with larger muscle mass and such and it was very surprising to me because most "fitness gurus" are extremely thin or constantly count their calories and try to be as thin as possible with an impossibly defined physique. It is great to see another woman who is strong, thick (in a good way), and very fit because we have basically no representation in any community or body positivity campaign. Seeing you working so hard and being so creative and successful inspires me, thank you!!

    Wow what a great workout! Really pushed my endurance and mental strength trying to get through these 6 minute circuits. I had a hard time not dreading it in the beginning but it really did FLY by and this is one of the most proud/accomplished I've felt after a workout in a long time. Crushed it

    I have never done any of your work outs before Sydney Cummings. OMG!!!! Girl you kicked my booty in the best way possible!!! I made it, thought I was going to die ( I work out 5-6 days a week).     So fun! Amazing totally drenched workout but the ladder-style was so different and made the whole workout just fly by. Definitely a heart rate booster, was up at ~170bpm in parts.

    Awesome workout! I officially love these ladder workouts! And as bootcamp! Looooved it! Everytime you describe that the workout is going to be in ladder for such and such minutes, I normally twinge, but then I get so pumped and into it and finish loving it.
    Did 20 minutes of cardio conditioning before starting and at the end of the cardio and this routine I was so drenched in sweat, my sports bra was SOAKED! Hahahaha.

    Got the second day sores today. Way more sore than any of your other workouts. Didn’t feel it in the moment, but definitely after!

      The strength and conditioning days are great for making you sore!! I feel it too when I record them for you all! Make sure to stretch a ton and keep moving!! It will ease up faster the more you move!

    That was a doozy! You killed me Sydney! Fantastic workout. I loved it a lot. My only recommendation, the hip swings right after the kettle bell swings (last two strength moves) was quite hard on the hips and hammies back to back. Other than that, I loved everything about it.

    Woo weee! 98% crushed it. I cant do the head down, head up ones at the end as I get dizzy, all my body fuel is depleted. Awesome one thk U
