Holy mother of workouts! I did this today instead of the 30 min. upper body today because I was excited to try it. Omg was it a challenge for me. At one point I thought that I was going to hurl. Paused you a few times but got it done. I used 8s 10s and 12s depending on the weighted exercise. I love this type of workout. It kicks my butt every time. You are one tough trainer and I'm so glad that you are. Keep challenging us Sydney. Your squad loves you. 👊👏😍

This was the toughest workout I have ever done and I have been doing a 60 minute Sydney Cummings workout 6 times a week for 5 months now. I gave up when the clock read 15 seconds left on a couple of circuits, but I feel so accomplished anyway. In the beginning, I thought why is Sydney with 8 pounds, so I went with 10 pounds and 25 minutes into the workout I understood why. It was TOUGH. Good job to everyone who did it!

Please do not take this the wrong way, but I really hope you never try to lose weight. I have the same athletic body type as you with larger muscle mass and such and it was very surprising to me because most "fitness gurus" are extremely thin or constantly count their calories and try to be as thin as possible with an impossibly defined physique. It is great to see another woman who is strong, thick (in a good way), and very fit because we have basically no representation in any community or body positivity campaign. Seeing you working so hard and being so creative and successful inspires me, thank you!!

So fun! Amazing totally drenched workout but the ladder-style was so different and made the whole workout just fly by. Definitely a heart rate booster, was up at ~170bpm in parts.

Everytime you describe that the workout is going to be in ladder for such and such minutes, I normally twinge, but then I get so pumped and into it and finish loving it. Did 20 minutes of cardio conditioning before starting and at the end of the cardio and this routine I was so drenched in sweat, my sports bra was SOAKED! Hahahaha. Thank you Sydney for another great workout!

That was a doozy! You killed me Sydney! Fantastic workout. I loved it a lot. My only recommendation, the hip swings right after the kettle bell swings (last two strength moves) was quite hard on the hips and hammies back to back. Other than that, I loved everything about it.
