I know this video was posted forever ago and you're probably no longer get notifications about comments on it, but even if there's a small chance you'll see it, just wanted to thank you, Ms. Cummings. I've been struggling with body dysmorphic disorder/eating disorders for most of my life...I'm mostly recovered on the outside but on the inside I still have a tough time and have recently been at a low and have been trying all my usual things/workouts to feel confident in my skin again but they weren't working and I started to feel hopeless...but I decided to try something new (cause it couldn't hurt right?) and came across this video and it was like a breath of fresh air physically and mentally. SO yeah I guess this is all just a very long-winded way of saying thank you for being encouraging, kicking my arse, and helping me feel like me again.
Crushed it!! Took me 70 minutes instead of the 60, needed to stop a couple extra seconds but I completed it!! 48 is looking good on me. Thanks Sydney!!

I think this was uploaded before I started working out with Sydney every day but I found it and love this so much. I’m going to add this anytime that I want to just move and need to let my muscles rest from weights. This is a gem, don’t discount these older workout, they are still awesome.

Went into the archives today to find a 60 minute just cardio routine and found this gem! Loved the format and the moves! Would love to see more 60 minute just cardio b/c that's so important to go along with strength training.
This was amazing! I did a 40 min boot camp yesterday, not sure which one, I switch around based on my mood....lol. I was sore from yesterday, but knew I had to get something to get me moving. I have knee and ankle problems and often have to cut out some jumping but I still go hard in my moderations... Thank you for the motivation and assistance in my discipline.
Crushed it! Its like you can read my mind. I didn't make the right choice for dinner last night so i thought to myself i should prob. do a cardio burn today. I enjoyed that one so much. I like days where it's just cardio. I live on the second floor but I never really have to worry much with your cardio workouts. You give some good mods. plus in this one, I really didn't need to mod much.

I've been doing these workouts for 3 weeks and I've lost 2 kilos. What I do is that I do a warm-up workout for 10 minutes. I get so excited when I finish it, then I see the other tab that my sister set me. I see that it's Sydney, I die. But these workouts are helping me a lot. Thankyou so much Sydney. P.S. This is great! I have to modify because I'm not strong enough to do all of the moves, but I can feel my body going longer without needing to rest and it feels great! My favorite move in this workout is the jumping jacks 2 front kick move. It feels so good!
Started off with the 20 minute this week and gradually built up to the 60 minute session.It ain't easy but it's not meant to be in any way shape or form.Felt great afterwards and is a brilliant alternative to my usual circuit class.Give it a go - you will not regret it.😀

I just finished this workout! I went into it fully expecting I wouldn’t finish but I did the whole thing. My Apple Watch says I burned 557 total calories and 471 active for anyone wondering. I also slowed down on two parts that require balance on one leg at a time.
Amazing! Now that is a great workout! I sure hope we do lots more cardio during the next 4. Week challenge. I could tell we don't do enough cardio. I feel we do a lot of weight lifting so I'm excited to see more cardio like this. Thank you again for every thing. Crushed it! Only burned 466 calories though. You have to really pump it on the swings to get the most out of the movements to burn calories. And if you're up for it in between breaks, do some extra moves to amp up the calorie burns as well. But otherwise if you want a well-spaced varied up workout that will burn some good calories over the course of an hour without killing you, this is a good one I'd recommend for people of all levels. You can really modify according to ability. =)

I follow this routine at least 2-3 times a week. I modify to low impact but burn between 350-400 calories. One of my favorite. Thank you Sidney!!
