    In this 60 Minute Full Body Boot Camp Workout I take you through multiple full body exercises using a set of light weight and medium weight dumbbells (I used 5lbs and 8lbs and have linked the dumbbells I use below)! I burned 670 calories*! What can you burn?

    *Please take note that calories burned vary for every individual depending on multiple factors (e.g. age, body weight, heart rate, height, effort intensity, etc). Any slight variation in any of these factors can dramatically alter the amount of calories you burn. I calculate all of my calories using an Apple Watch 3 with the High Intensity Interval Training Workout application and I am 27 years old, 5’8”, and weigh 145lbs so you can use my few factors as well as my intensity level to gauge yourself.

I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper.     Crushed it! I came back after taking a week off recovering from the flu and I was worried the bootcamp workout might be a bit too much for me.     OMG I was dying at the last circuit of the workout. I couldn’t do shoulder press with squat somehow my arms had no energy to lift up the dumbells so I did just regular squat. Thank you Sydney

    Seriously, I cannot do lunges or squats with weights over my head. Too much of a strain on my back. So I modify and do the opposite with weight overhead when I’m up and not overhead when I’m down. Great workout!

    10K!!!!! That is awesome!!!! 💜 I crushed it with y’all this morning! The last circuit my body just physically could not get into the position so I did a pop squat and then shoulder press but kept it flowing so it was kind of like a pop squat right into hammer curl to shoulder press flow, does that make sense? 🤓 You made this compound move workout very doable and it all flowed well, thank y’all!       Hi Heather, yes and I couldn’t get into a good squat. We still felt the burn though!

      Same here. Squatting and bringing the weights overhead was too much strain on my lower back which I have to watch. Oh to be 28 again! But I modified and still was wiped out after this great workout.

      That is totally fine MaryBeth! It was a hard movement to pop in and out of, as long as you were moving and keeping your heart rate up and getting into that compound movement pattern of legs and arms, you are good! Thank you for checking in and letting me know!

    I'm late to the party I know:) But I opted to crush this one today (june 8th) as I was looking for something more intense today. so this thoroughly crushed me!!! Loved it...HARD but what I needed to have me sweating and feeling worked!
