    Why do I have two benches?
    Well, the Weider Bench capacity is 610 pounds. I weigh 460. That leaves a maximum of 150 pounds to lift on this bench. Since I anticipate building to lift more than that, I decided to get a higher weight capacity bench that will hold me up while doing chest and core exercises.     My outdoor spotter is the chair I received while in the physical rehabilitation center post-surgery for my patellar tendon repair. It's supposed to be used to transfer from the tub to the wheelchair when you are non-weight bearing. However, because I'm working out alone and my knee can buckle at any time without warning, I've decided to use this chair as my safety net when I do squats. The chair is height adjustable. As I get stronger in the legs, I will lower the height of the chair to get a lower squat. I also use it to sit in outside because it's made to hold 400 pounds.

    My studio chair is one comfortable chair!!!! It's a rocker, upright, and reclinable office chair. It has a nice and high backrest as well as a wide enough seat, so I am not squeezed between the arm rests. There is also a version with a built-in massager. I've had it over a year, and it has withstood all the pressures I've put on it. It is made to hold 500 pounds.
