I live in Sacramento so got to see him many times with WSM being here the last two years. His cameraman James is huge too and Brian makes him look small relatively speaking.

One thing I love about Brian's gyms is how most of the equipment is either adapted/modified or designed specially for him. Besides the fact that he's a massive individual, you can see how serious he has always taken his preparation and how much of a geek of the sport and working out in general he is.

Brian is so huge and strong but so genuinely nice and soft spoken.
I love how calm and happy Brian is to show off everything and tell his wholesome stories and about the growth of his equipment through time. Juxtaposed to Juji’s hyper active excitement to see all these hyper specifically customized machines where he’s too full of all the happy chemicals to wait for Brian to finish some sentences. It’s lovely to see two very different athletes geek out over their shared passion and nerdy details of it all.

I would Love to meet Shaw, he seems like the most legit guy ever. Just a warm guy! He has no natural enemies just competition. Literally everyone he competes against likes him, thats saying a lot.

I love it that the camera operator is part of the conversation, it adds so much to it apart from the fact that their laugh is quite infectious. Generally people talking about their passion is a delight. I don't have anything to do with weightlifting, but just listening to this fills me with happiness.
2 incredible gyms, built for 2 different styles of sport. Both are amazing though and couldn't happen to better people. Juji is an angel and Brian is such a stand up guy!
Brian is just such a relaxed dude, with welcoming personality... These two totally shred the muscle head stereotype by a mile... And still got that beast inside.

The fact there is such a mutual love not just for fitness but the machines and seeing Brian's happiness for your love of all of his unique setups is one of the most wholesome things! not many people can geek out to this level on fitness machines !!!

Well, Brian's home gym is better than a LOT of gyms simply because he can afford top of the line equipment. Dude's been a strongman for 15 years LOL.
Also, he definitely gets a big discount because of his image and reach.
he's also made the top 3 at worlds strongest man for the last 12 years.

Strongman is only financially beneficial when you reach the top 5 across the main 4 shows lol. He made money by marketing himself, putting work in to build his brand, being an entrepreneur in his multiple businesses ON TOP of being one of the greatest in the sport. Strongman is a criminally underpaid sport.
Multiple websites also list his net worth at 15 million so yeah I think it’s safe to say he can make his gym as big as he wants pretty much! 😂😂
Brian is so smart and educated and extremely methodical with everything. His explanations are fantastic.

Hey @jujimufu , I am a biology major, and I can actually answer your cold tub observation. Essentially it comes down to blood flow. When you are laying down you have lower blood pressure, which means you will not be warming your body as efficiently, as compared to sitting up. We use this knowledge to do different experiments in lab settings. I actually go to school in Charlotte near to where you are located! You should come and check out our relatively new 66 million dollar gym… I know the guy who runs it and could probably help set something cool up.

Been looking forward to this type of video for months! ...though can't believe you aren't a seal row fan Juji. I One of my favourite movements if I can ever find one! Motion path is so free, good stretch at the bottom, weight curve stays constant, and who doesn't love a lie down.

Brian is an absolute unit.
Brian is so meticulous; you could tell from his older content when he was talking about his routine and processes; but now to see his attention to detail translate into all his customized training equipment. He has to be very precise and concise to be able to articulate all his requests to the manufacturer, and that's not an easy thing to do

Did not realise Juji is such a bloody NERD 😅 My backs all busted up and I have nerve issues and struggle to do much many days but still manage to stay pretty strong. I would of loved to have meet someone like Juji or Brian when I was younger or even just to have a training session with them now even though I'm not capable as I once was as I don't think they see anything or anyone as weak or having weakness and just wana see everyone be the best they can be on a whole different level ❤ everyone says just be the best you can be and no handicap matters but these guys quite literally live that 24/7 and you can see it oozing out their pores.

I've met Juji one time in my life and for the life of me I was stunned at just how large he was. But then you look at Brian and you realize JUST HOW MUCH BIGGER this guy is. Holy shit. For such a gentle giant its obvious to see why he is one of the strongest men on the planet. Like holy crap Juji can literally hide behind him.

I love watching you guys geeking out over the equipment. I was thinking this video was way too short and only like 10 minutes long, then shortly thereafter realized it was nearly a half hour.
The height selector on the flex fitness plate selector machine is my favorite detail. The pull pins at my gym always seem to be a PITA to pull.
